Woow that's dense! Doesn't even look like a transplant. You must be thrilled!

I'm quite happy with the results!  I'm glad it's all singles too, as that really makes it look so much more natural at that density.

I'll repost the pic here on this reply, just so people don't have to click on previous page to see what you're referring to.

Legendary thread.

Celebrities; a relatively unknown doc; giga-density; proprietary blend hair loss/sexy times pills; random boners; and, one satisfied customer.

10/10. Would binge read again.

Come to Brazil, exile.

Thanks brother!  It has been quite the journey, these last almost 11 months.  I always had high confidence though.  I remember my first meeting with the doctor, and he seems to pride himself in advancing the field as much as he can.  So I was not surprised when he told me about the drugs I'd be taking the first few months to ensure better bloodflow to the high density (a regiment he only recently started adding).

I’ll say it again…Brazil is the new Spain

There are some great clinics in Brazil, a few of them very well priced as well.  Surprised people haven't picked up on it much yet.  I'm sure they will though, but by then, prices will probably also follow upwards.

@Fue3361 I'm truly lost for words. What a fantastic result!!!! 👌

Thank you Gatsby!  Appreciate it brother.  I love going to your thread every month as well, to see how that progress is doing.  I still find it amazing how much they were able to do with your limited donor supply!  Can't wait to see the next few months, and to see that crown start to fill in more!

That’s nice .. I like the hairline ,, it’s not totally straight like a line,, looks natural…

but yeah to those people that think they want to lower their hairline or get 3000k grafts to cover their front n mid ,, thinking it’s gonna be dense and awesome .. it’s not .

this is a lot of grafts to the hairline to make it look like that ..

I'm really jealous what is your future plan if your hair loss persists? What's the current hair loss prevention protocol that you are on?

Thanks.  I have no protocol, as I don't have any hairloss.  I was born with the same hairline that I had pre surgery.  Even at 10 years old, my hairline was pretty much the same as it was in my early 30s, very little change.

Thanks.  Yeah, I probably wouldn't use this many grafts on such a small area if I was going to continue losing hair.  But to add to that, the clinic wouldn't do it in that scenario, even if I wanted them to.

My procedure they call "ultra high density", and they only do it on cases such as my own, where there's plenty of donor, and no risk of further progression of hair loss.

In case people are interested, I recently found out that Dr Thiago is no longer taking on new patients as he’s booked for a long time.  His sister clinic still is, but they seem to have a 6-12 month waiting period themselves.

Thought you guys might like to get a better look at temporal peaks, with hair actually styled back (no product):

Getting close to 1 year mark.  Hairline looking very strong.  This is in natural sunlight.

Wow!!! What a result! That density is just insane!

How much did you pay per graft?

Thanks a lot for sharing your amazing experience!

Thanks.  I didn't pay per graft.  Was charged for "procedure".  In my case, was around 10k USD.  Price might be higher now as the Brazilian Real has gotten stronger since.

Hey I was wondering if you recommended Dr. Bianco? Are you 100% satisfied with your procedure or do you have some regret towards it? I’m looking into getting one as soon as possible but willing to wait for the right option  @Fue3361

Super happy with it, no regrets.

He might be very hard to get a surgery with though, his waiting list is insane.  But maybe you get lucky and someone cancels or something.

I do recommend him.

Thanks @TheEye

And here’s 12 months, probably the last post needed to finish up the 1 year journey.  I might do something else in the future, but I don’t think much will change other than hair length and hairstyles:

I think I’ll make another thread in the future to have all the progression in order, all one one page, so that if someone wants to look at it, they don’t have to go through 10 pages of content to find something.

What a journey, but I’m extremely happy with the final result!
