  1. Wow, your buzzcut looks good. With some SMP in the crown and back you should consider this as an option!
  2. From previous (non cosmetic) surgeries and other sport injuries which were not stitched up I got some scars. I was told that I am a "bad healer" and tend to have bigger (non flat so to say) scars. Does this make me to a poor HAT patient in general and/or particular to a poor FUE (or vice versa FUT) patient?
  3. Interesting topic! I want to add a little story which happend >12 years ago, but I remember still like yesterday. At around 24 (5 years after my highschool exam) an "older guy" in his mid/end 30s on the street said "hello" to me. I am very bad with names, but I never, ever forget a face so I said: "Dude, who are you". And he: "We graduated from higschool together, I'm XYZ". My answer: "Sorry, I have never seen you before, but you have a familiar voice". End of story: Of course I knew him from before. He was my classmate for 9 years. But he went from a boyish redhead into completly sly bald in < 5 years. He looked like another person. And older person for sure, but that wasn't the point, all of us got older. But he looked like somenelse. Totally different facial proportions. Just not himself. I felt really bad (for him) and that I was so "rude". This really sticks to my mind and also freaked the hell out of my as soon as I noticed the thinning in my hair...
  4. Tremendous change from the starting point! A matching haircut like yours helps as well. Hope you get a little more growth in the crown area (as it often takes longer there) and then you are in a better position than most in your age.
  5. Congratulations! You look much (!) better. Do you have more close up pics from the hairline and the temples? The temples look extremly natural from disctance. And temples are really difficult to recreate
  6. Then we have to agree to disagree. I my opinion it is clearly visible that the sides are less dense than the (exceptional dense) rest. You can clearly see it around the 2:40 mark. Als the side part is much more diffuse in the front (transplanted hair) than in the back. Also a sign of reduced density which is typical for diffused thinners.
  7. Very interesting case. My opinion: a) It is a dramatic change of facial proportions and he Looks like a different person b) Personally I think he looks much better than before c) Nevertheless, he went "over the top" and less would have been more d) When he gets older this result might backfire even more d) I do not think it is a homerun result: - The great hair characteristics hide the fact that especially the (from our persperctive) right side has rather sparse growth - When combing though it is clearly visible as transplant like for many results with dark hair (thick grafts with a huge distance in the front)
