  1. A lot of factors come into play including what punch size was used, your scalp/skin contrast, etc. I dont think there is a blanket statement can be made based off a number of grafts. If I had to guess you could get away with a #3 guard and if you have favorable characteristics then even lower
  2. Yes, they have technicians doing the extractions there and also the implantions. I believe both doctors only do the slits. Personally, I think they are doing really good work. Their techs have been there for many years. Their recent FUE results have been looking good. There are other options you can consider if you only want the doctor doing work. This includes konior and his protege nadimi. However, their surgery comes at a premium.
  3. Sorry to hear that you are experiencing side effects? Have you tried altering your dose? How about topical liposomal finasteride? In terms of your options, thats a tough one. My recommendation would be to visit some reputable/honest surgeon near you and get their opinions and maybe to create a plan. I believe hattingen hair with dr. muresanu is in your country. I've heard very good things about them. Obviously just consult with them and do not commit to surgery just yet. Good luck
  4. how were you able to get in so quick? I thought his waiting list was over a year
  5. Im very curious to see your before and after pictures as well. Is the density OK where she added hair? What is her reason for being combative?
  6. woah this is gonna be crazy good. Look at those multigrafts behind the hairline already popping through. nice!
  7. Dr Lindsey, doesnt this go against the graft anchoring study done by Dr Rassman and Bernstein? Their study found that by day 8 or so, grafts were never dislodged even when pulling a scab or hair. Given that most doctors nowadays use smaller incisions than what was cited in the study, this should be even less of an issue? Just want your opinion on this.
  8. Hello, why was the temporal area on the left side not extracted from? Also, what punch size was used and which system?
  9. Hi Nelson, what minimum length do you typically advise Eugenix patients to keep their donors? I know in the past it has been stated your clinic uses .9-.95 punches for the majority of patients.
  10. Can’t give a solid answer as there’s many possibilities. Some doctors use a manual punch so it’s more time consuming. Others use motorized so it’s quicker. Some doctors are of the mindset that they need to limit the number of grafts taken in one session to not stress out the donor. Others think it does not matter. Some doctors use time consuming stick and place. Others use pre made slits. Too many possibilities
  11. That’s awesome. How old is she? I feel like girls in their late 20s and beyond are less judgmental about stuff like this.
  12. This is great advice. When did you open up about your procedures?
  13. Progress looks good any tips for reducing grey hair? what shampoos do you use?
  14. Thanks Melvin. How do you apply minoxidil with using dermmatch?
  15. Did she give any reason why nizoral could be harmful?
  16. Melvin I’ve never used this product but I deal with scalp issues so I need to wash daily. Do you wash your hair daily when you use this? Any specific shampoo you need to use to get it off well? Also, how do you apply minoxidil when using derm match?
  17. 5-6k grafts in one go is a big surgery. I would guess bruno doesn’t want to stress or harm the donor in any way. He follows lorenzos logic/pattern as he trained under him. Personally, I would go the slow and steady route starting with the frontal area the first surgery and then doing the crown in the second. Eugenix is a great clinic however and they are doing some large cases successfully
  18. Wow, this looks great. How old are you? Are you on any meds including shampoos? Do you dye your hair?
