  1. Well, if you want my honnest opinion: I had to look at the pics several times to find out which side you consider as you "artificial looking" one. Your left, our left, ... Conclusion: Your problem isn't really a problem but only in your mind. Actually you look great for month 6 and I expect it to become even better in 6 more month. Certainly it will be a good result, but maybe not a great homerun one (which does not happen often with dark hair on pale skin anyway). But you will be <200 nonshaved FUE grafts away from a homerun results for sure. There is noth to worry about but a lot to be happy about.
  2. Thank you for your detailed explanation. What is for me hard to understand: If this was such a difficult case, why not perform a small test procedure and check the results? Why directly go "all in"?
  3. I never said that he should sue. HT is a risky procedure. Even a great clinic does not guarantee growth, for reasons which are not completely understood yet. In such a case (poor growth when the work was flawless) a refund is great and generous from the clinic. If (!) bad work is the reason for the bad outcome (I am not (!) talking about poor growth only) this is a different story. If the surgery plan was bad, untrained techs have been used and/or harvesting was on a to concentrated area, a refund is not enough. Then the mods should consider the recommendation of such a clinic. By the way: I am not (!) saying this is the case here, but it is a case to look closely. Especially as I remember another one too. Sueing might also be a possibility, but chances are slim, therefore I typically do not recommend it.
  4. Honestly, it looks good for 6 month. Actually it looks good, never mind the month. If it is 100 % natural looking is hard to tell, cause the pics are to low quality. However. dark hair on pale skin is always the most difficult combination to look natural. YOu have some more month of growing and for the skin to heal. I guess it will be great in the end.
  5. There are many clinic where the Dr. performs all or most of the surgery. Keep in mind that if you speak about FUE that would limit the size of the surgery to 1000 - 1500 FU per day for most clinics. If you want to have a bigger session I recommend a different approach or several sessions. US: Konior and his apprentice Nadimi North/central EU: Lupanzula, Heißmann (ß=t) Turkey: Keser (but I think he is no fan of crown work), HLC Keep in mind: Nothing guarantees you growth. By the way: Non of the clinic mentioned by you match your criterias. Good luck.
  6. I am sorry, but this is not only a physiology issue. This is also an extraction pattern issue. A full refund is not enough for this, neither for the TO nor for the forum. Bad growth can happen to everyone, but this appears to be poor craftmanship.
  7. Were grafts havrested from this region? It is kinda low and ar to the nape region. Actually it looks a little but like alopecia areata...
  8. The most frightening point of this study are the 86 % for strip which is also much lower than the values a typical clinic mentions.
  9. 1. Cause the difference is 24.6 % Points. In % the difference is much bigger. 2. With "your", I was pointing towards the author of the study not (!) to you. It is clear that you just made a screen shot. Sorry, for being unclear. Actually I like the collection you are trying to accomplish!
  10. "The difference is 24.6 %" No, it isn't! If you do not know simple math, I do not trust your results ?
  11. It looks natural, but it is one of the most conservative hairlines I have seen. Why FUT when going that conservative
  12. Trix, glad that you had a good consultation. It is very true that I recommend Hattingen for Mega-session FUT, but there are 2 other things I also always recommend: 1. Make at least 2-3 consultations with different clinics to get different opinions. Example: I have visited a great and recommended clinic (my first choice) but we could not agree for the hairline design I wanted (and mine was very conservative). That was the major reason for me to chose Feriduni finally. 2. Post pictures of your case, so that the forum members can really give you their best advice. If you need 5000 FU then independent if you need one or two session to achieve your goals it will be a long an expensive journey. Take your time and chose wisely. Which you all the best.
  13. This is nonsense. You are living like this for a years, you can live with it a little longer and do more research and make appointments with clinics. There will be more holidays in the future.
  14. Hattingen has a lot of patient cases in here: https://www.alopezie.de/foren/transplant/ BUT you need to register to see these reports. In germany (and switzerland) it is forbidden to publish pre- and after pictures publicly. There are videos on youtube as well, but majority are clinic posted videos which I do not value as much as patient posted reports. If you are a diffuse thinner, you might consider clinics which use implanter pens (unfortuantely that are mainly the spanish ones you have mentioned before). Good luck.
  15. Why are you all so aggresive in this thread even though we are 99 % aligned? Everyone agrees on the following: - Konior is great - FUT has better yield in average than FUE - We do not have great data to quantifiy the difference between FUT/FUE, especially not much published - Beehner Studies are poor My comment is not stupid, it is simple math. Some guys mentioned they check the results of different clinics to create a failure-% and use this % as a guideline. I just said: Be carefull with %-values if there is a small sample size. Not more, not less. How long someone is working in the field actually has nth. to do with it. It just depends on the # of results posted online. Konior himself said in this very forum that everyclinic including himself has below par results.
  16. ??? Actually, the before pics are much darker than the after pics. This might the most extreme case of making the results LESS impressive I have ever seen.
  17. Bismarck, I can agree almost 100 % with your last two statements and if you send me a link to the Wesley studies I am happy to read it. Unfortuantely I do not have seen better studies myself. Vories presented a single test case with great growth (well above 90 %) even though it was on scar tissue. It is far from representativ, but shows that it is possible to achieve high yield with FUE (wheras F&B always claimed it is impossible). End of story was: F&B told us nonsense (%-numbers, three forces) but we still do not know the real values. I think 99 % agree that FUT has better yield in average. "The belgians" claimed to me they are close with FUE. I have not seen a bad result from Konior yet, but I haven't seen one of Feriduni either ... until I did in here.
  18. I agree that you should not opt for surgery as benefit to risk ratio is poor. Maybe a pic which tells us you facial proportions will give more insight. However, if (!) you opt for surgery it should be a hairline specialis and not someone like Erdogan who is dedicated to big FUE mega sessions.
  19. It is highly unlikely that Keser takes over such a case and he is also the wrong clinic for such large area IMO. Wasted time to contact him. HLC also do only small cases per day (which will make it a very long and though path) but do at least body hair. Erdogan is great for large sessions, but does not do body hair as far as I know. But he does beard hair if I am not wrong. If there is any chance for a desireable outcome it is clear that you have to start with the front (very conservative) and leave the crown untouched. Crown eats a lot of grafts and a filled crown without any front will not give any significant cosmetic improvement. It would just force you to do more surgeries when the crown expands to avoid a donot like appearance.
  20. I do not believe that you started losing hait at 26/27. With you aggressive loss you have propobaly started at 19 but haven't realized it. Very common issue. I think you are heading towards NW6+ and would go the SMP route. Maybe ask a very specialised clinic for body hair (Umar, HLC) and go on FIN to prevent furter loss. HT will cost you a fortune (time and money) and there is a high risk for a non desireable result.
  21. We need more information. How old are you? Are you on meds? How is you familiy history, any NW6+ in there? For me (depending on your age) you might not be a candidate at all. Sorry, for the direct answer. Or maybe "less is more" combination with SMP. Or only SMP?
  22. It us hard to make a judgement from this few pictures. But it seems like a lof of graft are taken out of a poor donor and the extraction area is very (too) concentrated and not feathered enough. Also the extraction area goes very close to the balding crown. Not sure if this hair will be permanent.
  23. Fantastic result. Natural, dense, great design. You should burn all hats you have at home! The other clinics was really horrible, but you cannot see anything of their bad work. Congratulations. Live your life and save the remeining hair for potential future loss.
  24. Result looks nice and very age approbriate. Is your punch really "rotation motorized system" or an "oscilating" one? Thank you.
  25. Yes, at 4 weeks everyone looks worse than before. If you are lucky you are at the baseline again at month 3. After that it will be better. Patience is required.
