  1. Ok, the immediate front looks sparse and the temple points look a bit unnatural at this point. But let's not forget you covered half your head plus reconstructing temple points with only 3.1k grafts. As been mentioned, a touch up and you will be golden. The shape is there. Don't go any lower, just fill it in.
  2. Here he is at 7 months for reference. After 8000 grafts. I agree it is a case of overharvesting.
  3. Ok I saw now how many grafts you needed. If 7000 Euro is your budget then I would strongly advice researching Dr. Keser.
  4. Yeah sorry for kidnapping your thread, man. 😛 As for what you described, I can totally see where you're coming from. At the same time getting a better result than you did (and at just 9 months) in one go is not that common. Your result is a success. And now that you see how well you responded to the procedure, you know that total satisfaction is within reach.
  5. What would be your budget and how many grafts are you looking for? Because at 5000 Euro or below, there is noone safer than Koray I would argue. But if you are willing to go up a bit, then yes there are better options.
  6. Koray Erdogan is the industry leader in Turkey. Yes, there are two or three examples around here that had subpar growth. But you'll never find a complete disaster with a botched donor or anyone looking like a freak. A couple of less successful cases will occur when you have more cases than anyone else on this forum. A year or so ago there was a problem with Koray results getting a bit inconsistent since he was upgrading the number of patients he does a day. But I believe he has finetuned his operation and that the situation is under control as of late. Someone like @JayLDD, @Melvin-Moderator or @Yaz89 can correct me if I'm wrong on that last part.
  7. What is your plan? To adress crown? And how many grafts do you estimate are left in your donor?
  8. First I have to correct you on the spelling of the name of the country because it's driving me mad. Sweden*. 😀 I can see on his page that he charges 52.000kr for 2200 grafts. That would be about 5015 Euro which is like 2,3 Euro per graft. At that price interval I would go for a proven option like Asmed or Demirsoy or even Cinik.
  9. Are you from Sweden? Don't do the mistake of going for geographical convenience. There are 3-4 clinics in Sweden that can give you a good result (actually some of my RL friends did it here), but the consistency isn't there. You are taking a gamble. Especially since the price in Sweden is equally as high as the top clinics you can find in Belgium or Spain.
  10. I will advice you to ponder an alternative route. Buzz it down, grow a beard, go to the gym and build muscle. You are in an optimal age for that. Looks like you have a good headshape and a good beard also. Grow your hair out at age 28-29 and reassess the situation. Maybe you are a good candidate for a HT then.
  11. So you're saying he was willing to perform a second surgery after just 7 months? Another massive red flag. Please do what people are saying. This is your life we are talking about. Go to a top clinic. Save money for two-three years and during that time spend a couple of hours every week doing research on this forum. If you can't afford Konior or HW prices then go to someone in Spain or Belgium. It's nice to get comments that are designed to not make you stressed but in a couple of years you'll be forever grateful to the honest comments.
  12. You should expect improvement in terms of the quality of the hairs in the front. I can see even in that bad picture quality that it's very frizzy still. Looking forward to around new years to see what it looks like then.
  13. Wowzers. Never heard of this doctor, but will have to look into him after this. Probably the most impressive result to come out of the UK?
  14. Thank you for your intro. Will follow and I wish you the best of luck!
  15. I did consultation in March of 2019. They could get me a date in the summer of 2020 but I opted for September 2020.
  16. Do you have any pictures? That would make it easier to recommend a clinic since they have different strengths in various hair loss situations.
  17. Hairline looks so perfect in those outside shots. Congratulations on engagement!
  18. I think you look great. Also are you happy with your donor? Can you sport a fade starting from 1mm?
  19. I think your own analysis is spot on. Also the thickening of the hairs will improve the overall look. You are not seeing a full result yet.
  20. Read my post again. I stated that the lead tech does the extractions. I will not reveal the price out of respect for the clinic. The price might differ depending on the individual case.
  21. A lot of misleading information from @Portugal25 in this thread that should be edited/deleted. @Melvin-Moderator There is no internet war intent from my side, Portugal25. I am however forced to respectfully point out that you spoke uninformed in this thread. That happens. But if we let it stand then it is very dangerous both for potential patients and for clinics reputations. I had a procedure at De Freitas Clinic 6 weeks ago. Let me correct you on the following points: 1. No techs do any implantation. Dr De Freitas does all the slits and all the implantation. He does 3 patients a day but only around 1500 grafts per patient. So the patients that need more are booked for consecutive days. Sometimes they work overtime to get a patient over the line if someone only needs a few more hundred. They then take a slower day the day after. 2. They have 3 tech teams. One lead tech in each team specialize in doing the extractions with motorized punch, the rest sort the grafts and pack the implantation tools. 3. Your price per graft is wrong. The price structure is different for the first 1000 grafts than the rest. 4. If you look at the biggest spanish forum, as @OliverAtom stated, you will find that De Freitas has more real patient reports than anyone else over the course of many years. My review thread will come within the next few weeks.
  22. I believe this will look much better with the maturation of the transplanted hairs. Also you could try a style with 3 millimetres on the sides and leave it like it is now on top. I think it will create a picture of a better head of hair. Leaving it long on the sides will portray the receiving area as thinner.
  23. Good luck! Will follow your journey. You need to stay on fin because you were probably headed to baldness in your 30's.
