Cristero, So, any news about who? What happened with Freitas? Did you get an estimate? About Finas, I believe most doctors would recommend you to take it ... which is good for them so that the final result looks great... however, as you say, woould be great to find another way... and the best option would just go for a second surgery after a few years I think.. Hope you find the best fit for you!

Agree with CosmoKramer here, I dont think you needed a new HT. Being just 24 and with other HT already done (even it was just the temples) I would have waited till at least 30. Didnt in ASMED advised you to wait a few years? That been said, I envy that hairs of yours and your donor, woww!!! And now with that new hairline and temples, you are gonna look too good bro 😎

Looking good and what I really like is that donor, it seems like no grafts were taken from there at all... This extraction was beautifully done!!! I am missing some more clear photos of the CROWN. Could we see more focalized crown photos? Also, could we get the data of how many grafts were used on the crown itselft?

ruca2, I have reviewed the photos and you might have a point. And maybe that´s because on the video Dr Diop is scared to comb the hairline? Wish they would show the complete hairline to see the real result. Now I´m intrigued.

It´s true that the light coming in on those last photos doesnt help but I´m sure it will look much better in person. I was checking at this Post ... https://foro.recuperarelpelo.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=71184 and there are 2 interesting things 🙄 1. This is a touch-up from a previous op by Hasson. It´s a pity we do not have the result that the patient had in that time after Hasson operated on him so that we could compare. 2. This result is just with 2004 and only after ... 6 Months 🤩 and in my opinion it looks really good. A pity the patient has not updated the result to see the final look but it was looking very promising.

Really amazing NEW LOOK! TOP work once again by Dr Diep, one of my favorite Doctors. One thing, have you noticed that the Dr is kind of scared to comb the patient´s hair? Ha ha, it´s funny, it does the same on almost all the videos I have seen from him. Is this because the respect he has for the patient´s hair being a very personal part of a person? Love seeing Dr Diep results ... keep them coming 😋

I agree with you, I would also prefer FUE than FUE due to the scar but in this case... Melvin might be right. And if you go to the right clinic, the scar might be almost invisible. I would schedule consults with different doctors both FUE and FUE experts and see what they have to say. What I do not recommend is going to Turkey, going cheap might end up being too expensive : (

Der3k7, What ASMED is doing with their patients is ufff... sorry that your result has not been satisfactory. 5000 Grafts should have been way more than enough to provide you with a great result but I´m afraid ASMED is not what it used to be... And then you go online and see things like this with 5000 grafts or less: Amazing result from Dr Freitas: Or this other one from Dr Couto just to show one of the many that they have... These 2 doctors are showing to all of us that some clinics are not being honest with their patients... how is it possible that Freitas or Couto get better results than other Clinics using fewer grafts??? By the way, your nose work is TOP TOP!!! Looking amazing dude ; ) Best of luck choosing the doctor for your 3rd surgery, I´m sure you will end up choosing the best one for you.

OK. So you go a get the BEST result from Hasson. Dr Hasson himself talks about this result as: "a result that would be considered a “home run”". Hasson also says about this case that: "could arguably be the best single session hair transplant ever." And you are comparing the BEST result from Dr Hasson with these cases in which Dr Couto with considerably fewer grafts gets equal or even better results : ) For example on this one case, Dr Couto uses HALF the grafts than Hasson. Yeah yeah, no KIDDING ... half the grafts 4200 vs 8400 ?!?!?! And this is just one of the many reasons there is no one like Dr Couto: And then what to say about this other case/comparison. Dr Couto operates on an IRRADIATED SCALP with just 5800 FUE Grafts ... while Dr Hasson get 8400 with the FUT Technique ... Dr Hasson was the king a decade ago, amazing FUT surgeon and he is still great, I do respect him because in 2010 when I started my research on Hair Transplants Hasson was the man, but ... with Dr Couto and the FUE technique we are talking about something else nowadays ... Well, I dont think there´s much more to say... RESULTS speak for themselves

If money and travel were not issues... Dr Juan Couto in Spain would be the best option nowadays: Extraordinary densities, amazing natural hairlines, temples like no other and highest % of graft survival. And no matter what type or big or small alopecia, Couto looks like he can do it all bordering on perfection in all his cases. Just a couple of examples from FUExpert Clinic YouTtube Channel...
