  1. 5 months. Never using effects in the pics but some different lighting and hair styles.
  2. First pic 4 days after when visiting the clinic for a checkup. Second after removing scabs at a week or so. Last two from 13 days, just before shedding started.
  3. My own pictures from now on. Will be of varying quality unfortunately since they're all taken on a phone. Also some will be mirrored when I use the selfie camera.
  4. Greetings gents, Haven’t had the time to post here for a while. But I feel I want to give back to the community. I would’ve never been able to make an informed decision if it wasn’t for this forum. Info Location: Clinica De Freitas - Valencia, Spain. Date of surgery: September 10:th 2020 Grafts: 2486 Hair/graft: 2,21 Method: FUE with motorized punch 0,8mm and implanter pen Doctor involvement: Implanting 100% doctor. Extraction is done completely by one head nurse. About me Age: 34 at day of surgery Ethnicity: Swedish passport and parents but probably central or southern European ancestry somewhere back in time Hairloss: Had an uneven and kinda high hairline since birth but good density everywhere until 27. Then density in frontal third and midscalp started to go slowly. I will answer questions if you have any.
  5. The Dr maps out the extraction zone with the same pen he designs the hairline. The tech doing the extraction doesn't just randomly go about the back of the head.
  6. Nice write-up. Following. Interesting to see an increase in cases from this doctor.
  7. Kinda crazy if it's true. Good luck with your journey and thank you for posting.
  8. Looking at your pics at 6 months and then reading you are kinda down makes me wonder. Can you show the situation in bad lighting conditions? Because in those pics it looks like a good final result and you are only at 6 months.
  9. Very good post @OliverAtom. We can't divide our research into clinic posted=bad and patient posted=good. It doesn't work like that. You need to use your eyes and be honest to yourself about what you're seeing. If you're watching a clinic posted youtube vid where they are combing through the hair and doing so in natural or harsh lighting then what you see is the truth, although be it a top case that they want to show off. It's still a real result. Likewise if you see a patient on here post a blurry pic in flattering light that makes a hairline look dense then what you see is probably a lie.
  10. Looking good and you are only at 5 months!
