Der3k7, What ASMED is doing with their patients is ufff... sorry that your result has not been satisfactory. 5000 Grafts should have been way more than enough to provide you with a great result but I´m afraid ASMED is not what it used to be... And then you go online and see things like this with 5000 grafts or less: Amazing result from Dr Freitas: Or this other one from Dr Couto just to show one of the many that they have... These 2 doctors are showing to all of us that some clinics are not being honest with their patients... how is it possible that Freitas or Couto get better results than other Clinics using fewer grafts??? OK. So you go a get the BEST result from Hasson. Dr Hasson himself talks about this result as: "a result that would be considered a “home run”". Hasson also says about this case that: "could arguably be the best single session hair transplant ever." And you are comparing the BEST result from Dr Hasson with these cases in which Dr Couto with considerably fewer grafts gets equal or even better results : ) For example on this one case, Dr Couto uses HALF the grafts than Hasson. Yeah yeah, no KIDDING ... half the grafts 4200 vs 8400 ?!?!?! And this is just one of the many reasons there is no one like Dr Couto: And then what to say about this other case/comparison. Dr Couto operates on an IRRADIATED SCALP with just 5800 FUE Grafts ... while Dr Hasson get 8400 with the FUT Technique ... Dr Hasson was the king a decade ago, amazing FUT surgeon and he is still great, I do respect him because in 2010 when I started my research on Hair Transplants Hasson was the man, but ... with Dr Couto and the FUE technique we are talking about something else nowadays ... Well, I dont think there´s much more to say... RESULTS speak for themselves

If money and travel were not issues... Dr Juan Couto in Spain would be the best option nowadays: Extraordinary densities, amazing natural hairlines, temples like no other and highest % of graft survival. From what I have read on Instagram and YouTube, Couto´s clinic doesnt have a 7 year waiting list ... moreover, they are continuosly offering ONLINE consultations and people are being called a lot sooner than expected. And yes, I believe all Couto´s surgeries are done using the Implanter Pen or at least that´s what the Clinic specifies on the YouTube video descriptions.

You are comparing the result with 2 videos from two of the BEST hair transplant surgeons in the world. The amazing almost perfect densities and natural designs from Dr Juan Couto or Dr Rafael De Freitas are difficult to see from other doctor´s work. On this case, In my opinion with "illusion" or without it, the final result looks SUPERB!

The crown is not looking good at all, how many grafts did Hasson place on the crown? Do you have photos from 1 year after the surgery to compare?

It looks good but the video is not the best. That yellowish light above the head confuses a lot and spoils the result which is a pity.

What you mean by geo location? Dr. Couto operates patients from all over the world and not just the type of Spanish hair as you say. Just visit their YouTube channel, which by the way has more than 30,000 FOLLOWERS, and you can see different types of hair: straight, wavy, gray ... you can read the details on the video descriptions. And if what you say were true, why no other doctor in the world achieves such great results as Couto´s? As I said, just go to Youtube and type: FUExpert Clinic

Hope you can solve what they have done to you in ASMED. What a pity! It is clear that Koray has not operated on you despite the fact that people travel to this clinic by the name of this doctor who years ago was a good surgeon. Ufff, so sad to see this. ASMED does not have a solution or turn back. Years ago Koray was a great doctor, now he has become a great businessman. It is a pity that a doctor as good as he was has abandoned the patients and only worries about billing and making money And it is no longer just this forum where disasters are appearing but in any hair transplant forum especially in Italy and Spain: BelliCapelli in Italy or RecoverElPelo in Spain It is a pity that patients have to suffer this and that they destroy our hopes and in many cases our donor area. Good luck when looking for a doctor to make a repair.
