I find that fibers work really good, but obviously the more hair you have the better. Its all the processes that go along with it. Its a lot of work a repetition. I dream of a day I can just wake up and not do anything. No sprays, no powders, no pills. Just a fade and some hair on my head. Your results are awesome - You definitely don’t need a HT at this point. 2 things I would like to stress to anyone reading this thread though - Because a lot of guys are just going to jump on the same regimen as yours. 1. If you are using rogaine foam, carefull when doing the switch to spectral CBD. I did, lost A HUGE AMOUNT of hair - had to go back to rogaine foam which is a staple in my opinion. Spectral might look better on paper but the few studies available are biased. 2. BE VERY CAREFUL with Propecia/finasteride - This drug could litterally end your life as you know it. Side effects are real, we tend to think that they happen only to others but if they hit you, they will hit you REAL hard. Bottom line and if you want to play it safe : - LLLT - MINOXIDIL - DERMAPEN - SUPPLEMENTS - PRP ONCE A MONTH.

Plenty of people who get off it almost immidiatly because of them. I am crossing my fingers. Nothing crazy has happened to me so far. Hair is odd, what works for some doesn't for others so in that regards you have to try everything to find out. As for Ds labs (spectral), you can use both if you would like, they actually sell a minox product on the site. They also warn about hair fall which also happens with minox. I am on month 5 with the switch. I can only tell you what I do and show you how it works/doesnt work. The rest is up to you. My answer was directed to the audience who reads your post and will most likely start following your regimen. They have to be very carefull with the Propecia. Especially the young ones. Senior Member SD1984 Posted May 22, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted May 22, 2021 (edited) Mind if I ask how much a monthly prescription is? Is it a pain to get it or just a matter of filling out a few questions? I was prescribed a generic fin from "Amber Pharmaceutical". I'm assuming this is all the same stuff really? Senior Member Shifty Posted June 19, 2021 Author Senior Member Share Posted June 19, 2021 Hey all, been a minute. How is everyone doing? Thought I'd update. creeping up on year 3 since I started this process. Feel free to look at earlier images. I need to update regimen because I started using Rogaine on the top again few months ago. Bright bathroom lights. Consistency of purpose is the key factor. In life, if you don't put in the effort, you will never see the gains. So far so good for my effort. 1 Link to what I did to grow my hair back without a transplant. 2 year update.
Senior Member Shifty Posted June 19, 2021 Author Senior Member Share Posted June 19, 2021 ** Unfortunate part of the Rogaine is dry scalp. Nothing is perfect I guess. Senior Member Etownone Posted July 27, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted July 27, 2021 Man.... I'm so jealous. Congrats. Seems unreal how great your results are. Never knew that is possible. I've had 5 HT surgeries, and your results are wayyyyy better then mine. I do 1mg finesteride and vitamins... That's it. I tried minoxidil years ago but quit it. But now I will start minoxidil (which I despise), Derma Roller 1.5, and the shampoo you use. I hope i see some results in the next 3 months if not it's HT #6. Congrats again. Friggin amazing.
