  1. You are speculating with this information that it is not true. From where you have taken that Dr. Couto uses technicians to the implantation, this is plagiarism. Those of us who know him well and have had surgery with him know that he would never do this due to his perfectionist nature and excellence in his work. I also invite you to patiently review the FUEXPERT publications, which are many and you will find many cases with fine hair.
  2. Rafa Nadal underwent surgery at the Menorca clinic in Madrid (aesthetic surgery clinic), they say they have put 4000 grafts on him and they did not shave him, with extensive diffuse hair loss. The clinic advertised it everywhere, because they wanted to promote HT in the clinic with the Nadal procedure, I think I read that the owner of the clinic, Dr. Ángel Martín, has good contacts in the world of sports entertainment, there are photos on the web with many of them in his own house, even with Rafa. It is known that after that failed procedure he went to visit Couto looking to fix it, but Couto told him that there was nothing to do, because he did not have enough donors to even improve it a little. Nadal never had a procedure with Couto, and I really don't know if he had a DUPA or not. https://www.marca.com/2015/05/04/futbol/equipos/real_madrid/1430762967.html https://www.marca.com/tiramillas/actualidad/2017/01/04/586cf170e2704ea6548b4650.html
  3. Your message makes sense, especially to keep Couto away from the minds of forum readers. If you met Couto, ha ha ha, he looks younger than all the other doctors, not only physically, but because of the energy that he has. I don't know if he is 45 or 60, if it is true that he is the doctor with the most years of experience in Spain and the one who knows the most about this, according to the other doctors I met. In addition to the fact that he is in all the details and is a working machine, and he looks to be about 45 years old. Who have operated with him or have seen him in consultation will agree with me. Couto does sessions of between 1000 and 1500 grafts per patient per day, it is his work philosophy to perfectly control the times and details of the procedure. His work is very meticulous, craftsman and perfectionist, he classifies the units even by thickness, and he takes his time when he does the hairline and temples more than anyone else. As Dr Couto says, HT is a procedure to enjoy it, not to suffer it, and very long sessions are very traumatic according to those who have had them. I had a procedure of 2000 and it was performed in two afternoons, in the morning they did another patient balder than me and of course with more grafts, so it depends a lot on how they combine the interventions. Generally, the biggest ones do it in the morning when everyone is more rested. Then another team enters in the afternoon, rested for the second intervention but the doctors are the same. According to Couto, when a person performs the extraction is exhausted to implant after, regardless of age, fatigue and tiredness after 2, 3 or 4 hours of extraction is a human thing. He usually plans and starts the extraction to recognize possible difficulties and then continues the other, who has been rigorously trained by him and has been working in the clinic for more than 6 years. While the grafts are harvested, Couto makes revisions and assessments, to later implant once the extraction is finished, everything is very well coordinated. By the way, I think Couto is currently the most requested doctor in the world, despite not performing the extractions. I invite you to give me examples of cases of those doctors that you say extract and implant all the grafts, that improve or equal the results i have seen from Juan Couto.
  4. Hi guys, My sides and back always looked like this, it was an observation of the doctor in my first assessment before the procedure, and it is because I have very black hair and quite white skin (high contrast), also the angle of growth of the hair it is very perpendicular to the scalp, which facilitates the entry of light, and my natural density is not very high. The Fuexpert Clinic has been well known for many years, not only for the amazing results of its hair transplants, but also for the excellent care of the donor area. They would never have done a concentrated or poorly distributed extraction, in fact, I have only 2000 extractions well, separated from each other and well distributed throughout my donor. I hope I have clarified your concerns.
  5. Could you update please, to see the progress of the last months
  6. I know your career well, since you have the same nick on the recuperarelpelo forum in Spain, and I've been trying to follow your threads for a long time. You had 5 procedures with different doctors before going to Couto. You opened a thread in 2016 when you went to Couto for the frontal area, it was a small procedure with few grafts and unfortunately we never saw the result, because you did not finish the thread or publish photos, but you commented afterwards that you felt satisfied with the doctor's work, considering that in the same area you had received 5 procedures before, knowing the drawbacks of scar tissue. Then in 2018 you published another one with Dr. Ozgur in Turkey, the results of which we also didn't hear about. In December 2019 you published your donor repair procedure with Dr. Mwamba of less than 500 grafts, including some beard grafts. Another thread from July 2020 in which you proposed to publish your 12 procedures and you did not finish it either. The truth is that I really want to see the end of your whole story. I don't think you are a good case to compare your Mwamba result with any other doctor, because the procedure you received with him was a donor repair. So, as you rightly say, your opinion may not be objective, and the comparison is also not reasonable.
  7. You may be looking for something like this, good luck in your choice.
  8. It is not true that Couto attends up to 3 patients per day, the reality is that he operates 1 and sometimes 2, in each a few grafts per day and never at the same time, because they attend one patient in the morning and another in the afternoon when they have finished with the first. Part of his protocol is to implant a few grafts per day in each patient to control all the stages of the procedure well, and that it ends up being comfortable for the patient instead of sitting all day. His team has been with him for years and the results they offer are unbeatable. I know Ferreira's work very well, he is a good doctor, but without detracting from his work, he is not even remotely comparable to Couto, especially when it comes to frontal work with temples. In Spain being so close to Portugal, Ferreira has never been a doctor on our top list, even when he worked in Spain with Lorenzo. I have also seen comments repeatedly that in Spain we all have thick hair and it is not true, there is everything like in any other part of the world. In my own family, I have medium hair and my two brothers have very fine hair.
  9. What is your basis for saying this about Couto? In Spain we have known his work very well for many years and we have never seen inconsistencies in his results, not even a complaint from a client. And about the topic discussed in this thread (temple points), if you find a surgeon who perfectly reconstructs the temples like Couto does, please upload case examples here and let's start comparing. Couto has many published temple point cases with amazing result, he almost always restores them when they are receded.
  10. Hello guys! I apologize for taking me away from the forum for a while, we forget a bit when we're back with great hair. At the end of October I completed a year of my procedure, but 3 weeks ago I had the last consultation, there is some delay due to the health situation. I have received the photos of my current state and wish to share them with you guys. The truth is that after month 10 I have not noticed any change, it seems to me that the result I have achieved is unbeatable and what was most important for me, very natural.
  11. Having met Couto and seeing the passion that he feels for what he does, I do not see him doing the same, he would not sacrifice his results for nothing and I honestly think that he is the most demanded doctor in recent years. If someone of you has a procedure with the doctor in the future, then will understand what I am saying.
