  1. The Problem is that you change your opinion and the explanation in almost every post you make. That doesn't help your case. Especially when you provided only poor Pictures. And honestly: Your transplant is no a butchered Job (many experienced users agreed on that) like you try to sell it. With a little touch up of like 200-300 grafts the hairline might even be perfect from "technical" point of view. Such a touch up is required in many cases and not a reason for the "ado". If you still do not like the hairlines overall "design" that is your personal preference. And if you accepted this it, is (almost entirely) your own responsibility.
  2. Wise decision. I also think it is not a must...it is a Bonus. Anyway the design itself is very well suited for you.
  3. I like the hairlines design. It is age approbriate and matching you facial Features. It could be a litle more dense and soft in the fist row but: This was not a hairline case, but almost a full new head of hair. 300 grafts in the front and you are a 10/10 IMO.
  4. In your own thread you wrote not long ago:
  5. Wow, you already had hair transplants before and you seem to know nothing about it. I took some time and read through Huebners Website... My comments which are strictly my personal opinion: 1. Your are mixing to things up: Every clinic (even the best in the world) will have some poor results), but what we are talking is poor craftmanship, poor ethics, oudated methods from the 70s. This methods will give you a poor (unnatural) result guaranteed. 2. If you read through his site you will read a bunch of lies and nonsense Read the Explanation of his technique. https://naturaltransplants.com/solutions/high-yield-unit-extraction-hue-hair-transplant/ "This is in stark contrast to the outdated FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) method, which is basically hair plugs rebranded, using smaller diameter punches." "The HUE Method moves MORE TISSUE from the donor area (in the back of the head) than the traditional hair replacement Strip Method known as FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) and certainly more than any antiquated FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction)." Look at the post OP Picture at 0.55. This is horrendous work and will never (!) look close to natural results. If I am mistaken and this is not the clinic you are talking about I am sorry. If this is the clinic: RUN! Run as fast as you can.
  6. Personally, I think Reagan Looks a Little silly and maybe less (hair) would be more! But he is the only one I can think of. Typically a nice hairline Looks good even at high Age: https://www.google.de/search?q=zegna+robert+de+niro&rls=com.microsoft:de-DE:IE-Address&dcr=0&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=UnMvOkiFXwJrzM%253A%252CM8GX36jk7Bjh4M%252C_&usg=__qxLidRkXrRYmA-lxabfvdBCL8HA%3D&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjSytK4zaHaAhVK_KQKHTF_DQEQ9QEIPDAB#imgrc=UnMvOkiFXwJrzM:
  7. Just out of my head, I can list a bunch of clinics in USA/Canada way (!) better than the one you are looking for. And I am from Europe. How did you find this clinic which still performs 70s style surgery? Feller & Bloxham (and I even had kind of a fight with Feller) Hasson & Wong Rahal Konoir Arocha --> Seen a lot of diffuse thining results of him ... can be easily continued
  8. Thanks Doug, Interesting information. As an FUT & FUE clinic you would certainly have the Tools and the staff so split Multis into Singles. Why don't you do this? Besides having more Singles for the hairline would it not be easier too. Less extractions for similiar amont of hairs.
  9. Very nice result and yet another example that if you care about hair you will still care above your 20s and 30s. However, I do have a question regarding this sentence: "No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.". As an FUT capable clinic I assume you have microscopes available. Why do you not use them in your FUE sessions? How to you make sure that: 1) You have enough singles for the hairline. Do you cherry pick? If yes from which areas (nape?sides?)? 2) How do you guarantee that there are no doubles in your hairlines without a microscope e.g. a double with a dormant second hair. Thank you in advance.
  10. Just for the sake of completness: The temples are often restored in a surgery, but they are much more difficult to reproduce than the hairline. Reason: Difficult angels. FIne hair. Typically slightly different color. Nice example is here. Great growth and nice natural angles of the hairs but different texture make a very short cut difficult: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/187515-2987grafts-dr-lupanzula.html
  11. Did you had an inspection of the scalp? Is the hair on top really transplanted hair or natural hair? This would help to understand if there tranplanted hair did not grow or you lost all of your native hair (just like the clinic has told). I do not think that can be learned by a Picture. How is the Status of your donor? Did the hair lossed from shock loss grew back? Is there thinning of the donor? We feel with you, but you did not deliver much input and therfore it is difficult to give an advice. I wish you all the best and I hope H&W will support you on this.
  12. Maybe you should be more honest to yourself. Aren't you the one who complained a lot about a good result from this very clinic? Are you sure this is not personal and you are really objective? With Erdogan you know what you get. There is nth to complain about.
  13. +1 Typically mistake by the anti-FIN brigade. They want to gain credibility by adding the pros of FIN and embarasse themselves by statements like this. In the last discussion in this forum someone claimed he had 50 % improvement or sth like that in 1 (in words: ONE !) week. Everyone who knows about hairloss knows this is impossible. NW4 to 1.5 is impossible in 7 weeks on FIN as well.
  14. You are taking this out of context. Keep also in mind that many of his patients come from another area of the world. They do not only have different hairlines from the beginning, they also have another taste in hairlines.
  15. Fantastic result and not because it is extremly dense. I have seen similiar density (and maybe even better one with thicker hair) before. But it looks remarkably natural. I cannot tell that this guy had a transplant even when I zoom in. Typically you can detect a transplant by the way the hair comes out of the skin. Especially with dark hair it looks a little "bulky". How do you avoid that? Could you give some more information about the case? FUE/FUT? Area of extraction? Usage of fine hair from nape or the sides?
  16. For me it is very clear: Erdogan is the (!) clinic for megasession FUE with a high % for a good result. He is not (!) the hairline guy and he maybe cannot be with his approach. Do I want Keser, Konior, Kaan, He?tmann do a 5000 grafts FUE on me? No. Accordingly I do not go to Erdogan for a touch up at the hairline. P.S. I mentioned it in other thread many times: There is not the (!) best clinic. Hairline design is about personal esthetics and you need to find a clinic which matches your own preferences.
  17. No ones gives you guarantees. Not Erdogan and no one else. If you go with a good clinic, you get a guarantee that there are no mistakes in craftsmanship (poor angles, multis in the hairline) and you get a good chance for growth but no (!) guarantee. However, if you have a bunch of good clinics then you have to check which method you like: Team approach (Erdogan, Feriduni) or do it yourself approach (Keser, Kaan, Konoir) depends also a lot on how many grafts you require. Than you have to check which hairlines you like (if you are a hairline case). To be honest: Erdogan is one of my favorites for high norwood FUE but not my favorite for hairlines.
  18. Did you just made this up by yourself? Or do you actually wanted to say that FIN is typically prescribed by a dermatologist in europe...
  19. Sorry, my last two post obviously include some trigger words and are under Review by the mods. We have to wait :-)
  20. Mmh, my last post obviously got lost in the cyberspace... I had consultation with Bisanga, Feriduni, Lupanazula and Feriduni again. My initial top choice was Lupanzula, as he performs most of the surgery by himself. Finally, I decided for Feriduni due to this reasons: - He was the only one who was equally focused on my hairline and (!) my crown issue - Bisanga was mainly focused on the front and Lupanzula mainly on the crown - Feriduni mentioned exactly my issue, which is unven volume/height and not density; therefore I feel that we have similar feeling about hair design - He was the only one who would perform a small test FUE case to see if I am a good candidate (I am super conservative, even though all clinics recommended FUE over FUT for me) I have my own thread about it here:http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/188693-options-diffuse-thinning.html Hattingen is in my opinion one of the top FUT clinic in Europe especially for higher Norwoods, despite being unknown in this (US) forum. Similar to H&W they were FUT only and therefore they still perform a lot of FUT. Bisanga and Feriduni told me they perform > 90 % FUE nowadays. Under the link I provided there are plenty of results posted by clients. I would not (!) recommend them for FUE, as they are relatively new in this. Even though I have seen some promising FUE results. For hairline FUE in central Europe my recommendation is Heitmann (who once was affiliated to Feriduni). He is also relatively unknown in this forum, but he is doing almost the entire procedure by himself and focuses on small cases per day. He is booked for years though… Like you I share the feeling that cost should not be the decisive factor. All discussed clinic are great. I will come down to “design” and personal feeling. Hattingen is known for conservative hairlines (maybe because they to a lot of high Norwood cases) and the hairlines are a tad to round on the edges for my taste. But you should decide yourself.
  21. Did you split the Multi grafts for the hairline and temples? 290 Singles appear low to achieve such a natural looking result.
  22. Dr. Konoir, Do you have some results (grown out) with nape hair or cherry picked fine hair from the sides which you can share with us? I have a dicussion with a well known "hair advicer" who claims that no (!) clinic ever has shown grown out results with nape hair and cherry picking with FUE for fine singles doesn't exist. Thanks in advance.
  23. Personally, I made consultation with Bisanga, Feriduni, Lupanzula und Feriduni again. Lupanzula was my frist choice due to his "do it yourself approach". Finally I decided for Feriduni. My thread is here: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/188693-options-diffuse-thinning.html Short summary: 1. Feriduni's opinion about my "hair issues" matched what I see as an issue myself. It is more a volume/height Topic than a density issue. He also saw hairline and crown equally important. Lupanzula was focused on the crown and Bisanga on the hairline. 2. Feriduni was the only one who would perform a small test case below 500 grafts. This was my personal decision. Hattingen for me is one of the top FUT clinics in Europe, especially for higher norwoods. There are many patient reports under the link that I have provided. For FUE they would not be my preference, as the perform FUE only for a couple of years (results are promising though). They also still do FUT regulary. Bisanga and Feriduni told me that > 90 % is FUE for them today. Price should not be a decision maker in my opinion. Just like you said yourself. All clinics mentioned in here are great. IMO the deceicive factor is personal feeling with the surgeon and preference of hairline design. Hattingen is a little conservative with their hairlines, but they also have a lot of high NW cases, so maybe that is just a consequence. Their hairlines are a little to "rounded" for me, but that is really a matter of taste. Devroye wasn't on my list when I made the decision, but he would be now.
  24. I visited three clinics in belgium (2 perform FUE + FUT, 1 is FUE only). Feriduni was the most expensive, but also the one who took the most time for the consultation. 200 € is nothing compared to the cost for the transplant. Devroye was not in the group I have visited, but what I have seen online seems great. Hattingen results from patients are here: https://www.alopezie.de/foren/transplant/index.php/f/14/ But I think you need to register to read there. Like H&W Hattingen did FUT only until recently, therefore I assume they still have more patients doing FUT than the belgium clinics, who claimed that they do >90 % FUE when I asked them. Whatever clinic you choose from that list is a good choice in my opinion. It will come to personal feeling and "design aspects" in the end.
