Ok, if this is the case, I would not recommend this. A special case like this needs a personal consultation with the surgeon. But I still recommend to visit the other belgium clinics.

I tend to agree with Jean. Everything else would be a big surprise.

First you have to define what the best hairline is! For me it is the most natural one. Erdogan is so far not known for his hairlines. Design is a matter of taste but also naturalness was lacking. However, he just changed is protocol...let us wait and see. For me, the top hairlines clinics are (no specific order): Rahal, Konior, Baubac. I am sure I have missed someone.

With all respect: If the first pic is before and the rest is after, your crown was not at "full thickness". And the "blue zone" might not even be the worst part. To give a better advice, we need clear marked before, intra and post pics.

H&W advertised to have consultations in Munich if I remember correctly. Maybe you can combine it with your Feriduni trip. If you are in Hasselt (Feriduni) you should at least visit Devroye, Bisanga, Mwamba, ... they are all close by (<2 h trip). The problem I see is, you already had FUT, even the best FUE (and also FUT) will at least put similiar stress on the grafts. Why should the result be better? You need to find out what happend or maybe do a very small test case (<<100 FU) with a different method that Feriduni. Best of luck. P.S. You should really think about SMP too, even though it is hard to swallow after what you have behind you.

There were several threads, cause some had to be closed by the forum supervisors. Feller and Bloxham dissappeared shortly after the results from Dr. Vories were presented with > 90 % growth rate for a small FUE test case (even FUE into scar tissue). Bloxham said that he expected this results as it was small procedure and by that totally contradicted the story of his partner Feller ("3 forced which cannot be overcome"). That was basically the start of the end of this debate... In general: I always like when clinics offer their advice in here. And I also gave F&B credit for that, but (and this is a big BUT) if you speak with superior authority (and this is what Feller always claimed for himself) you have also superior responsiblilty and have to care even more about the facts. Feller and Bloxham gave completely false numbers several times, they miscalculated numbers (inentionally or untinentionally) or used poor research as the only source. They also did not (!) answer questions which were asked by several users including other clinics. In my opinion, it is correct that people call them out for that. P.S. I still believe that F&B is a good clinic and even recommended people to have FUT there over FUE somewhere else.

Dangle is not right in my opinion. The hairline looks natural and did even look great at the beginning, but unfortunately a little to sparse in the end to be great.

Wow, amazing and risky path you have taken. But you came a long way. Personally, I think you should keep the hair cleaner/shorter on the sides. But this is just me.

Sorry gentle_man, for the late reply. I had trouble to get access to the new forum. You made the right step to post pics and contact the forum board. This is actually all I wanted to say: You need to share information (pictures, not your real name) to get help. I did not (!) want to imply that this is a good result or you are a fake. Seeing your result, this is obviously dissapointing respecting the amount of grafts taken. Your donor looks already spars, especially below the strip; slightly better above. The offer from Feriduni (to take over all travel costs) is fair, but you should still try to get a second opinion from another recommended clinic. If, and this is a big IF, you have a bullet left, it is definitely you last. Also, in case a biopsy can/would lead to the result that you are not a candidate for a hairtransplant, this biopsy should have been taken before (!) the last FUE after already two FUT with poor growth performed. This would be on the clinic. Only error from your side: You should not have waited 3 years to ask for help. Best of luck and keep us updated.

I am sorry, but I did not (!) jump on him. If you search help, you have to give input. The TO is here for years (!) and had 3 (!) tansplants. He should know what to do and also was asked several times. You do not need english as a first language to post pics and the most important: 100 % there are pre, intra and post OP pics. Feriduni has always he same type of pics and you get them directly after the OP. How are we going to give advice based on this pics wothout a single one from the donor?

Based on your question I would recommend that you read in here for around 6 month before you do anything. As a first step post picures here including the required information. Then you consult 2-3 clinics. To answer one of your questions: There is partly shaven FUE for dedicated cases. If you are one of this cases remains to be seen.

Is it not possible to SMP into his old FUE donor scars? Was the crown left open on purpose?

L0ke I think you are supposed to have a permanent signature that your are representing Feriduni.

So many posts, such a long time... I got the feeling that the OP doesn't want help. At least from surgey 2 and 3 there should be plenty of pictures (before, intra, after from donor and recipient). No pics, no possible help. Good luck anyway.

Why don't you post pics from directely after the procedure? Then we can tell for sure. To be honest: It looks way to bloody, spaced out and scabby to me for a top clinic. But maybe AB is right and you lost some grafts already.

Lorenzo uses choi implanter as far as I know and Erdgogan uses KEEP, but (! this is a big one !) this is not important for you right now. If these are your pics after 2 FUE and 1 FUT you are in serious trouble. To give you any kind of advice, you need to post better pics: Pre-, Intra- and Post-OP including donor, scar and recipient. Then we understand the planning and your status right now to provide advice. Like legend said: Why did you have a 400 FU FUE with such a status? How can you call the second FUE a touch up, when basically nothing has grown?

There is a lot of good and some bad. The good: - You look much (!) better than before - It looks very natural (I have a friend whose hair looks exactly like yours, but he never had a transplant) The bad: - The desity especially on the right (from your side) is a little lacking With a minor touch up, you would not only look good but great. Before you consider this you should find out what happend after your initial great start at 4 month. Or maybe you have some late growth. Best of luck.

Kinematica, calm down. You did not to research and chose a bad clinic. But you were lucky: Just a few grafts were used and if the angese are OK and it grows a little, any good clinic can fix it. Could have been much, much worse: A bad clinic could have used your entire donor. Regarding your movie: That is no problem at all. Just wair a hairpiece for the movie like many other actors. If Sean Connory as James Bond can do it, you can do it as well.
