Hair Transplant in India is a Worthy Decision

The hair transplant procedure is only a permanent remedy that facilitates the process of regrowth of hair from the area where it is lost. The process of transferring the hair roots that involve the donor area and the receiving area are included to fulfill the shifting process of hair roots via the harvesting method. There are two methods of extraction/harvesting is applied in the hair restoration surgery known as the FUT hair transplant and the FUE. Notably, the strip harvesting process offers a greater number of hair roots that can sort out the problem of the greater grade of baldness. On the other hand, the target area for the extraction is the back and sides of the scalp that contains the DHT-resistant hair roots that never fall out and hence offers the permanent outcome. Nowadays, the hair transplant in India has a greater impact and becoming a top-class choice to receive the hair restoration surgery. One major point that contributes a factor for luring the patient to visit India and take the benefits of the affordable hair transplant cost in India is about the renowned surgeons and Doctor. As a matter of fact, our India Surgeons and Doctor have international exposure because of their membership and recognition from the reputed hair restoration society, i.e., the ISHRS, ISAPS, IAHRS, etc. The time-to-time contribution of the Indian surgeon towards the reputed restoration bodies weighs their profile and achieves the reputed global presence in the restoration world. The Indian surgeons have remarkable stature for offering the best aesthetic outcome of the procedure. It has been estimated that every year around 70% of hair transplant cases are solved in India and the graph of offering the cosmetic surgery in India shares the 80% space. So, it has already been pointed out that the medical tourism in India has a healthy state. July 6th, 2018

So today is July 6, 2018. I thought I would post some photos of my hair the way it looks now and then as my hair grows longer share some additional pictures. Perhaps members can provide their input and let me know what they think they like better in terms of length.  I guess that sounds strange but after all, this is a hair restoration forum :-)

4100 grafts with Dr. Resul Yaman, horrendous pain in donor area

Hey guys,

So just about 5 days ago I had my FUE procedure done with Resul Yaman. The doctor was very friendly and the procedure was fine, except that when it came to the implantation of the grafts, the assistants kept alternating between Manual and Choi method. All grafts were extracted at one time and placed after a 20 min break.. took about 10 hours in total. I thought the Dr. was very friendly and all was fine so there's generally not much to complain about - except the horrendous pain I'm having at my donor area that started around day 3. Pinching, burning and stinging sensations all over my donor area, which get even worse at night... Paracetamol and Ibuprofen are not very effective at relieving that pain and apparently it's very uncommon to experience severe pain after FUE. Please let me know what you think about all the things I mentioned above and what I can do to help relieve my pain, also some comments about the pictures would be much appreciated!!

Thank you

Advice for non hair transplanters

I have suffered from Androgenetic Alopecia since my mid to late twenties. I recently found out that I am not a good candidate for a FUE hair transplant, so I have been searching the internet for other treatments to manage my hair loss.
I notice that a lot of the blog articles on here are from people who have undergone hair transplants, but not much for those of us for which that is not an option. I thought I’d share my experience and what I’ve found for other people like me.

In my research I’ve found there are A LOT of claims and promises out there. Some of which are clearly out there to sell you snake oils that don’t work, so be wise! I think that the best advice is usually the stuff that talks about your lifestyle as a whole, as well as genuine, results-driven products to try.

It’s been a long process of learning, but there are a few interesting tips I’ve picked up on the way:

The way you treat your hair is a BIG thing. I have to admit that I didn’t really care much about my hair before I started losing it. I used budget shampoos and a crappy old plastic comb that I used to rake through my hair. I’ve learnt that giving your hair a bit more care and attention is really important for keeping it.
Eating the right food can also be really helpful to the health of your hair. In the past couple of years I have really cleaned up my diet and started making sure I was eating lots of protein and iron and I have to say I’ve seen a big improvement in the quality of my hair ever since.
Medications can have side effects. It’s important to research them thoroughly before trying them, just to be sure of what you’re getting into. Also, hair growth supplements are basically expensive wee! I’ve looked into what’s in them and in reality, there’s nothing in there you can’t get from a good diet. If you’re getting enough of those vitamins and minerals in your food, your body won’t absorb any extra from supplements. Don’t be fooled!
Avoid sulfates like the plague! They’re in a lot of (cheaper) shampoos to create the ‘lather’, and they’re also in floor cleaner, washing up liquid and engine cleaner. To think that I was applying the equivalent of engine cleaner on my hair makes me cringe now! Needless to say, they’re really terrible for hair and can impair hair growth and cause fall out.

These are just a few things I’ve learnt along the way which have helped me. There is lots of stuff online, like this article which explains what exactly causes hair loss, and also this article which I found quite useful. It’s more focused on hair growth and thickening as opposed to actual hair loss, but it’s got quite a bit of advice to make your hair better. I would take the ‘natural remedies’ section with a pinch of salt as I’m not sure that stuff would actually work.

I hope my advice has helped some of you! If you have any more tips please do leave them below as I would love to hear them.

Hi guys, I'm in desperate need of some advice.

Hi, I am 26 years old and live in the U.K.
I currently wear a hair unit and have done for the past 3 years. I am now strongly considering a hair transplant for various reasons. One of them being that the unit involves a lot of maintenance, a lot more than I think I anticipated before having it done. Don’t get me wrong, its been great too as it has boosted my confidence and now I am really struggling coming to terms with shaving my hair off completely to have a transplant. The second reason is that I am moving to Barcelona in August and I know that the heat will drive me crazy, so I know it’s time now that I get something permanent.
I have tried taking propecia whilst wearing the unit but that didn’t seem to work, and I have also tried the laser therapy for over a year prior to going down the non-surgical route of wearing a unit, this also didn’t work.
I have looked at various options and I think I’d prefer the FUT transplant as I like to shave my hair on the sides and I wouldn’t want a visible scar. I have looked at various clinics too and the prices here in the U.K. are so much more expensive. I was convinced going to Turkey to have the procedure done would be fine until someone said but what if something goes wrong, then I’d have to travel abroad again etc, which has kind of put me off.
I have attached some pictures of my hair without the unit, so you can see where I’m at with my hair loss now. The hair is there but it’s very thin on top.
Any recommendation of clinics would be greatly appreciated, as would any comments and general advice as something I feel incredibly down about it all.
Thanks guys, if you have any further questions. Don’t hesitate to comment.

pre and post op with DR bhatti 3700 grafts

I arrived in India for my hair transplant, excuse the French still shitting my self haha I decided to get picked up from the airport from a driver who the clinic sent for me.. just thought I would for the first day to get settled, we drove to my hotel which I managed to get discounted with Dr bhatti absolutely beautiful place.. would recommend to anyone thinking of going over there its called the altius hotel in chandigarh.. anyways get settled in and few hours later the driver came back to pick me up from the hotel, to take me to see the DR Bhatti, got there and made me feel right at home straight away hes a funny man haha but we sat down and had a look at what he could do for me know he had seen me and checked my hair in person.
we desided that around 2500 grafts in the front and 1200 in the back would be a good start for me.. he was realistic with everything and what outcome to expect etc even the out come I have now is a millions times better than I imagined.
anyways next day I went for the hair transplants, no words for it really was such a smooth and well organised day, the only slight pain I felt through the whole procedure was the injection to numb your head, was just nice just to sit chill watch a few films while there hard at work giving me a hairline back stopped half way through the day for dinner which was amazing get a menu of pretty much anything you want!
anyways got finished there and got drove back to the hotel, felt absolutely ecstatic I finally had my hair transplant done and it was just a waiting game now.. that's the hardest bit waiting haha anyways got a list of instructions from the clinic with exactly what to do to look after the my head and everything that night so there was no confusion, plus what tablets to take which they provide pain killer etc
anyways check out the photos

Finding the right Dr....?? DR Bhatti at darling buds

Finding the right Dr for my self took a while, did so much research and to be fair these days there are so many to choose from. obviously a lot of places get mixed reviews etc which is expected but after looking through thousands of reviews and before and after pictures. I decided to message the clinic and Dr I read most about and was impressed with directly which was Dr Bhatti, I sent an email outlining what I wanted to achieve I actually got a reply from the doctors him self, asking for pictures etc so he could get a rough idea what I was talking about.. he was realistic and honest from the start which is kind of the whole reason I went with him really, he literally broke the whole thing step by step what we could do as in options etc.. but he said until you come and a have a consultation its not 100% what we can promise but he said we could make it work. which I thought was great because I have had a lot of company's promise me the world before I even go for a consultation. Anyways after pricing the whole thing up flights accommodation etc I decided to just think you live once go do it!!! The DR is based in India but the pricing up with a holiday this was still cheaper than the uk and I get a holiday, no brainer really! I have travelled quite a bit my self so wanted to make a bit of a trip out of it the Dr did say he could sort discounted accommodation airport transfers basically the whole thing for me.. but I thought I would see a bit of the sites a move around my self.. but it was good to know the option of the clinics helping you get get up was there..

Hair transplant changed my life

I was about 19 when I first started to notice my hair thinning, this was personally a nightmare for me as I did take a lot of pride in styling my hair etc. this may not be the case for everyone some people it may not bother to much, but anyways it was always in the back of my mind. Each day noticing hairs falling out when washing or styled my hair. At first nobody commented on this as it probably wasn't as bad as I thought it was
Over time people did point out that my hair was thinning, in the barbers etc but not in a rude way just pointing out the obvious really. But not going to lie does make you feel a little uncomfortable. which is when I started looking into products to stop this like shampoos potions and lotions etc which is a never ending search on google with mixed reviews on everything plus paid a fortune of the years for products which yes did thicken my hair but nothing would stop the hair from falling out.
I started eventually styling my hair is different ways to hide the thinning areas,, which keeping it that bit longer did work, until it starts to look a bit comb over ish. I eventually started looking for something abit more powerful than the shampoos etc I stubbled across propica finasteneride I decided to try this after reading a lot of stories on bad side effects I was a bit apprehensive but I was quite willing to try anything at this point. I tried at and within a few days I was coming out in red rashes all over my body, so spoke to the doctor and he told me to stop taken the medicine.
Over time I thought I would get used to the fact i was losing my hair, but losing it knocked my self confidence massively, I know it shouldn't and its just life but I didn't want my photo taken anymore, I was wearing hats all day everyday. Basically was just getting in the way off everyday life. I decided after a lot of research, and thinking along the lines of you only live once on this earth so why not spend it happy and do what makes you happy so this once when I decided to get a hair transplant.

More details about the Nike Kobe AD Mid EP shoes

I remember watching Kobe as a rookie thinking “This is one cocky mf, he better be good” .Kobe Bryant‘s Mamba Mentality has been well-documented throughout his 12 years with Nike Basketball. His alter ego has served as fuel for other athletes such as Kyrie Irving, all who have taken direct cues from Bryant’s hall of fame career. So many fans will like the Nike Kobe AD Mid sneakers .
So what is the performance? We will check it today .

As we know ,these sneakers monochromatic colorways ranging from teal (honesty), red (passion), grey (detachment), purple (fearlessness), and yellow (optimism). but for me , I like the grey one . it is seems a little unobtrusive ,but this one match any color way if you don’t know the color principle .

About this nike air vapormax 2.0 shoes , it is seems very different than any other Kobe shoe I ever played in. It provides less responsiveness and court feel than other Kobes. It seems like after his retirement, Kobe wants a little more cushioning and a more “old school” vibe from his shoes. For the design ,the unique features on the Swoosh branding is attractive.

For the material : Kobe AD Mid material is more a little stiff, maybe the reason why of this kind of material, it is the suede material with the leather ,though it is kind of thin.then we can see the Flywire which more the wrapping .
The materials do take a few hours of break in to warm up and soften but there aren’t hot spots that pinch or flex painfully so just play on and you’ll be fine. You do have a little dead space in the toe box when you lace them tightly but it doesn’t affect anything.
For the ventilation ,the materials are not breathable at all .Moisture buildup becomes an issue within the shoe rather quickly because of the lack of ventilation, especial for the summer , if you can not bear it , maybe it is not a good choice for you .When you have moisture buildup within a shoe, and you have friction involved, blistering is inevitable.

The advantage of this kind of suede material is that it have enough support and stability . When carrying out some high-intensity reversal, the uppers can work, but this type of upper has the disadvantage of being extended.

Followed by a surrounded TPU, Kobe Bryant ad mid ‘s stability is great , the stability of this pair of shoes is really good.

For the lace system , it is nothing special , but it is easy to adjustment ,but seem the second row of shoelaces will have a little footing in the beginning.

For the cushioning : For the Kobe series’s cushioning configuration, I guess a lot of people familiar with this kind of design. it is the Lunarlon midsole followed by Zoom. for this price with this setting , it is nice . But it seems to be worse than the previous Lunarlon of Kobe 11 EM.
However, this version of Kobe AD Mid is greatly improved. The full length of Lunarlon is relatively flexible, the forefoot is slightly harder, but it is suitable for the design of guard quick start. The Zoom’s soft bullet is moderate and the feedback is obvious. I think it is a very practical and effective cushioning configuration in actual combat.
The forefoot is all about offering a balanced ride that allows you to be quick on your feet while still maintaining a level of comfort. and the Kobe AD Mid is more comparable to the Kobe 10 and Kobe A.D. NXT rather than the previous Kobe A.D.

For the traction : Translucent rubber, it worked really well. But the dust is attracted to this type of rubber, so you will need to wipe here and there, but it was nothing that would hinder the traction’s performance if you were too busy playing to wipe.

The outsole there is a very small outwardly extending corner which the role is to prevent rollover, there can be a clear visible carbon plate on the heel, then with the carbon plate supporting, this pair of shoes is still very good resistance to distortion.

Overall, Ventilation and material quality are where the Kobe AD Mid’s could improve. However, the cushioning is nice and the rest of the shoe plays and performs really well. traction also great, it is worth the price.Keep on looking at Jordan Release Dates 2018 to learn more sneakers news earlily here.

63 Year old Man FUE + BHT Hair Transplant Result

A 63-year-old man was using hair patch since last 20 years came to us for hair transplant in India Clinic. He was fed up with the patch and now wants permanent treatment for his baldness, he was grade 7 Norwood category. Though donor is narrow but has a good quality of hair. He has good beard and chest also.

His general health was good. No history of Hypertension and diabetes and he was not on any medication. No significant past history. No drug allergy.

His investigations were within normal range.
Planning

For best result of hair transplant, we plan for Powered hair transplant along with “combination grafting” of scalp, beard and chest hair.(BHT + FUE hair transplant). To provide nutrition to graft we use plasma as a graft holding solution, also we do direct hair implant, to minimize outside body time of grafts and prevent ischemic injury. No touch to root technique is used to prevent microtrauma to grafts.
Scalp hair quality is exactly same as was on recipient area. Beard hair is thick so provide good volume. We mix them with scalp hair for good result. Chest hairs are comparatively thinner and they help in providing filling effect.
We planned his hair transplant in two sessions at a 4-month interval. Each session was of two days.

Procedure

On the day of Hair transplant-Trimming of the scalp is done on the same day in the morning. After trimming Head bath is given with providine iodine scrub. After xylocaine sensitivity, local anaesthesia is given.

In the first session, we took 3100 grafts from scalp on day 1 and 2000 grafts from beard on day 2.
So total 5100 grafts were implanted in the first session and this covered his frontal and mid-scalp region.

In the second session, after 4 months we took grafts from scalp, beard and chest.
We advise trimming chest hair 12-15 days prior to surgery to avoid extraction of telogen hair. Percentage of telogen hair is maximum in chest hair if we compare it with scalp and beard. This will help us to extract anagen hair only as they will grow during this period.
Beard hair should be trimmed 3-4 days prior to hair transplant.
On day 1 we took grafts from 1000 grafts scalp and 800 from a beard. Now on the next day, we harvest chest and extracted around 1200 grafts. So we again able to harvest 3000 grafts in session 2.
So in all, we had harvested 8100 grafts using Scalp, beard and chest as a donor source.

The result of Hair transplant Usually, results start coming after 4 months of hair transplant procedure but at our centre, early results are seen because of Powered hair transplant and No touch to root technique for implantation.
He got a very good result of the hair transplant because of putting a large number of grafts and avoiding all the factors which lead to poor growth of the hair root.
Here are the photographs showing his preoperative profile and the postoperative result after 1 year of surgery.

My experience with hair transplantation in Turkey

hello

i am john form UK, 36 years old.

after 6 years of suffering from baldness, i took the decision to have a hair transplant surgery, and after searching on internet, i found that turkey is one the best places to do kind of treatment,
I attended a list of the best hair transplant centers in Istanbul. By comparing features and prices, I found that bestfue center is my best option, especially after seeing some of their previous clients results.

I communicated with them, and They asked me some pictures of my head from all angles. They asked me about my medical condition and my medical history, To know whether there were any obstacles or impediments to the process.

Then they asked me to determine the date of my arrival in Turkey, and asked me to send a copy of the plane reservation so that the crew would be waiting for me.

I took the decision, Booked to travel and I sent them a picture of the ticket.

When I arrived everything was equipped, The reception staff was very helpful.

The hotel was nice and 5 star, I rested on the first day and started preparing myself for the procedure the next day.

I was scared at first but the doctors team assured me.

Nur Deniz the specialist in hair transplantation in the center came to me and drew the lines which the hair transplant would based on.

after that the three stages of the process began:
A- The extraction of the hair follicles:
B- The making of the incisions
C- The transplantation of the hair follicle

Everything was easy and fast, the process lasted 7 hours, and was absolutely painless.

They then took me to rest in the hotel, I came on the second day to make the first wash in the center, which is very necessary, They washed my head and taught me how to wash it for the next 10 days, and They gave me a treatment bag, containing a special laundry shampoo and some creams and medicines needed during the recovery period، and Wish me a good trip.

Best way to buy Air Jordan 11 White Red Houston Rockets PE

This year, Levi's teamed up with Air Jordan 11 White Red again 10 years later. Among them, Air Jordan 4 was jointly presented with Levi's signature washed tannins and red Levi's labels, plus leather details on the tongue. Brightness has also triggered the mad rush of global shoe fans. The Levi's x Air Jordan 4 blacks in the earlier rumors have also been exposed again. The black body is still made of Levi's denim fabric. The side body is partially covered with contrasting dark gray and black linings. It is still a combination of classic leather label and JUMPMAN. Compared with dark blue, black is more subtle and cool!

Two of the adidas Ultra Boost 4.0 Oreo colors from the "Best Hand In The Game" collection will be available tomorrow. Why only two? Because there was a verdict somewhere upstairs that there would be so much and an end in Europe. "Yellow Ocher" refers to five MVP awards and "Track Red" to six championships. Yellow have something in themselves.Another premiere is another premiere from the series "Art of a Champion" - classic Converse Chuck Taylor 70 Low recalling Bill Russell's feat and his 30 points and 40 rebounds in the final match against the Lakers.

The style of adidas Prophere Core Black Solar Red shoes, a not too nice cross-country race from the '90s. Recently, adidas Originals fits in perfectly with this trend, releasing the adidas Yung-1 model and now restoring adidas Temper Runner.A nice curiosity about both shoes are their original dates of the premiere. Yung-1 appeared on the market as early as 1997, but then the model was called Falcon. In turn, Temper Runner maintained in the style of the '90s appeared only in 2014. He did not enjoy much interest and how quickly he appeared so quickly disappeared. Now, when not very beautiful designs and multi-panel constructions govern, one can dare say that adidas has overtaken the trends for these 3-4 years.

Each propose different number of grafts and suggest different things.
Dr Suneet Soni - 4000 grafts for frontal area good density
Dr Madhu - 2300 to 2500 grafts for forntal area with medium density
Dr Radha - two options
option1 - FUT only- 3500 grafts for frontal area with medium density
option 2 - FUT and FUE in one session - 3500 front and 2000 in the crown.
I think option 2 with Dr Radha might be suitable as it will give good coverage on all my bald areas in one session. but it is so confusion which one to go for.
Any suggestion will help.
i will add my current picture
Thanks

3000 Grafts with 6 Months result of FUT Hair Transplant

A 27-year-old male came with complains of hair loss. He wanted hair transplant. On taking detail history, there was no other illness and he was a healthy male with grade V androgenetic alopecia. His donor area was good in terms of quality, density, laxity, and color of hair.
We suggest him for 3000 grafts (6000 + hair). He wanted FUT as he didn’t want to shave his head. So FUT Hair transplant of 3120 grafts was done by using Powered hair transplant technique. Grafts were kept in Plasma and PRP did during the procedure.
A procedure was uneventful, no pain or swelling after the procedure. We gave Ropivacaine block post procedure and also keep strip width not more than 1.5 cm in the center and 1 cm on the lateral side. This gives very fine non-detectable scar and negligible pain postoperatively. This study of ours was presented in ISHRS 2016 and AHRS 2017(International and National conference of hair restoration surgeons)
There were no additional precautions to be taken for transplanted hair – He was very happy now as just after 6 months his profile is changed, and he will get a full result in 8 to 10 months, so expect much better. He kept this procedure secret even from his parents, now after seeing results, they are also very happy.

DRAM production capacity and performance improvement Micron is expected to replace SK hynix as the s

In 2017, although DRAM demand remained high, making prices soar, and making all DRAM manufacturers earn enough, the competition among the world's three largest DRAM manufacturers still has high and low points. Samsung ranks as the leader in DRAM's operating profit rate of up to 70%, followed by SK Hynix with an operating profit rate of 50%, and Micron, which is ranked third, is catching up quickly, operating profit of 49.3% in 2017, almost with SK hynix. Almost the same. It is estimated that under the continuous efforts of Micron, by the end of 2018, Micron will have the chance to catch up with SK Hynix and become the world's second largest memory factory. BSM50GX120DN2
According to the Korean media "etnews" report, the recent quarterly DRAM companies just announced last quarter financial report showed that Micron Technology's revenue reached 7.351 billion US dollars, operating profit was 3.36 billion US dollars, net profit was 3.495 billion U.S. dollars, operating profit rate was 49.3% , close to 50%. For SK hynix, the revenue for the previous quarter was 819.75 billion won, the operating profit was 4367.3 billion won, the net profit was 312.13 billion won, and the operating profit rate was 50%. Although the accounting time of the two companies is different, there is no significant difference in operating profit rate.
The report further pointed out that at present, in the Samsung part of the DRAM leading company, the operating profit rate is about 70%, deducting the foundry and large-scale semiconductor design business. The second and third members of SK hynix and Micron Technology, which have a 10% margin in operating profitability 10 years ago, are now progressing to almost no gap, mainly because of the rapid increase in production capacity of Micron in recent years, and Process improvement and advancement. It is understood that during the 2016 period, Micron’s factory capacity in Taiwan, China and Japan increased by 34.3% and 23.6%, respectively. In the same period, SK hynix caused a drop in production capacity due to process conversions. FS450R12KE3
According to market estimates, even in the DRAM market, the operating profit rate of SK hynix and Micron will remain unchanged, and Micron will still surpass SK hynix to become the world's second-largest memory company in an effort to develop NAND flash memory. At present, NAND Flash memory market ranking, Samsung still remains the lead, Toshiba catching up behind, Micron ranked third, SK Hynix fourth.

4120 FUT-Grafts with Dr Suneet Soni, Medispa

I’d considered doing something about my genetic baldness for years. But the truth is I felt awkward discussing something that personal with someone else… I didn’t want them thinking I was too vain or pre-occupied with my hair. Talking over the phone with Dr. Suneet Soni broke the barrier. He immediately appealed to me as a friendly, honest kind of person who understands how people feel about their appearance. He confirmed me about the aesthetic result and prepared me for the surgical procedure. Initially, I had many doubts and confusion, but all went off after receiving the pre-procedure consultation at Medispa.   Before visiting Dr. Suneet Soni, a few others had turned my way, saying that essentially my situation was hopeless. I remember leaving their clinics with a great feeling of dread and sadness at the prospect of living with a hat on my head for the rest of my years. From the moment I met Dr. Suneet Soni he gave me a feeling of great hope though I remained somewhat skeptical.     He explained to me to need to be self-restraint as the FUT technique of hair restoration would be a 5 steps process to do it. I appreciated his reluctance to not do it all at once, get his money, and move on… though I wanted it fixed for the very next day!     Glad to say that I received 4120 FUT grafts in a single session for the grade NW-V baldness.     Finally, Dr. Suneet was the first transplant surgeon I ever met who did not discuss his fee as his first order of service. He was very gracious with the cost of hair transplant and allowed a modest cost of the procedure. Bottom line is that I genuinely felt and still feel that he wants to help me and understands my situation. He is down to earth, friendly and best of all… accessible.     His entire staff has been and continues to be absolutely wonderful in accommodating me and I also feel they care about the end result for me.     Thank You, Dr Suneet Soni and the entire Medispa team.
