This just goes to show you that NW6 with regular hair need 10-12K+ grafts for full coverage w/a really good surgical plan.

Anything less & you will still look like a 'balding' male.  Not that there is anything wrong with that.  We all have unique starting points & goals.

Very true

Karl you have and continue to be an inspiration to not only myself but to the whole Norwood 6/7 community. 👌And every time you update your pictures their just appears to be more to be inspired about. You opened the door for so many other high Norwoods that we all owe you a massive debt. If my results are half as good as yours by 12 months post op then I can die a happy man! You look incredible mate! 🙏

10 month update

Hi folks

Hope everyone is well ..

with this update I just wanted to highlight the benefit of fibres for help in supplementing the visual effects of a HT .I’ve been experiencing some hair shed in my traditional Weak area ..rear side part upper crown ..I’m planning on having one last procedure in October to finally remove this little “‘pebble in my shoe”….I’ve up to 1000 scalp grafts and 3000 beard grafts to play with….probably aim for around 2000 grafts in total split 50/50

first few pics attached are random outside and inside with the weak area visible ..and last few are with fibres which is how you’ll find me looking out and about 99% of the time.

Wishing everyone  well

Karl

Karl what a journey🤩. The results looks fantastic👏🏻. A third session will close the loop fully , you look great if you would settle already now😎

These results are ridiculously good. It is a really game-changing hair transplant and high Norwoods will point at this when their doctors say a hair transplant is not feasible as they are too far gone.

Question...and in no way a criticism of Eugenix for this absolute masterpiece.

In order to maximize real estate/density with the limited number of grafts we all have, is it a feasible strategy to place more grafts in the area @Zoomsterrefers to as his 'traditional weak area' and to compensate by placing fewer grafts on the other side so there will be a shingling/comb over effect? In other words, if his 'traditional weak area' was on the other side of the parting of the hair, would it be less visible?

Great point ..and this was the strategy that Melvin used while having number 4 with Dr P.i think he loaded up on exactly the area I’m weakest at ...truth be known I’m really really happy how things are as they stand ..I don’t want to put others off by feeling “ gosh I’m gonna have to commit to 3 HTs in order to be satísfied”…if i didn’t have such a connection to the whole Eugenix ethos ,fellow clients and of course the Almighty himself Dr P i don’t think i would be having a third HT if im honest …..the weak spot is a niggle though ..hopefully we can wipe it out come October ..

I love it, Karl- hair greed for sure as you are looking outstanding without the fibers…fibers are the cherry on top.

Don’t worry…you’ll soon have  the good ole HG 😂…cheers !

Haha @Zoomster- I am not sure I can be too greedy with my donor, but I am sure I will milk the greed to the last extractable graft!

Karl, hope you don't mind me sharing your masterpiece. I just watched this again today, and my God if this is not one of the most inspirational videos I've ever seen on this topic, I don't know what is. If I was a bald man that cared about hairloss, this testimonial would be the kick in the ass to go do something about it!

Follow my Journey with Eugenix and Dr Arika Bansal!
