    Probably just another name for fue with a slight difference. Lots of examples of this are used by clinics as a marketing tactic towards consumers. Examples are dht, sapphire fue, ICE fue, etc

    I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your results. This doctor has been mentioned here a few times as of late and seems highly regarded especially since rumor is he trained with Keser and hlc. what is his latest reply towards your results after surgery 2? do you know if you have any scalp issues historically such as psoriasis, dermatitis, itchy scalp? you may want to visit a dermatologist or get a biopsy performed if you do surgery again. I’m not an expert this is just my opinion

    Melvin has anyone ever commented on your scarring? Are you self conscious about the scars when you go that short? I have similar skin and hair contrast to you and I haven’t cut it short yet but I’m planning for the worst

    If I were in your shoes, I wouldn’t limit your doctor choices just because of geography. A little bit of travel and you can be in the hands of one of the top docs in the world

    The progress looks good no doubt I just don’t understand why there is overhead lighting in the befores but not the afters.

    Scar tissue is different from virgin skin and doesn’t tan from what I’ve read. So I think if you go that route they might be even more noticeable.

    Very nice especially for 3300 grafts. What does the “Comprehensive and Exclusive Package“ include?

    It’s usually a good idea to be on finasteride before surgery because it can stabilize your hair loss and lessen the chances of shock loss which occurs more often when grafts implanted between existing hairs like yours. Seems like most of your loss is diffused. I would do more research if I was in your shoes

    Very good point. When I first started looking at hair transplant results all I saw was the hairline and if there was ok coverage I was blown away. After getting a procedure and becoming hyper aware, now I notice all small issues regarding density, hairline, placement, temple points, etc. it’s a huge mind fuck now tbh

    Based on your statistics and hair caliber you have good donor imo. Did they tell you the hair per graft ratio? Im guessing it’s high for you. Also with your thick hair what punch size was used? I’m guessing .8 or .85. ill be following this thread as I’m a long term minoxidil user too

    Are you on treatments like finasteride to slow/prevent further loss? Are you prepared to have more surgery to address continued thinning if you’re not on treatment? i think these are the questions both you and the clinic should be asking and answering before going thru with surgery.

    Nah very normal. 9 weeks still in ugly duckling and I wouldn’t expect anything for at least a few more weeks.
