It´s a tough choice for sure. Bot are amazing doctors. What I see is that Lorenzo was the man back in the days and now Couto is the "new" Magician. From what you see on their YouTube: - Lorenzo just posts every single one of his cases, he has more than 800 videos and 13.000 Subscribers and you will see a lot of everything, some are great and some so so... - Couto has by far the best cases, he has around 65 videos on YouTube with almost 45.000 Subscribers on his Channel... if he can get 800 videos and they are so great as the first 65, there would never be a discussion anymore that Dr Couto is the best hair transplant surgeon in the world... But, it´s not an easy choice between 2 of the best in the world... let see what they tell you about their availability. Last video by Couto Last video by Lorenzo

What a tough decision... Demirsoy looks to be the way to go and this could be somehow your possible outcome... and looks really nice!!! But it´s a pity you dont have unlimited funds, since ike any one of us would for sure choose Dr Juan Couto ... Best of luck with your final decision!

Hey Masha, Sorry to hear you are not happy with your situation but I think you have to give it a little bit more time. Also, could you share better photos of the current state? And, if things do not go as planned, did the clinic offer you a possible repair procedure?

+10000 I agree with you. It´s so so weird doing this... I had never seen this way and I have been following Forums for 10 years... I´m also thinking that the reason here is that it´s easier and quicker for the person doing the extractions. But what about the patient´s opinion on this? I think this approach should always be discussed with the patient. If this patient wants to wear pretty short hair in the future I´m sure you will be able to see this issue... Apart from this, all looks good up there and the receding hairline will be completely gone in a few months! Thanks for sharing : )

Sandyr, here they have a new video with some nice hairline works by Dr Couto.

Few doctors in the world get results like Freitas and Couto with the same grafts... I dont know how they do it but where they use 1500-2000 grafts other Docs go for 2500-2800 for sure. I´m also curious to know why is this? Anyone could explain this?

Yaz89, First of all, congrats on your new HT. I´m quite sure you will look totally amazing with a total of 6000 new grafts up there. I went through your other surgeries and after the fisrt one your were looking soooo good ... why a 2nd? And what I do not understand is the 3rd ... but seeing the outstanding DONOR you have, I would probably do the same 😄 ... oh, if I had the hair and the BLINK BLINK You mention Couto in your report and I dont really understand why mix your case at ASMED with the Magician Dr Couto, such different Doctors ... by the way, Dr Couto would have provided you with the same result with a lot less number of grafts for sure as would have Dr Freitas as well... and even with thinner hair than yours, just 2 examples: So once again we can see that ASMED, as everyone knows by now, uses way too many grafts to get same results as in other clinics. Anybody knows why they do so?
