4650 Grafts with Dr Resul Yaman - 13.7.2019
CosmoKramer replied to gbhscot's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Nice progress man, you look 5-10 years younger. 👍🏻 -
Very Nice progress for 4 months, looks like you’re an early grower! 👍🏻 Keep the progress updates coming!

You’re welcome! In regards to the microneedling, I think I’d have to disagree with his opinion on microneedling, and from the progress I’ve seen of my own, yours and others, there definitely is something to it. Yeah, I checked out your video where you talk about the issue you had with grafts popping out and bleeding...I’m more on clined to believe that this was due to Minoxidil that you were using and likely due to the better scalp blood circulation and less scalp skin tension due to the microneedling and scalp massages you did, so on one hand it’s good for the scalp but not good to do before you have an HT procedure. How long before the surgery did you stop using Minoxidil and stop microneedling & scalp massage? By the way, nice work on your videos! 👍🏻

Is it too late to take PRP sessions and Minoxidil?
CosmoKramer replied to hairtargeter's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Partly correct, transplanted hairs can be targeted by DHT it will be in the follicles blood supply, it’s just a matter of how receptor sensitive the follicles become to DHT over time.- 3 replies

Hey @Rolandas Just saw this thread of yours...it’s crazy how time flies as I recall your microneedling progress thread and now you’re all done with your HT. Congrats! Fantastic write-up on your procedure and experience and the work looks great thus far! Best of luck with progress and looking forward to your updates!

Help on choosing the surgeon
CosmoKramer replied to Cristero's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Hey man, I kinda agree with the Eugenix clinics response...that for your age looks like you don’t need an HT, I would say, stick to microneedling and your medication constantly and see how it goes after some more months (how long have you been microneedling btw?). That said, From what I’ve seen of crown work, Dr Lorenzo, Dr Couto are fantastic with crown results, and I saw a video on YouTube of Dr Vila’s work and her crown work looks very good as well. -
Dr Demirsoy 3030 grafts 16th January
CosmoKramer replied to Bigjab's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Hi All looks normal for 4-weeks, just saw this thread and the work and healing looks good, your donor looks good for just 4 weeks. Yes, it does look like shock loss in your crown but it still has some hair and looks fine in my opinion. Good luck with your progress! -
Hey @Melvin-Moderator, my take away from this issue was that this Doctor, now with his own new clinic likely wanted to get the word out on other foreign forums (that he might financially be marketing on) and offered a per graft price discount if patients posted on those forums their progress, I totally agree with your actions on OP’s thread until you get clarification from Dr Pekiner, that said, I believe Guano likely just wanted to share his experience here as he found this forum more trustworthy than the foreign ones. All that said, I did notice more mentions in comments and posting of Dr Pekiner over the last few months.

Anyone give me tips on Derma rolling ?
CosmoKramer replied to Coady's topic in Open Hair Loss Topics
You’re welcome. You could use your derma roller but be sure the needles are 1mm and if any, normally 1mm up to 2mm long is what you want if you want to see any good progress, using a derma roller less than 1mm is normally good for the absorption of topicals. I used a derma roller years ago (0.5mm) and it was annoying and not much progress but I didn’t do it constantly, with the Pen its much easier and better, for me at least and the needle cartridge is adjustable without having to buy different needle derma rollers. Yes, the routine you list looks about right, although I just use Minoxidil once a day at night before I go to sleep, and there is some info that even once a day is effective as well, but if you can handle 2x daily Minox then go ahead. -
Says the lame moron troll criticizing comments on other people’s threads and can’t comprehend what being a hypocrite is. Go back under your bridge troll. BTW, I saw your thread and didn’t comment because I didn’t feel I could give appropriate advise...maybe I should have commented on other posters comments telling them to brush you off...just for the sake of trolling....but I’m not that lame.
-
Dude, my point is whom are YOU to comment on comments on someone else’s thread, it makes total sense you just refuse to accept it. Like I said, no one was arguing with OP, people gave him their advise as did I, once, but you nonsensically think it’s arguing. And the fact that OP just commented that he will think harder about it before jumping just negates your pompous presumptive comment and my reply wasn’t emotional, once again, whom are you to assume that??...Too bad so sad if you didn’t like me pointing out your hypocrisy. If you want to be taken seriously stop trolling, others’ thread for the lame sake of trolling.
-
My logic is perfectly fine, I question yours...why are you commenting on a thread criticizing others for commenting, who are you the comment police???...that’s lame and hypocritically hilarious, who forced you to read this thread and get annoyed and make a comment there genius?? Lmao!! You were given an answer by the doctor on your thread of wanting an FUT but didn’t accept it and asked for opinions and comments, and you talked about a video of your donor but you don’t post it...but still want opinions, that’s ridiculous. I partly agree with the rest of your dribble, yes, if someone knows the pros and cons and are given reasonable advice and they still go forward then they have to accept the consequences.
-
You’re welcome man! Yeah, if you use the paid plane tickets as a vacation then do so...the hotels are top notch and not expensive and you can even book in person consultations with docs while there just to get an realistic idea. Good luck ps: your donor looks good IMO although your crown miniaturization looks to be getting lower in horse-shoe form.

ASMED Clinic (K Erdogan) 5033 grafts
CosmoKramer replied to youngnbald's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Nice early growth, plenty more ahead! -
I agree with what @Melvin-Moderator is recommending, grafts are like gold you don’t want to rush a procedure to have some fail and die. I was on and off for around 15 years with Minoxidil with little to no results...until I combined it with microneedling, and if you are on Finasteride and Nizoral then you could possibly get some very good progress in 6months. Dont be afraid or embarrassed to cancel on the clinic, its common, and if you feel compelled to go forward with the HT just because you can’t get a refund on an airline ticket then that’s not good rational either, see if you can reschedule with the airline maybe for a vacation. Ive seen a vlog from a guy on YouTube of the clinic you mentioned and his results look okay, I’m not impressed with their hairlines as they look unnatural IMHO, and he had to go back to them for a 2nd HT just to be happy with it.
