  1. The only thing that's cheap is your dismal attempt at being an apologist for the physician in question. The photos were supplied long ago to the physician but you know already. I've been liaising with Bill to get some form of feedback as mentioned time and time again but as per normal absolutely nothing from H&W. You either don't listen or don't want to. You can troll all you want, you're irrelevant but you're a good reminder of the lengths some people will go to in order to protect their vested interests. 10'000+ views, you can be assured most readers worked out people like you long ago. People have the ability to form their own opinion based on the evidence I've already produced and I have no intention of dragging you kicking a screaming to reality of what is already proven and demonstrated as fact. Thank you for your continued interest in my procedure.
  2. As predicted Hasson and Wong have not contacted me. Hasson and Wong did not attempt to contact me. Hasson and Wong have not shown any interest in contacting me. The description I have used the most throughout this time to describe my experience with H&W is 'evasive' which I once again draw attention to. This company is either a sham or has completely lost sight of medical ethics and or duty of care to it's patients. I'm now certain they will never attempt to resolve this and for all those who have mocked and ridiculed me throughout this time, what's the excuse now? Has he been abducted by aliens? Abomination of a company and based on my own personal experience I would suggest anyone considering going there take into consideration unsatisfactory results will see you punted from pillar to post in the same way I have been.
  3. I've been trying to limit my comments in here in recent days while waiting for the physician to contact me. This was a decision I made out of respect for Dr Wong to allow him the opportunity to respond and get in contact with me. I had sent Bill the photo Dr Wong requested because I just feel very uncomfortable with posting any more photos that reveal a considerable amount of my face and identity. Dr Wong had specifically asked for photos from the eyebrows up so as to determine symmetry. I had thought at the time that it was just another reason to delay, delay and delay some more any decision they were going to make to fix this. But in good faith I thought it would be best to do as asked of me and I once again supplied another photo this time with eyebrows included. I can't understand what it's going to achieve asking for all these different angles of photos when it's so painfully obvious the results are far from good. The hairline is linear and crooked, it is what it is. So firstly I just want to take this opportunity to thank Bill the managing publisher who had explained to me in recent days that he had spoken to Dr Wong on my behalf and urged them to contact me. Although once again I've not had any form of communication via email or phone from Hasson and Wong yet again, I do appreciate the efforts Bill had genuinely made to try and help me. I had made the decision to give them (Hasson and Wong) one last chance out of good faith to at the very least contact me. Especially since the comment made by Dr Wong 10 days ago and I quote "HR thank you for the pictures. From the pictures it certainly does look like the right side is higher than the left. The pictures need to include the eyebrows to know for sure if this is the case. And if it is to determine the degree of asymmetry. J Wong" Now usually under any other circumstances you would think once a doctor had made such acknowledgments they would go out of their way to at the very least contact the patient. But no, not this physician once again the silence is deafening. I've now totally lost all confidence in this company and I remain left with these pretty dismal results. I once had a really positive view on this industry and what it does to help people. As I said to Bill the other day, this has been an impossible situation because to begin with I was unable to get anywhere dealing directly with the clinic so I had no other option but to raise my concerns in here. I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't. I will be waiting until Monday and will be communicating with Bill to let him know if I had received any communication from the physician. By Monday I'll know where I stand.
  4. Several nights ago I sent an email to Bill the managing publisher of this forum with the photo that Dr Wong had requested. After listening to many opinions and suggestions directed at me from members in this forum I had given consideration to all of them. I meant every bit of what I said in my last post when I genuinely wanted to work constructively with the physician to have this resolved. I had subsequently made the decision not to post anything in here and rather mediate some kind of resolution through the moderators as had been suggested by another member. Several nights ago I sent the photo that Dr Wong had requested to Bill the managing publisher with a request attached. For obvious reasons I did not want to post on here because the photo Dr Wong requested reveals to much of my face/identity. I've had no feedback and no response from Bill. I've had no choice but to once again post in here requesting an answer. Question to Bill (Lead Forum Admin) Bill can you please advise if you will be facilitating or assisting me in mediating with Hasson and Wong? Question for Dr Wong Dr Wong when and if you receive the photo you had requested of me what will be your intention? Now that you have acknowledged what has been obvious from day one that my hairline is flawed what does Hasson and Wong propose as a suitable solution which will allow me to have this corrected? Sorry to anyone who resents me having to once again post in here. I had taken your advice and it has not been forthcoming in assisting a proper outcome. My official complaint with Hasson and Wong Vancouver is far from resolved.
  5. To all of you I am following the process that was specifically asked of me by the forum lead admin. No one is forcing any one of you to have to be here or read any of this but you just can't help yourselves. The physician has acknowledged the issues I have raised and I will work constructively with him in order to have this resolved which hopefully wont be much longer.
  6. Bill thanks for responding. I can get the donor scar photos for you but they have never been part of my concern. I would even go as far as saying the donor scar is quite good, very thin and well concealed. I never raised that part as a concern but if you still require them I can get some for you.
  7. These are the 9.5 month photos. My hair is being cut to that length at the moment until I can get this repaired. To have photos taken of it at a longer length again will take months to grow. At this period of time I think it's fair to say the design is not going to miraculously improve overnight. It's not going to change, it's the almost completed results. I know it's been suggested that the density is acceptable, I'm not by any means criticizing the density. From the beginning it's always been the design flaws. - Crooked on the left considerably compared to the right. - Linear and far to sharp with it's lines, there are no scattering of hair to soften it's overall look it's just incredibly linear I don't know how else to describe it. Then when the hair is longer I still have to contend with the older procedure preventing me from styling it. It wont brush forward, it wont part to the side. It's completely influenced by the older procedure and my hairline can only be parted in the middle compared to everything behind it being able to brush forward. This is central to what I had said in my very first post it had always been a concern that this would be the outcome but that those concerns had been dispelled by the initial advice I received from the company in question. The decision to opt for FUT "conceal" over FUE "extraction" of older troublesome grafts was always the question. I can only hope now to get the hairline fixed. The fact is I would have to further pay to now fix what another physician is responsible for and it's with this in mind that I seek the outcome I had previously requested.
  8. I'll do as you have requested and I will re-upload by previous photos. You forgot to mention why I had taken them down and it's unfair to have left out that important reason. There was some personal and confidential information shared in here by some one who was not authorized to do so. It may not matter in your country but it certainly compromises my identity in mine. I have sent you an email and I would appreciate a response. I will upload my photos again shortly.
  9. Dr Wong I have given you and your staff all the time in the world prior to publishing this to listen to my genuine concerns and on every occasion it fell on deaf ears. You continue to completely ignore every factual account and evidence of blindingly obvious poor outcomes that are presented to you. Since I first decided to air my concerns and experiences on here I've had the mob on my case with a vengeance, one of which is a self confessed employee of Hasson and Wong, user name Lorenzo. I have been repeatedly misrepresented, defamed, accused and attacked by the mob mentality of the trolls that lurk in here. The public can and will see everything that has unfolded here and everything that has been thrown at me. It is appalling behavior from people with very clear objectives to try and influence the outcome. I find it incredibly disturbing that patients who have had bad experiences with physicians are given this kind of treatment and it seemingly goes completely un-moderated by those who run this website. Something is very telling about this experience and until I've seen the same rules applied to those who have continually tried to misrepresent me in here, I remain uneasy about how this forum is moderated.
  10. This is a figment of your own imagination simply because it is inconvenient for what ever views you have of this clinic. I have no need to take any of these demands from the likes of you and those like you. You people are irrelevant and are not constructively contributing to anything other than abuse of forum privileges and its members. If the moderators of this forum had any decency left they would be addressing the kinds of tactics that are being employed by you shameless individuals to try and shout me down. I am now convinced this forum is completely out of control. Either the moderators are asleep at the wheel or the bias and the true mechanics of this site are being shown to exist. I'm reporting and blocking every single person who accuses me of extortion starting with you. If you think you're going to get away with publicly defaming me you are very mistaken.
  11. 4 posts, joined in October no history of any respected contributions and here you are making demands of me? You people really are trying arnt you? Give up you are a waist of forum space and it is you trolls that are irrelevant. I'm merely 1 person and you trolls will not influence any outcome so give it up.
  12. Thank you for your response Dr Wong. I want to fully canvas your response in it's entirety because it will need a great deal of correcting on your part. "I first met HF in person during the pre op consultation the day before his surgery. We spend quite some time discussing the pending surgery and answer any questions he had" Yes we spoke in your office as I had described previously. When you say "we spend quite some time discussing" I recall it being no more than 15-20 minutes of which time it became crystal clear there were many irregularities in what I had been previously told by Joe Tillman in relation to you supposedly being briefed of my previous older procedure. "By placing single hairs in front and around the larger grafts it would soften them sufficiently and allow them to co exist without needing to be removed. However, if a few of the existing larger grafts along the hairline continue to be a problem they can then be individually removed at a later date" Ok, as far as this statement this is central to my complaint because it has been the foundation from which the design of the hairline was created. As I had previously explained the issue with older procedures when it comes to mini/micro grafts is the inconsistent angulation. As you can see with the 8 month photo you have attached to you response. My hair was colored and the hairline cannot be brushed forward or to the side due to the older procedure, it's essentially like going against the grain if I can adopt that terminology. This was always central to my concerns and reluctance to go with the "concealing" option. I said to Joe very early on that I was concerned the older procedure would still vastly interfere and if anything dominate the way the new results could be groomed. Since my new procedure has matured and grown in I have found my initial concerns have become reality. As Dr Bernstein has written extensively on his site about how to successfully repair these types of older procedures, FUE extraction should be first considered. When you think about the most obvious reasons for this, you simply can't disguise what is by way of virtue angulation related issues. I will never know who's approach is more successful but what I do know is the most obvious fact, no smoke and mirrors will divert people's attention away from the obvious flaws in the new hairline. It is with this in mind you have continued throughout the many months of discussions to evade that central question. Based on your response in here you are continuing to do so. "The three goals we wanted to achieve for this surgery were: 1) improve on the previous scar. 2) improve coverage in the crown and mid scalp. 3) Soften and infill the hairline" Improving the previous scar was merely the icing on the cake. It was last on my priority list, to the point I can prove if need be that I had never even mentioned it to you let alone requested it. As I had meticulously detailed in my communication with Joe Tillman leading up to the procedure not to mention even with the initial application form to Hasson and Wong. The specific goals and objectives were to fix the bane of the issue which was the hairline and mid scalp but specifically the hairline. The hairline being the thing that shapes a persons face above and beyond anything else regarding a full head of hair it's the ultimate indicator of a successful or an unsuccessful hair restoration procedure. The crown was 2nd or 3rd on my priority list and had been suggested as a possibility. It must not be forgotten that the initial recommendations that had come from Hasson and Wong was the desired outcome could and should be achieved with 3500 FUT but the end result being supposedly 2800 grafts. "On the morning of the surgery I designed an irregular undulating hairline just slightly lower than the existing hairline. HF requested a straighter hairline. I redesigned the hairline to accommodate creating something with a straighter design. WE then both had a good look to ensure the hairline was even. He signed off on the design and we proceeded" I recall you handing me a small mirror, I did my best to look at it from I guess a 1 or 2 dimensional view if you could call it that. It's ridiculously hard to determine a drawn line on your head looking at it from a small mirror and not being able to see from a range of angles. Lets be realistic there is no real way a patient can be sure what it's going to look like until the results start to grow. It was about 6am in the morning, I was nervous had technicians waiting on us and everything was happening very fast. This is no exaggeration because you are yet to address the fact that you were working multiple procedures at the same time that day because Dr Hasson was on leave with a broken leg. I don't remember signing off on anything but if by chance I did lets be realistic. I couldn't have possibly known what I was looking at, and would not have been able to properly assess in those few seconds the accuracy of your designs. The only thing I do remember is you giving me some oral medication that doped me out big time, felt like I was floating on clouds for many hours afterwards. With my age in mind I had stated to you which surely you remember, I said I actually prefer recession. To which you had responded "that's good then because most people want unrealistic hairlines" or something to that effect. It was a suggestion about age appropriate designs the point you were making. "HF had an unusual high level of interest in all phases of his surgery and wanted to know all the details as the surgery proceeded" That is very misleading. I did ask maybe about 4-6 questions during the procedure. I'm surprised you had used that to make some kind of statement considering you were not actually present during most of the procedure. You were working in-between multiple procedures. Secondly, a person tends to get a little edgy at the realization a salesman has potentially sold snake-oil in the form of a misleading opportunistic sale. "I spoke with him around 3 months post op and again at length between 5 and 6 months post op. I have given him my personal email and we have had numerous exchanges not including the countless emails from the staff" Ok I cannot let this one pass. The suggestion you gave me your email is a bold faced lie. I have spend nearly the entire 10 months when I eventually decided to contact your company not the other way around. Dealing with firstly Joe Tillman then Christina. At no time did you voluntarily supply your email to me or even offer to do so. It was clear from all of the subsequent dealings I've had with your company it was your intention to remain out of contact of me and rather let the girls on the front desk deal with it. Mainly Christina who you had tasked with dealing with my complaint. The biggest insult was only in the last month was I to find out your direct email off your former staffer Joe Tillman vie the Hair Restoration Forums. Such is the evasiveness of your subsequent communications or lack of. I have much more to write on this matter but am out of time for now. I have some things I have to attend to but will write more on this matter this evening. I'm very disappointed with your lack of honesty on a range of very obvious mistakes and design flaws. I'll respond again soon.
  13. lol very true mate, and there would be 10 year waiting lists.
  14. Yeah i know the feeling. The little clinic I had my old procedure in Melbourne Aust back in 2002 is nowhere to be seen any more. Can't find any listings for them, don't know what ever happened to them. If only hair cloning had become a reality years ago none of us would be here now talking about this. We would all be out driving convertibles and feeling the wind in our luscious locks.
