7 months are here!  This time, no flash or harsh light, but natural morning sunlight to show what it looks like normally:

 

I think it’s looking better than month 6.  Wonder if this is final result, or if it will improve more?

Thanks.  I’m quite happy with it.  Hoping obviously for even more improvement in next few months, but happy either way.  Best money I’ve spent!

As this clearly turns into a “home run” result you’ve got to share the doctors name…..this community is about sharing and your case is a very intersting & unique one in terms of the density pursued…..as this point everyone here would like to know and frankly your doctor would appreciate it…..as clearly this doctor has IMO knocked it out of the park and shown a level of skill that few posses to go so high density in one pass

Yeah, not your fault, takes some digging to find surgeon name in the thread haha.  I think after the 1 year mark, I’ll make a new thread with everything well organized into a single post, with surgeon name in title, for easier search results when looking him up.

He has tons of posts on his Instagram of work he's done, but very little to be found elsewhere.

There's a few famous people he's worked on though, and one can just look those people up to see how their hair ended up.

OP, i still can't believe that's at 7 months but the fact that you have like 70+ cm/2 grafts is probably why it also looks so damn dense and natural. 

Out of curiosity, have you been able to maybe do another graft count to see how the survival rate has been? That's always been a concern most people cite with higher density but the fact you have near on enough to the native density in a single procedure still astounds me. 

I will have a dig through the thread but do you mind sharing the cost?

I can't count it without shaving/buzzing my hair, which I kinda don't wanna do.  But I'm pretty sure it wasn't 100% survival rate.  It doesn't quite look as dense as the day 10 photos.

But it's still pretty good and I'm happy with it

And yeah, the price was at the time  7.5k USD for normal dense packing (probably 55+), and for the "ultra density" as he calls it (which is only available to certain cases such as mine) it was approximately just under 10k USD.

Their sister clinic is about half the price.  They have 6 doctors with 6 separate teams that each do 1 surgery a day.  They don't do ultra density though, just normal dense pack, but their results look very good from what I've seen.  But with the Real to Dollar getting stronger, it's probably over 4k USD for a normal procedure.

Your case is very interesting for sure. Your hair grew so fast from month 2 to 3. I can't Imagine taking viagra and cialis together but it appears to work. 10k seems like a bargain for this level of work and still time to get better. Congratulations!

I think your temple points in particular look exactly like what i'm going to try get which are much more vertical almost. 

I think the hairline for me would also sit at a similar length from the glabella around 6cm with where i am atm and potentially lowering it down in a more flat and straight hairline. 

Right now, the biggest hurdle is not being able to pay for the surgery, getting blood tests or flights. It's literally a stupid VISA and i've been waiting over 2 months and 45 working days as of tomorrow. 

I think getting a hair transplant seems stressful enough, but for me, the extra added anxiety is i don't know many within my budget that are competent enough with temple points.

Your entire hairline looks amazing man. Really happy for you.

who knows, actually be the reason, viagra/cialis is a vasodilator like minoxidil so it opens blood vessels allowing nutrients, vitamins , other supplements to get more into the system..... but yes op this is nice at 7 months.

Yeah I understand the reason for it but I just can't imagine 3 months on both. I'm not even sure that it's healthy for your body. Maybe your hair will thrive but has this been studied for other affects? I've never heard of someone taking both before. 

Either way, the OP survived lol and the hair took off so maybe his Dr is onto something.

The dosages were not that high.  It was a pill with arganine, minoxidil, cialis and viagra.  But again, low dosages, enough for the vasodilation effect, not so much to give side effects.

 

He doesn’t give this post op pill to normal transplants, only to ultra density ones.

So it was a pill that they made compiled from those 4 pills? A capsule of sorts that they made?
