Forget about hair transplants, you've found your solution. I find that fibers work really good, but obviously the more hair you have the better.

Its all the processes that go along with it. Its a lot of work a repetition. I dream of a day I can just wake up and not do anything. No sprays, no powders, no pills. Just a fade and some hair on my head.

TIP :::  DON'T SLEEP ON FIBERS.

Nothing in my hair, right before I took a shower. Put some fiber in for shits and giggles (and pics) Was wearing a hat all day.

HEALTH REGIMEN

***I have added products in between i.e. supplements, shampoos, conditioners, lotions….I don’t think any of them made a noticeable enough difference for the effort for me to continue paying for them. But feel free to ask me what they were.

My hair continues to grow!

Every Day Green Drink:

1 cup of water / 1 scoop of greens / ¼ tsp Vit C / 1 scoop of collagen

1)      Greens - https://team-isa.isagenix.com/en-us/products/vitality-well-being/individual/isagenix-organic-greens

3)      Collagen - https://www.neocell.com/products/collagen-protein-peptides

** I take more vitamin C usually 3/4 tsp but if you want to clean out your gut you can go heavy. Do some research on Vit C.

Vitamins - follow directions for usage

daily/nightly https://team-isa.isagenix.com/en-us/products/vitality-well-being/individual/complete-essentials-daily-pack-with-isagenesis

Just an ** I started doing these for health purposes and to lose a little weight, i typically lose 10-25 lbs when I do these,  but I do believe they assist in keeping the functions of my body working better than not. A good example is I had a light case of Asthma When I started doing these in 2012, I have not had an attack since. I am not a doctor, and this is NOT a cure. But cleansing and intermittent fasting can help with many things.

Your results are awesome - You definitely don’t need a HT at this point.

2 things I would like to stress to anyone reading this thread though - Because a lot of guys are just going to jump on the same regimen as yours.

1. If you are using rogaine foam, carefull when doing the switch to spectral CBD. I did, lost A HUGE AMOUNT of hair - had to go back to rogaine foam which is a staple in my opinion. Spectral might look better on paper but the few studies available are biased.

2. BE VERY CAREFUL with Propecia/finasteride - This drug could litterally end your life as you know it. Side effects are real, we tend to think that they happen only to others but if they hit you, they will hit you REAL hard.

Bottom line and if you want to play it safe :

- LLLT

- MINOXIDIL

- DERMAPEN

- SUPPLEMENTS

- PRP ONCE A MONTH.

Do not sleep on them... Meaning do not hesitate to use them.

But sleep with them on if you’d like. I do - Love it.

My guess is you're not American and that didn't translate lol  the first one. Don't hesitate! lol

Plenty of info on this site about fin and its side effects. Plenty of people who get off it almost immidiatly because of them. I am crossing my fingers. Nothing crazy has happened to me so far. Hair is odd, what works for some doesn't for others so in that regards you have to try everything to find out.  As for  Ds labs (spectral), you can use both if you would like, they actually sell a minox product on the site. They also warn about hair fall which also happens with minox. I am on month 5 with the switch.

I can only tell you what I do and show you how it works/doesnt work. The rest is up to you.

I know, I know.

My answer was directed to the audience who reads your post and will most likely start following your regimen.

They have to be very carefull with the Propecia. Especially the young ones.

Ill be doing PRP soon to see if i can get some more results. Was quotes 1500 and 2k for 3 sessions which doesn't seem unreasonable. I know some say don't bother but, from my research its 50/50 which is pretty good odds for something like this!

of course I'll document

Mind if I ask how much a monthly prescription is? Is it a pain to get it or just a matter of filling out a few questions? I was prescribed a generic fin from "Amber Pharmaceutical". I'm assuming this is all the same stuff really?

Hey all, been a minute. How is everyone doing? Thought I'd update. creeping up on year 3 since I started this process. Feel free to look at earlier images. I need to update regimen because I started using Rogaine on the top again few months ago.

Bright bathroom lights. Consistency of purpose is the key factor.

In life, if you don't put in the effort, you will never see the gains. So far so good for my effort.

Man.... I'm so jealous.   Congrats.    Seems unreal how great your results are.   Never knew that is possible.

I've had 5 HT surgeries, and your results are wayyyyy better then mine.

I do 1mg finesteride and vitamins...  That's it.    I tried minoxidil years ago but quit it.

But now I will start minoxidil  (which I despise),  Derma Roller 1.5,  and the shampoo you use.     I hope i see some results in the next 3 months if not it's HT #6.

Congrats again.  Friggin amazing.

So for anyone seeing this for the first time, I started this journey September of 2018. These photos' are harsh bathroom lighting and product in hair (will link below) As I have stated HT is not out of question to lower front of my hairline as I have a slightly high forehead. I'll take some dry photos later. Gotta derma roll so good chance to tonight.
