Looking very good.. You will have a good few months of hair thickening ahead so plenty to come too as that can be equally impactful on the final result.

Did the Dr say what kind of donor you have available?  The good thing is you have been conservative in your graft numbers so you should have donor in the bank to protect against future loss.

Dr said the graft ratio was about 3, once they started the extracting he also said look at these chunky grafts so sounded very promising. Not sure if they say this to most but felt like he was being legit. Dr Reddy was very professional and still very easy to chat and have a joke with. We had a few ongoing jokes over the two days the first being the doc giving me a false name of one of his Tecs .. which I fell for, much to everyone’s humor. The team made the experience as comfortable as possible and really couldn’t do enough.

7.5 months transplanted hairs coming through a lot thicker which is good. Only bad thing is they are very corse and wavy for some reason looks slightly wavy as you can see. Actually looks thicker in the day light this shows it in bright light at work.

That is normal and over time they will straighten out and look less coarse.  Might take another 6-9 months to fully change.

great results so far.

Looking good! Sorry if I missed it, but what’s your age? Are you on medical therapy at all?

Just over 8 months.

feel like its really starting to take shape now :) can’t wait. Didn’t notice much difference in 6-7 months but now it’s starting to change again, very exciting.

This looks great, especially for 8 months. The hair should mature over the next 3-4 months and will look even better. I had my third surgery with Dr Reddy. He and his team are really good.

A few days off 12 months. Very happy. Hoping for more texture changes though .. transplanted hair is quite wiry, coarse and slightly kinky. Is this quite common at 12 months ?
