  1. If there are no patient blogs/experiences from either of these docs then you are taking more of a gamble in using these docs, don't rush in to anything and take your time.
  2. Dr Feller, he will go aggressive depending on your situation, but if he thinks it's not right for you he will say no.
  3. Far from a failed result, but with your problems and the other things you documented i really don't think there is any way you can know how much of an influence that had on the final outcome. How did you feel about your HT at 8 months? has it gotten worse looking recently?
  4. He definitely did, excellent graft placement, totally natural result. Thanks for coming back and showing your results.
  5. 1. Yes it is important for obvious reasons...but if you don't bald beyond NW4 you can get away without using it.. 2. Better to start before, some docs recommend using propecia for 12 months then get HT, which is great advise, and shows the doc has your best interests at heart as opposed to his bank balance. 3. Brand is unimportant. Recomended dose is 1mg, you can take less, but beware many have temprary side effects that will go away, this is pretty normal, long term effects are rare, but yes there are horror stories online, but isn't there for practically everything. 4. I don't know much about Acell. 5. don't think it matters, best not to focus too much on the tools, more the technique, skill, results of the doctor, although i'm not a fan of neograts or motorised FUE. 6. No idea Hope this helps
  6. I read that it was banned for pro footballers, but then the decision was reversed. Rooney also stopped taking fin...again this is just stuff i read, i can't account for the validity of any of it.
  7. Even if 50% of what paleo is saying is true, his post along with the other patient experiences are pretty damning.
  8. 2000 or so plus, but i'm sure the doc will have a better idea. Dr Feller by any chance?
  9. Yes, but actually there is one there, so i don't know if you've edited the post to add an picture of the back of his head, or if i simply didn't notice the picture first time round. That was one bad scar, still visable but much improved. I'm thinking of getting smp in to my scar if i shave short in the future, instead of FUE grafts. It's good to see that there are choices out there. SMP, FUe into scar. You're doing good work from the pictures i've seen online
  10. You should soon be getting to the good bit, regrowth! Thanks for keeping us informed, your thread here will be useful to anyone seeking out prohairclinic results.
  11. Really pleased your HT came good, to me it looks great, and since you appear on this occasion to be a slow grower, more improvements due i reckon.
  12. Looks good, would have been nice to see the back of the head too though.
  13. I've seen a few good FUE results from Devroye, plenty of good strip work. Feriduni is booked up for 10 months ahead when i checked a couple of months back, probably taking bookings for 2017 now! Didn't matter to me though as i have booked in with Dr Lorenzo in Madrid, who i think is better.
  14. Comparing pre op photos to now really helps you see how far you have come. Your hair is much improved. The photos you uploaded were not great quality, but from what i could see, you got good growth, good result.
  15. What's Liposomal ATP? Looking good Esrec, scar looks like it will be thin too, i had the staples from Dr Feller, Hasson and Wong use them too, down to Dr preference. When you take them out make sure you soak in the bath first and rub along the staples, this gets rid of any scabs, which will be ready to fall off by then anyhow, makes taking them out so much easier.
  16. You will have to wait and see how it turns out, who did you go to? the hairline plan should have been discussed and agreed upon before surgery started.
  17. The Dr you went to previously is good, but he's not a great, you need to go to the best. Dr Ferundi, Dr Lorenzo imo for FUE.
  18. I don't think many people with HT's use concealers, i know i stopped using all concealers after getting a HT in 2009, but Rooney has continued to bald and doesn't take propecia, he 100% uses concealers.
  19. Problem to take in to account is that DHT is still miniturising your follicles, minox does not help there, so unless you know that you won't bald beyond a NW4 probably won't be a problem. Take your time though in choosing the right Doc, wrong decision can make things worse not better.
  20. Looks better at month 12, and you look better now than before, seems to me like you really needed more grafts...have you lost any native hair since? are you propecia?
  21. Kickass result, from bald to hello laydeees.
