Come on, do you work for this clinic? Why did you not go there if they are so great? Many of this cases are not repairs and the results posted by the clinic (!) are horrble. Way to few grafts. Very uneven Distribution... It also says "before and after". It does not say "Half way through".

The bro-science tells that Body and beard hair is getting weaker. Anyway the effect is rather small and most likely smaller than the common effect: More Body/beard hair at higher Age.

Why don't you get on FIN again, you would have your Libido and you hair back? I am on FIN for almost 3 years now. No issues and my loss has (almost) stopped. Without all the fear mongers I would have been on FIN 2 years earlier instead on MINOX only. I have lost so much hair on MINOX only. 2 years earlier on FIN would have saved me several thousand € and several thousand hours in the Internet searching for clinics etc. Never mind the pain of having a bad crown... By the way: The week after I bought FIN I felt really terrible. Started right after a couple of hours. I felt weak, depressed and had no energy. But...I just bought the FIN and I didn't take it until one week later after I felt better.

What I care for are results, and these results are bad! And not bad because of bad growth, which even the best clincs have 1 out of 100 times. The planning is bad from the begin with. And these are handpicked results of the clinic showcasing their best results. Please ....

Jean is sometimes "very straight Forward" but in this case he is spot on! Do not (!) go to this clinics. If these are published results (=their best results), I have a hard time to imagine what the worst cases look like. This is not state of the art, period.

Come on, do not exaggerate. The tone of the comment was maybe not the best but the content is at least a point of discussion. If you hairline is created below the 1/3 mark (which it appears to be the case here) it is aggresiv per defenition. If it is done on a rather youg Patient with > 4000 grafts it is very aggresive. It is just fair to ask if this was discussed with the clinic and how the future is considered. It is also fair to ask if other clinics where asked for a second opinion. That it looks fine right now is out of question. Example: I have a similiar low hairline from nature and while being older and have a similiar or even better donor. Nevertheless, 2 of 3 clinics recommended strictly to be more conservative (and I required less grafts for a similiar hairline). The 3rd clinic was open for dicusssion.

What do you define as "difficult"? A megasession (which you mention yourself and ASMED has plenty) is typically a high NW and a difficult case. This contracdicts you own Statement.

I agree with JeanLDD, Pictures would be great. After reviewing your 3 month and your 3 month and 1 week pics, there was already a small difference.

Do you say that the grafts where not inspected under microscope before implantation? If the have been, do you think that they implanted transected grafts without roots in this amount?

Honestly, I do not have seen enough results of Mohebi to make a final judgement. But the results I have seen, were fine. He deserves an honarable Membership based alone on this Website IMO. Wow, this is one of the most aggresiv hairlines ever. I agree that low hairlines look good on older patients (Pitt, Clooney, Lynch,...) but I am not sure about this round female one... But I have to admit the density is insane. Hope de doesn't have further loss.

We do not have many pictures to make a Statement, but one Thing is for sure. You need another opinion by a great clinic.

We feel your pain, but it is hard to help you based on this poor pics (Small, without status pre-op,...) and lack of Information (familiy history, meds, #of grafts estimated in the beginning, ...) . If this amount of grafts would have been moved, that would be amazing. And if what I see on this tiny pictures is the result of this amount of grafts, it is amazingly bad growth. Hopefully, the clinics cheated on you with the # of grafts. Most likely your donor is completely depleted. If you do not have Body hair SMP with a buzzcut would be an option. But you have to search clinics as carefull as you have to do for a transplant. If you have body hair left, you should get in contact with Umar. I think there is a case in this Forum by him, which is the closest I can remember to yours. You have wasted your bullets, but maybe you have one last remaining one. Read 6 Month minimum in this and other forums. Visit personally (!) 2-3 reputable clinics. Get their adivce. This will cost you a fortune (Money and time), but there is no other way.

I suppose this FUE and H&W results stated are FUT. Nevertheless, it is relatively easy implant a lot of follicles. To make a lot grow and let it look natural is the trick...

This is the point where we disagree: In my opinion, they do not get out more, the just happen to have patients with better characteristics. With the same type of hair, other clinics get similiar results.

I have never heard that Bisanga is just doing the "easy cases". Actually I think his FUT work is very good. From Lupanzula I have seen great FUE results but hardly any FUT. Feriduni is still doing great FUT. But honestly, if you want to go FUT in Europe, a place to consider is definitely Hattingen. They were specialized to FUT only just until a couple of years ago (just like H&W) and typically have high NW cases. Good luck with your Research.

Yes, they have tremendous results online, but (!) despite being world class clincis they are not better than any other top clinic IMO. Their average case in the net (and probably their average case in General) just has very good donor material (=very thick hair Diameter). You do not (!) have this advanatage and thus will not get a similiar result.

Understand you concern, but: You might lose as much hair via shock loss (permanent one) tha you gain. Plus you lose the ability to buzz down. Also you donor Looks poor. You Need a F2F consultation with a carefull inspection of your hairs in all areas (donor and recipient). Visit Minimum 3 clinics!

Unlikely in my opinion, as a clinic of this level and pricing should inspect the grafts (especially in such a frontal case) which a microscope. Hard to belive they inspected the grafts and implanted such an amount of dissected grafts. Exactly my suggestion as well. Would also help to understand if the existing hair is natural or transplanted. I have seen failures from ASMED too. Not from Konior, yet, but haven't researched much about him. There are failures from any (!) clinic unfortunately.

I think anyone can fully understand that you are concerned (and even more than that). Furthermore it also seems strange to me that the mods seldomly appear in this "bad result" threads. However (and I say this with all respect after reading both of your threads), it is very difficult to follow your story and to clearly understand the before and after situation. What was the status before, what was the status post op? Or the distribution of grafts in recipient and donor? Is the hair we can see transplanted or natural hair? How were your sides before? Maybe a consultation in person with a clinic would help yourself to understand your options better. And if you do not want to travel you could visit a clinic in the US with the records of Feriduni. Obviously it bothers you a lot (of course it does), therefore you should to sth. and close your clinic for a couple of days even if it is costly. Good luck!
