  1. Hair regrowth is very good hair cut is shi* i would get a good fade on the sides/back, and a good haircut on the top - It would make everything look slicker. congrats man, and sorry about the "harsh" words
  2. Insane results. congrats ! what is your regimen ? Are you on finasteride ? thx
  3. Cell regeneration takes 21 days. as long as your scalp is healing properly, you can go for another prp round. studies have shown that PRP works best when its done once a month. if you can afford it, do it.
  4. Best HT surgeon in the world. Only "problem" the vast majority of his patients are on Propecia.
  5. Id go with a high fade on the sides and back of your head mate (just a bit longer than the peaky blinder style). A good haircut can do wonders.
  6. I know, I know. My answer was directed to the audience who reads your post and will most likely start following your regimen. They have to be very carefull with the Propecia. Especially the young ones.
  7. Your results are awesome - You definitely don’t need a HT at this point. 2 things I would like to stress to anyone reading this thread though - Because a lot of guys are just going to jump on the same regimen as yours. 1. If you are using rogaine foam, carefull when doing the switch to spectral CBD. I did, lost A HUGE AMOUNT of hair - had to go back to rogaine foam which is a staple in my opinion. Spectral might look better on paper but the few studies available are biased. 2. BE VERY CAREFUL with Propecia/finasteride - This drug could litterally end your life as you know it. Side effects are real, we tend to think that they happen only to others but if they hit you, they will hit you REAL hard. Bottom line and if you want to play it safe : - LLLT - MINOXIDIL - DERMAPEN - SUPPLEMENTS - PRP ONCE A MONTH.
  8. Do not sleep on them... Meaning do not hesitate to use them. But sleep with them on if you’d like. I do - Love it.
  9. Wrong sir... 5a inhibition results in allopregnanolone inhibition over time... Bottom line it can take time to mess up completely with your brains.
  10. Gotta be very carefull with Finasteride. Read the scientific litterature, read about the possible sides and Weigh the pros and the cons. Do not mess up with your life only to keep your hair.
  11. Just wow ! What a transformation... I would attribute 70% of it to Finasterise though... But that is only my humble opinion. keep going strong ! 🦾🤜🏼🤛🏼
  12. Hey ! Gonna get a derma pen. How do you use it in comparison to the derma roller please ? In the study, people were rolling 10 times on different directions of the affected/thinning areas; How do you translate that on the derma pen since it doesnt roll. Thanks !
  13. Finasteride almost killed me ! Took it for six months, suffered from the worst mental side effects ever ( derealisation and depersonalisation are no joke ) as well as full body twitches, lethargy and it lasted for more than 2 years after stopping it. It is pure poison and when you are well versed on endocrinology you know for a fact, that through its mecanism of action, 100% of male taking it will have side effects. Some will be aware of them earlier as they don’t come full force at once and others will start to feel them 10-15+ years later. Its quite simple really, what makes a man manly is his hormonal balance. Finasteride inhibits 5-alpha reductase and DHT which is 10 times more potent than testostérone ( through inhibiting 5 AR it also inhibits allopregnanolone which is an essential hormone in the brain; Its main role is to regulate anxiety ) and increases female hormones (oestradiol, ostrogene, prolactine etc) it basically turns you slowly into a woman and thats why you get you hairs back. Thats why men who want to become transgenders have to take finasteride in their pre op protocol as well as long after having surgery... Most doctors who prescribe it are either clueless or want to maximise the results of their transplants knowing that the side effects could be lethal ( A lot of guys have commited suicide ) and those last doctors should trialed along with Merck. its time that Merck recognises that finasteride is a serial killer.
  14. WOW ! Amazing results ! Congrats man... You really don’t need an HT at this point. I would say that 80% of the results have been achieved thanks to the finasteride... It reduces drastically the amount of dihydrotestosterone in the body which in turn gives you your hair back BUT it is a very dangerous product. Derma rolling has been proven to be more effective than minoxidil in a double blinded study, definitely a good weapon in your arsenal as well. Bravo !
  15. Hey fam, I have had 2 hair transplant up to date, the first one was a "joke" and I am currently 8 month post op from the second one. Although the second transplant have helped with density, I feel that the design of the hairline could have been more aesthetic ; the doctor has decided to be very conservative and has transplanted the hair following the pattern of my current hair line, leaving the temple as they were which looks very natural indeed but I would have liked a more juvenile hair line; I am 27. I would like to have a third procedure to really frame my face and design a more aesthetic hair line with good temple closure as well as good density. I know from what I have read in this forum that Dr. Feriduni is top notch when it comes to hair line reconstruction and might go ahead with him for my third procedure. What do guys think ? Thank you, All the best.
  16. Hey fam, I have been on propecia for 7 month and have experienced brain fog quit a few time, it is not permanent but it does happens somedays... Do you guys think it could be related to the propecia ? Thank you,
  17. Hey Fam, Sorry to post here, the original message was posted in the "Hair loss drugs" section but did not get any answer so, please, bear with me :-) I have been on Propecia for about 5.5 month (started a couple days after having my HT surgery ), I started at 0.5mg E.D and have increased the dosage to 1mg E.D 3 weeks ago. I started to notice a lot more shedding when doing my morning shampoo and it all started happening when I increased the Propecia dosage. Could it be the cause for the shedding and if so how long should I expect it to last for ? Also, I am feeling tired all the time, could that be one of propecia's sides ? Thank you. Best,

  19. Garageland, Thanks for taking the time to reply, thats much appreciated. Let's see what the next 6 month will held in terms of density. I had a look at your blog, you have had great results, you can't go wrong with H&W. Take care !
