    I’m very curious to know if inflammatory skin/scalp issues like dermatitis can harm grafts. Maybe the immune system would be involved?

    Personally...the only clinic I’d consider In Turkey would be hlc. Only doctors do the work, stick and place technique, modern tools and facilities, manual fue, emphasis on donor management, they hold training workshops themselves, smp and bht performed there as well. They have their own condo for patients to stay at nearby. But their costs are likely more than anyone on your list at 2.7 euros per graft.

    Do you have pics of your donor after like 5-7 days?

    yeah it looks like you have plenty more in the back. I too have an area on the side that looks overharvested in the upper and lower regions. I think its a little more common than we think. Most people probably wont notice it tho. It sucks tho because I used to be able to fade it down to a #1 and now i'm not even sure if i can do a 2.

    No I was just complimenting your hair characteristics bro. That's a lot of grafts in the bank. Did you mention the small area that you noted as overharvested? What was their response?

    Topical spironolactone showed some promise in a small study done in the 80s on a small group of patients. Personally, if I was doing well on the big 3 I wouldn’t add it. If it’s a cream then it’s messy, a pain to apply, and reacts negatively with minoxidil so your hair literally starts smelling like skunk/weed (I’ve used it in the past).

    interesting video, thanks for sharing. how old is the patient? in the video they say 65 but in the description it says 56

    I 100% agree with this as for some people this look suits them very well. However, as stated by @yesplease, a shaved head with stubble looks way different than a shaved head with a horseshoe/heavily recessed frontal hairline. I also agree that the status of the donor in this case is also very critical in terms of how it looks since the goal of the patient is very short hair.

    I haven’t looked at the site but I would guess it’s a referral company that tries to recruit patients to go to some unknown/cheap clinic in Turkey for transplants. I’m almost certain the surgeon wouldn’t be in uk and charge that little. Also the whole “unlimited grafts” deal usually entirely exists in Turkey
