    Never seen many results come out of Dubai. If you’re cost conscious but still want decent quality then Turkey is your closest and best option. There are a lot of doctors in Turkey but only a handful that id trust and they are doing consistent and quality work from what I’ve seen. And it’s only a fraction of the cost of western clinics

    There’s not really a way to speed up the growth of the transplanted hairs after they’ve been shocked out and shed, otherwise everyone would be doing it. There is anecdotal reports of people able to make their existing growth faster by using supplements like msm biotin silica etc.

    Thanks. I guess what I’m asking is there a safer age to pursue hair transplants where donor thinning is less likely to occur or identified? For example people say to wait til about age 30 before getting a transplant as your final hair loss pattern can be identified. Is there a similar rule for donor thinning?

    That doesn’t sound like an “above average” number of grafts to me either. I’d ask how they come up with those numbers. Donor capacity is a tricky subject and I don’t think there’s an exact way to measure it because there’s so many variables. The closest thing I’ve seen in terms of a tool to calculate donor capacity is dr erdogans coverage calculator tool. A few doctors use it as well but other than that I think it’s kind of a guess on most doctors part.

    Woah buddy calm down. At the end of the day if he’s unhappy then that’s the way it is and he has a right to be. If I remember correctly (anyone please correct me if I’m wrong) he sent his pics to lupanzula and was told that his hairline didn’t look natural. it would be nice to see updated results though as I’m curious as well

    Dr. Bloxham Is there usually a certain age/timeframe where the possibility of donor thinning can be seen? also, how much does the donor thin on average over a lifetime?

    I think there is def more balding in the recent generations. But I can’t base it off of any data or statistics. What I do know is kids nowadays are maturing faster and going through puberty sooner than other generations. With that said, I don’t think it’s crazy to see the younger generations balding earlier.
