  1. Thank you for the detailed explanations. I think it was wise to go conservative, as you are sill young.
  2. Agree with Jean. Without PICs or any other important information you recommendation has no value.
  3. The Dermatologist should lose his liscense for talking bu..shit. You are clearly a case for meds first and then wait for 1-2 years. This meds are minox and (!) FIN. Minox alone will 99 % not save your hair long term and it has quite a chance to make it worse long term withoun FIN.
  4. Seems that you did not have much shock loss as the native hair is already growing. That is good news. You had quite some hair left in the treated area, that makes it hard to judge how many grafts you need(ed). What was the future plan dicussed with the clinic? Side question: Why did you chose Bhatti over the Canadien clinics? Did you visit them before? This is just out of my curiosity, I am not in anyway try to sugest that Bhatti was a wrong choice. I just know many guys flying from europe to canada and you fly form canada to india ? Keep us updated and grow well.
  5. FUT or FUE? I assume the first, that is why you wanna keep the hair long, right?
  6. Yes, I know your "standard" look. I think it is great to let your hair grow a little. Why? Because you can now. No other reason needed. By the way, I did not talks about the current "hipster" side part. More classic like in "mad man". But hey, it is your head and hair?.
  7. The first pic really reminds me of the 90s when there were still the backstreet boys and stuff. Was there a single guy in the world with a different hairstyle? ? To support the guy who was asking questions: The difference between the first and the third pic is amazing. Especially the hairline does look good in one (#3) and bad in the other (#1). I can understand that someone close to a surgery could get nervous seeing that. Ever thought of sporting a side part? There is a reason why men use that look for ages. Nothing hides thinning hair more than that (transplant or not) IMO.
  8. Congratulations. You came a long way and look much better than before and this is what its all about. What do the people say you haven't seens for a long time? "New haircut" ?
  9. Sorry to hear that I am bothering you that much. I did not want you to give you a bad feeling about your decision. I know it is a though time after a transplant (the waiting and all). Your chose a great clinic (from what we know and have seen so far). I think they have a great plan, which maybe I just do not yet fully understand. Hopefully, you will have great results. I wish it to you like I wish to anyone. Still it is a strange (=non-standard) case and maybe I sound overly aggresive due to beeing a non native speaker. I just wanted to warn people that 1500 FU for the entire frontal third might be on the lower end and you need a great plan or good reason behind it. Will leave your thread for a while and just follow in silence, as I want you to keep posting your result.
  10. Nothing ensures graft survival. And no you wouldn't, cause you are not a thinner. You lost you entire frontal band. How would you make a plan for several session? a) Have one side first and then the other one month later? Then you have a crooked hairline for a year. b) Have a low density transplant on puropose and add density later. Great risk to look horrible for a more than a year and high risk as well. c) Have conservative hairline first and then lower it? You would waste a lot of singles which would be not the front anymore after the secone procedure or again look terrible for more than a year. A lot of cases from Keser are in a german forum with Keser having is own subforum. You need to subscripe though to see this part of the forum: https://www.alopezie.de/foren/transplant/index.php?t=thread&frm_id=16& Keser had lots of great, average and some few poor results. Worth noting: Due to his non-rotating/oscilating punch he has quite some cases where he was not able to extract properly and had to decline the patient during surgery. Same patients had great results going with some performing a different punch method. Another point: As you are a bigger case it is likely that he would have turned you down anyway. --> I recommed to discuss further in you own thread to not spam this great result.
  11. Sorry, you did not get what I mean. I am not saying that you or anyone would not compliment guys for a great transplant in turkey. BUT: If another clinic would come up with this plan (huge are but only 1500 FU) there would be no compliments.
  12. Did not wanted to sound harsh, sorry. But I do not get what you are talking about: Option A) You had remaining hair, then the density of the remaining hair has to be added to the translanted desnity. Option B) No remaining hair. Then this might be a low density transplant, probably to be be conservative. I just wanted to know if it is A) or B). On the pic at day 1 after surgery, it is clear that you can see only transplanted grafts.
  13. ??? Of course it is. If there would have been remaining hair it would have been shaven off.
  14. True, work looks very clean. And what we have seen from Nadimi so far looked good (even though it is not much). But: If a noname clinic in turkey would come up with 1500 FU and 116 for this huge area and this hairline on a bald (is it really bald?) head they would be "grilled" in this forum.
  15. Thanks for saring your story. 116 single grafts seems very low for the entire hairline. Were some 2s splitted into singles? Do you have pre op pics to evaluate if there was still native hair?
  16. If the scar is not misplaced, you will not (!) get a second scar with another FUT. They will cut out the first one. If you are lucky you have a revision and the new surgery together.
  17. One Important INFO from your side is missing to give advice: Do you plan further surgery e. g. to crown area? Then you could combine scar revision and the add on surgery. P.S. Great improvement overall from pre-op to now.
  18. Maybe they are just in summer vacation. Like Feriduni as well.
  19. This is nonsense payam. Keser is a great clinic, but they had their share of bad results like all other clinics. Also, you cannot compare yourself to one of greatest results in this very forum. 95 % of all users will look bad against it. Even more important, you had 3600 grafts. How many sessions would that be with Keser?
  20. Compared to your starting point: It is already night and day!
  21. Moisture it! You should have lotions and/or at least shampoo from you clinic. Then rub it of very gentle under rinsing water
  22. I tend to agree with Jean on this. However, it is hard to tell without pics of the entire face which shows overall proportions.
  23. It is possible that some graft are lost when the scabs fell of and you would have an even better result, but is is also possible that not all of thsi grafst wil grow. That is why the next 3 month will be frustrating. Good luck with that phase and I wish you grwoth.
  24. I understand that and I chose a kind of simliar approach. Actually, I was even more conservative with only 400+ FU in my first session. However, trust is good, but opinions from different angles and a clear plan beforehand are better in my opinion. Obviously you think otherwise and therefore I wish you all the best. Based on what we know so far, you chose a talented surgeon and can expect a grest outcome. Best of luck. P.S. I assume this is 2000 FUE in two days, correct? 2000 is a lot for such a type of clinic in a single day.
