Hi, Really sorry completely missed it. My parents are of Indian bg so it was really easy and straightforward getting a tourist visa. In your case, it might be best to apply for the medical visa - Eugenix will provide you a letter and just apply online - should be easy! Let us know if you need help?

Thank you, I feel alot better and already look forward to achieving my goal. The care and service you guys offer is admirable, and ive always said everything except for the little miscommunication with planning has been excellent - special mention to Anurag and Hariom you were both very welcoming in Delhi and today very understanding and warm. We have agreed the area needing grafts will be addressed as a complimentary touch up - arranging the best time to suit both myself and the clinic so I am not just travelling for the transplant and can make the trip worthwhile. @Eugenix Hair Sciencesalready proven with great results, now proving themselves with great customer service 🤗

2 friends went with me. Both with just 1500 grafts for the hairline. 1 is super happy and has a fantastic result. The other is satisfied but still hoping for mor growth up to 12 months. They both chose not to share pics/feedback their journeys.

Please guys dont let me put you off @Eugenix Hair Sciencesthey are brilliant. Just make sure you communicate your plan and expectations beforehand. I do think my planning was just a mix up somewhere but overall these guys are brill and my results are okay - if we got the planning right it would have been a 10/10 result

Completely agree, and the care during procedure was WOW! The surgeons and technicians WOW all 10/10. For me just the planning, and I am confident Eugenix will stick by me if needed.

Thank you all. Once again, my hair has improved but i strongly believe with clearer planning i would have had a full head of hair today… however i know Eugenix will stand up for their work and fix the issue

Thanks guys for your comments. I know 7 months is early and multiple surgeries may be needed. I am glad eugenix are following up with great customer care and willing to sort out a touch up surgery.

Eugenix called to fix the problem - great customer service

Not meant like that, it was more frustrated that the doctor didnt decide toprioritise the area/ go into day 3 and get another 1000 grafts to cover that area. I was told we would implant there and not until end of surgerybinwas made aware its not happening

I will certainly give it 12 months and hope to work with them to get this sorted. Do it twice, do it right??!
