Any documentation of the difference between topical and oral? There several study on oral and thousands on topical. Both show hair growth and if you compare the results, oral is slightly better. But I am not aware of any study created for the purpose to compare oral and topical.@Min12 I buy it at pharmacy in Italy. It is a bit hard to find in any case. Senior Member CosmoKramer Posted May 10, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted May 10, 2020 Amazing! I too take collagen peptides and Vitamin C daily but the past few months I’ve begun mega dosing Vitamin C (1,000mg every few hours in powder form in room temp water or juice) and a added Zinc & Selenium as ive read that lack of those trace minerals makes you susceptible to bacterial and viral infections as well as helps with hair loss and may reverse grey hair. ....and just a few days ago after doing some research I’ve started taking 1ml organic castor oil orally daily as it has its benefits and testing it to see if it helps and if any negative affects.

No need to mega dose all the time. can cause problems. If you feel like you are or are getting sick mega dose. I think I had the rona early march so I was taking 10g ever hour. anyone reading this prepare to have everything in your body become liquid lol. I am at now taking 1-2g a day in the morning, Vit c plays a part in collagen growth so its definitely beneficial for hair on top of the more important immune system. I actually forgot a couple things! morning and night Pumpkin seed oil pills - Vitacost https://bit.ly/2WgCa7A Biotin w/ bamboo extract - Vitacost https://bit.ly/3dDbJ1T Zinc w/ copper - https://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/solaray-zinc-copper-50mg-2mg-100-capsules/so-1988 I posted about castor oil a while ago, didnt get good response let us know how it goes. 1 Link to what I did to grow my hair back without a transplant. 2 year update. My version on “mega dosing” Vit c is 10-15g spread thought the day and honestly I’ve never felt better, but everyone may react differently. Nice! On the rest of the list you added! Pumpkin seeds are full of important trace minerals like Magnesium/Iron/Zinc/ I get organic ones from Costco...and yeah a little copper is needed along with zinc. Will do, I am keeping tabs on the organic castor I’m taking orally but still very early.

How much is actually the work of finasteride vs the work of like 2000+ grafts to the crown. i mean looking at yours, what an amazing recovery without the use of surgery. You could have easily said after 4000 grafts and shown a before and after. It is an amazing drastic difference here.

Vitamim C is soluble so our bodies dont store it. the rest is just pissed away. So if youre not fighting something off there is really no need. People here were telling me 5k for crown and front. I am fucking ecstatic tbh. I had some issues personally and couldnt make my appt (lost $1k with diep unless i go to do some work at some point). Maybe that was a stroke of luck? Senior Member Shifty Posted June 21, 2020 Author Senior Member Share Posted June 21, 2020 The bane of my existence. I don't think I've been this dedicated to anything in my life lol. When i can actually make some money again, yeah my industry was fucked royally because of everything that's been happening, I am going to 100% try PRP. I think it may be the hump I need to get back to a full head of hair. Taken yesterday after a hair cut (thank you baby Jesus) a shower and blow dry.
