I’ve seen some good results from LA hair clinic. The main guy, Jacques, used to work at alvi Armani as a tech so most of his skills were developed there. Their prices are decent at 6 dollars a graft. However, keep in mind that Jacques is only a PA not an MD. Not sure if this is a big deal for you. I don’t think he makes this clear on his site or IG and most people think he’s an actual doctor. Just sharing some facts

Shouldn’t or it should be minimal if you go to an experienced and well known physician. I see people getting touch ups all the time -

Hair Loss Cure 2020 Fact or Fiction?

I’m no expert but I think a good surgeon can relatively safely transplant within existing transplanted hairs and here are my thoughts: 1. Transplanted densities are nowhere near the original density of your hair. From my guess 40-50 grafts/cm2 is roughly about 50% or a bit higher of most people’s natural density 2. Transplanted hairs are usually more resilient and not as afflicted to shock loss as thinning or mpb prone hairs i would guess it’s impossible to achieve natural density. But I think a good surgeon can help you achieve a relatively good density. I think you went with a great surgeon and have good results. Follow up with them and they should be able to give you their expert opinion. Good luck

You need to read up more because it sounds like you are still not educated on this topic. Dhi is still fue. Fue refers to the method in which grafts are extracted. Dhi is a method in which hairs are implanted into the recipient (using implanter pens such as Choi and lion)

I didn’t like that either where I was asking questions and they were being relayed from the rep to the doctor back to the rep and back to me and vice versa. When I did meet hasson in person he seemed very helpful and went through many details with me (of course they charged a ~$70 consult fee in that case though).

I’m very sorry you had to experience what you did twice in a row. Who was your first surgeon? Did they give any input in regards to the sub optimal growth? I would expect bhatti to give you at least an IDEA of what could have possibly gone wrong whether it was surgical protocol, some type of scarring Alopecia, etc . I don’t advise just going another time after 2 failed surgeries and “hope for the best.” I would request to have a biopsy at the minimum to see if there’s any underlying scalp issue. Please just don’t jump into a free repair blindly. I wish you the best and hope you find answers soon

How much more improvement did you see after month 9?

Good things are sure to come soon! Almost there

The results look great but your write up is not good at all. It sounds like you plugged in everything to google translate then used 5 different thesauruses to come up with complex words to use. It would be much more helpful if you included details such as graft breakdowns, punch sizes, density numbers, hair caliber, etc.
