  1. Great results. As you know, the crown may continue to fill in for at least a couple of more months.
  2. I know it's not the point but Mexico is in North America not South America. Good luck on your journey.
  3. I'm hoping you are finally feeling better about the transplant. From my point of view it's looking great.
  4. Last update. Thanks for all the support. If go through with another transplant to address the midscalp I'll be sure to update.
  5. I'll be posting my last update (12 month) after I get a haircut next week. In the mean time I saw Dr. Sethi yesterday and he was pleased with the result. My midscalp continues to thin slowly despite being on finasteride. I may try some minoxidil. I am going to hold off on a 2nd procedure until 2024 the earliest.
  6. Thanks @Melvin- Moderator. I had quite a large defect in the crown and I am thrilled with how much coverage I have now. Dr. Sethi worked really hard on the crown and even perfectly recreated my natural pattern and whorl (and the cowlick I get sometimes too 😂).
  7. @GoliGoliGoli and @MazABthank you both for your thoughtful responses. I asked Dr. Sethi and he felt that the density and strength of the forelock was good. He felt that putting grafts there at the time would be using up grafts that I may need later. He was hopeful that fin would hope the forelock for a long time. In terms of another transplant I am definitely going to wait a while and reassess. The earliest I would go back for a 2nd pass would be spring or summer 2024 which would be 2 years after this transplant. In terms of duasteride, it's something I've been considering. I'm going to wait until I'm 12 to 14 months out of the transplant and make a decision at that time. For now a very light sprinkle of fibers makes the density unnoticeable and I'm very happy with the result.
  8. Don't quote me on this but I think Covid happened to his offices in the states.
  9. You have many months to go. This is the hardest stage of the transplant mentally but growth should steadily increase over the next few months.
  10. Wow what an amazing transformation. Congrats. More to come as well given we are only at month 6.
  11. It is more likely that those spiky hairs are the implanted grafts starting to break the skin and pop through.
  12. Thank you for doing this. I felt like the old version was confusing and redundant.
