  1. Looks like great progress! Remember, crown will take the full year to fill in so be patient (harder than it sounds I bet!). I gave up trying to reach Nader- after results like yours I bet he is backed up like crazy! Hah! Also, with fibers remember less is more. Don't overdo it and make sure you add a little hair spray to keep the fibers in place. I also add a bit of thickening powder to my hair after I add the fibers and before I do the hair spray. It gives the hair more volume and if it's thin: https://a.co/d/cuHNxRi
  2. Hi all, My hair loss has finally started getting to a point where I have to start planning for surgery. I have been able to hold off with the big three for the last 12 years, but at 37 years old my hairline has started to really climb up the last 6 months. I think this coincides with me hitting the gym and weightlifting, but I am not going to quit exercising to save my hair Anyway, I had been looking at Bloxham for FUT, but I was wondering if anyone here can recommend any other surgeons that do good FUT work (including hairlines) that are moderately priced (i.e. $4/graft and under). I have diffuse thinning so I will need about 3000-3500 grafts for the frontal 3rd and I'm trying to max my donor while keeping my first surgery under 12-14k USD. I am willing to go overseas, but if I'm doing that I would prefer somewhere like Mexico or LatAm since I live in southern california and speak spanish. My long term plans are 2x FUT, then FUE until I have no more donor. I'm hoping this first surgery will give me 4-6 years before I need to do #2. This is not going to be one and done for me, since I am prob have a NW5-6 as my endstate (I have a lot of hair so I can get good coverage with styling, but most of it is diffuse). Thanks!
  3. Looking great man! Do you feel like things are still improving?
  4. Looks night and day from where you started dude! Thats a lot of space to cover w/ only 3500 grafts, so you will prob need a 2nd procedure to get the illusion you're looking for. Congrats!
  5. Following! Work looks really clean, congratulations!. Since its the crown I wouldn't expect much until after 6 months, but even then 12 months seems to be the standard (vs frontal 1/3rd and mid scalp). Can you share what the cost was for the 2900 grafts?
  6. He was great when I had a consult with him two summers ago. My hair hasn't regressed enough to pull the trigger yet, but he's still in my top 5 choices. Can't wait to see your results OP!
  7. Awesome transformation! Congrats and can't wait to see what it looks like month 12!
  8. Procedure looks really clean! I live in SD and have been looking more and more at clinics in MX for when I pull the trigger. Following this thread..
  9. Looking good dude! Still have another 4 months of maturing to go too- awesome. Thinking of going for a second pass or do you feel pretty satisfied right now?
  10. Congrats- this looks great! Also, great notes, pictures and 6 month report. I have been really thinking about Nader for my future HT...results like this keep pushing me in that direction

  13. Hey any update on this? I bet you are right in the middle of the ugly duckling phase?
  14. The temple points really make a HUGE difference. Your crown has improved dramatically too- only a bit of topik when you leave and it will look perfect.
  15. Shockloss on the side looks rough- hope it fills in better soon. It looks pretty good so far- would definitely wait until month 10-12 to really judge it.
  16. Thanks for the update, keep strong during the beginning of the journey!
  17. Looks great, and if you are satisfied that is all that matters. Have fun not worrying about your hair anymore
  18. Congrats brother, you are hitting the other side now. Looks great!
  19. No need to stress- that should resolve itself before 12 months. Most of the time sooner.
  20. usually it's just thickening of existing hairs after 12 months, but ya never know
