I live in VANCOUVER Canada and am looking to do FUE HT. Unfortunately, Hasson and Wong who are in my city are a little to expensive. So, me and a friend were looking at options abroad. And, it seems there are endless possibilities particularly in europe. We were looking at Madrid for vacation purposes and to do the HT. I realize couto is out of the question based on wait times. 
Any feedback with perhaps the next best option or if another country is a more viable/ efficient option suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
