  7. very natural and nice progress, one of Dr. Diep's best FUE cases that I've seen
  8. Honestly, I wish I had this problem because its going to be a quick & easy fix for a veteran like Dr. Wong.
  9. I like how your doctor excised all your old grafts and rebuilt your hairline to a much more natural and conservative level. I hope you have a great result. Best wishes in your healing. Looks great.
  10. I used to wear my hair long to camouflage my balding top as well as some old pluggy grafts that I had since the early 90's. The fact of the matter is, like "hadenough2014" mentioned, people actually realize or can tell we're going bald and the only people we're fooling is ourselves! Before my recent HT surgery, I used hairspray, gels, etc. to keep my hairstyle just right and perfect. God forbid there was any strong winds!. But now I'm about 2 months post-op, I've just been keeping everything real short. People have actually complimented me saying I look younger, etc. That's not to say once my HT grafts start coming in I won't let it grow in to make it look denser, but for now, its been such a refreshing and liberating thing to just quickly shampoo your head in the shower, towel dry your head, no brushing necessary! Best of luck to you and your healing. Do your post-op care and everything else will fall into place with time.
  11. go the FUE route - accept the fact that you won't get the "gold standard" in HT surgery, ie. the yield may be slightly less, but you avoid a linear scar in the back of your head which you'll regret for a lifetime -
  12. Dr Hakan Doganay's work is consistently very impressive. Best of luck.
  13. I believe the doctors & clinics doing HT procedures should treat the patient like in any other industry - with the attitude that the customer is always right. We all can have different opinions, suggestions, recommendations, etc., however the only reality that matters is the customers' perception of how good or bad their HT experience was. Obviously, this is not a happy customer and it should be up to H&W to correct that if they really are as reputable as they've been putting themselves out as being. There will always be customers with a variety of expectations, whether realistic or not, it is up to the doctor to manage those expectations - it does not appear that was done here. In addition, there is nothing wrong with a patient expecting the highest quality result from supposedly one of the best HT clinics in the world.
  14. very impressive and wonderful improvement from where you started, continued success!
  15. Hesedeil, your hair looks nice, but a before photo would be good to compare your final result against.
  16. very nice, natural and aesthetically pleasing hairline, congrats - Pulpedfiction1. I"m only 2 months post and have decided to keep my hair real short until transplanted hairs starting kicking in, but before the HT, like you, I used to spend so much wasted time styling and trying to make myself look like i had hair, when in fact I was pretty bald! If for nothing else, it feels pretty liberating just being natural and as I am.
