Thanks guys for your responses. I will upload some better pics for you…I stopped taking Fin for a year but have been back on for a year. It was 4600 grafts. Do I shave my head and accept or try using BHT and 1000 head grafts and try filling? pre-op NOW: 1 year POST OP FULL HEAD OF HAIR

The last 2 pics are a year after HT. First one is pre HT 2016 and second one is today. What shall I do? Any advice appreciated

Hi Everybody, I appreciate all your valued advice and feedback. My story has been nothing less than a rollercoaster, was a NW6 and did my transplant at a company in Istanbul (dont really feel I want to mention the name). See Pic 1 below which shows how after 1 year I was beaming with a head full of thick hair! Now 5 years later I am back to where I was! Really disappointed and dont know what I can do! I was sold the idea a transplant is for lifetime, but clearly that dream didnt last for me 😔 I am on Fin, regaine foam and Biotin.

Thank you. The sides havent been used, maybe i could get 1000 from there and 1000 from beard. My doctor has advised against chest hairs, he said he can only get 500 from under beard.

Hi all, I had my first transplant 4 years ago which was successful but in the last few months noticed thinning again. I am looking for a 2nd HT with the same doctor - DR GOKAN. But I feel my donor area is sparse, how many beard hairs can I use? I was NW6 before first transplant. Dr Gokan has suggested he can do 3000 head hairs and 500 beard. What do you think? Any advice will be appreciated

Hello, I am consulting with the above doctor, any reviewsor advice? He has suggested fue&fut combined and explained this is the best way to grt plenty quality grafts. He discouraged the use of beard hairs.

By the way I don't know how I've got more hair now than in 2013! Only used rogaine

Therefore I have been researching and reading blogs daily to give myself an insight into resolving my hair loss situation. I would like advice from anybody here on this forum as regards to using my very thick beard hairs to enhance my donor supply. I would prefer FUE and beard hairs and really cover and thicken my frontal zones more than worrying about the crown. I am prepared to travel I am from UK and of Asian descent, also I do have a budget of ?5000. I will add some pics. Thank you for reading.

Any reviews on Dr acar/cosmedica??

Hi all I am back in the market for a ht this time definitely a fue. 2 years after my decision not to go through with FUT with Dr Radha (after travelling to India and wasting ?2000?) 1. Anybody have any feedback on Dr acar and his surgery - cosmedica/medical park? 2. I am looking at a 4000+ fue surgery and have consulted with Dr bhatti and dr doganay, but I am looking at prices also. 3. Dr bhatti ?5000pounds Dr acar ?1300 pounds and dr doganay ?6000 pounds this is without any expenses. I will post a pic , please please any advice will help me massively I am a worrier and in the end that's why I didnt go through with Dr Radha and the FUT. Thank you
