How about topical finasteride that’s what I’ve been using as not really side effects like oral

They are slow at replying sometimes, have you double messaged? If they don’t respond you could always say I wish to cancel I’m sure that would get a quick response..

Sorry just scrolled up and seen the answer on this question I asked! - Hi man off topic but how did you get a consultation with him? Was it a long wait? I submitted my case 6 months ago and still not heard anything? Every time I message they say they haven’t reviewed it yet

Hi All, I have posted before asking who’s basically the best surgeon around and done a lot of research looked at results and I’ve narrowed my choices down as below but struggling to decide between the doctors on my shortlist Couto - initially my first choice but in 6 months he hasn’t even reviewed my case and I guess it could be years before I could even get in with him. pekiner - amazing hairlines from what I’ve seen, however, he doesn’t like to go too low and I do want to reduce the size of my forehead, he said to wait until I’ve been using finasteride for 6 months before reviewing my case. Also gather he doesn’t really do temple points which I may opt for. Currently using topical finasteride do people rate it? The response time isn’t the best which I hear a lot guess he has a long waiting list too but not as long as Couto freitas - this is a more recent pick for me. Some results I’ve seen are absolutely top class and he seems to be aggressive on the hairlines which I like. His availability is next may which I’d be willing to wait til for the right surgeon. Only negative that I know of is that he implants in rows - so is the only negative here that if you have a buzzcut it wouldn’t look great? and finally Loarwong - not sure if he’s rated as highly as the above but seems to knockout good results and seems a very ethical guy ie if someone has a not so great result he goes out of his way to fix it, and he is very responsive to messages - the easiest out of all the clinics I’ve messaged and could also get on with him this year. Negatives for me are I live in the UK and it’s a long long way! And just that will he produce results as good as the other three I’ve mentioned. would really appreciate the advice as I’m struggling! Got plenty of time obviously want to wait a few month to see any changes on finasteride anyway, maybe move on to oral if it may be more effective it’s not something I’ve done massive research on so started on topical finasteride coz of what I’ve heard about side effect on oral . thanks for reading 😊

Did he have you take finasteride before booking in your procedure. And what was it like on the day what was the process?

Think Yaman had some bad results (dont quote me on this have a fig through the forums) and doesnt do the whole procedure himself

I agree Couto is another level, but potentially a bit too pricey. I'd say Pekiner is the best most affordable option

Wouldn’t call the top doctors like pekiner/Keser/bicer a waste of money all proven track records

When did you go see Pekiner? Any before and after pics?

Defeinitely consider Pekiner, through my research not much different in price with Bicer and better. Yaman wouldnt even consider his work dropped off. Problem with Keser is he does like 700 grafts a day so would take days to complete.

Can we see your hair now please since its now been a long time since your last update

Interesting one my case is very much the same, want to sort receding and also bring hairline down because of big forehead, pekiner and couto are the two I'm deciding between. Not really heard that much of ferreira so may look into him myself
