Senior Member Zoomster Posted October 15, 2022 Author Senior Member Share Posted October 15, 2022 (edited) Hello from India folks I just finished my 3rd and hopefully last HT with Dr Sethi on 12 th September. Its been really fab getting the chance to catch up with all the Team and of course getting to hang out with Maz,Bandit and SLA ..really top guys .. The pics im attaching pre op unshaven are sprayed wet hair to highlight donor and crown in most transparent way possible. In all 1025 scalp grafts and 1850 beard grafts were taken with emphasis on much stronger temple points and an introduction of a widows peek something along the lines of Maz ‘s .. Yes the clinic is busier than I remember before due to its massive growth but also crucially even more professional and well ran .. total grafts 14,450 over 3 procedures I’ll keep you all posted over the coming months Z Edited October 16, 2022 by Zoomster

Yes pretty incredible alright ..but just shows the many variables with HTs ..Bandit was a more severe case of baldness yet it looks like an awful lot less grafts will get his full restoration done just as well ..head shape etc Edited October 15, 2022 by Zoomster
Moderators Al - Moderator Posted October 15, 2022 Moderators Share Posted October 15, 2022 Wow. 14450 grafts total. This is going to look completely full when it grows in. You even got the hair line lowered a bit. I've always said for myself being a NW 7 I would need about 16000 grafts to look full. Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted October 15, 2022 Valued Contributor Share Posted October 15, 2022 Now I've got temple point envy! 😃It's just incredible Karl just how robust and giving your scalp donor is. Senior Member Zoomster Posted October 19, 2022 Author Senior Member Share Posted October 19, 2022 7 Day headwash Just took things nice and slow with a good spritz of saline all over followed by warm water slowly poured out of a jug over scalp , then gently finger tip massage baby shampoo into a lather ,pop on a shower cap and leave on for 20 mins ..and again pour warm water with a jug over scalp and rinse all off using fingers and tap dry with a towel . Still a few crusts in the the widows peak and temples ..perfectly normal ..they will come out with tommorows wash ..lovely sense of freedom once the wash is done ..you can pretty much sleep as normal and get back to normal life again .i purchased a black Peaky blinders style cap for out and about which I think does the job quite stylishly of covering up for a couple of weeks should you wish to do so ..acceptable for casual ,semi formal and most formal wear where a baseball cap may not be . Really happy how things are recovering to be honest talk soon Karl

Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted October 19, 2022 Administrators Share Posted October 19, 2022 This is most definitely in the hall of fame. I mean my god, over 14K grafts that is a record on the forum. I can see the whirl perfectly in this photo and the donor looks completely homogenous to the top. You have had three surgeries and achieved more than me in 4 lol, but I think @Bandit90 will beat both of us. 2 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. Senior Member Zoomster Posted October 20, 2022 Author Senior Member Share Posted October 20, 2022 (edited) Cheers 🥂 Melvin..yes it’s been homogeneously extracted from for sure but still doesn’t stop the “please god let the donor be ok when it recovers fully “…the beauty of having had a couple of prior surgeries is that you tend not to sweat the small stuff as much regarding early recovery period ..so I’m going to try my best not to panic about donor until we have a good idea around the 6 months mark .. On Armens advice I’ve started on 1.25 mg daily oral minox since my return home …thinking seriously of switching to fin 1mg x 6 days instead of 7 and replacing the 7th day with 0.5 Dut .. You hang around @MazAB for too long and you’ll end up jumping out of an aeroplane with no parachute if he suggests it’s good for a final result 😂 @Bandit90 will be in the Ivory Tower of HT results soon looking down on all of us with a Fat Cigar in his mouth soon baby !! ..his beard area extraction sites were brand new after a matter of hours ..unreal Edited October 20, 2022 by Zoomster 2
Senior Member Fue3361 Posted October 20, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted October 20, 2022 Oh stop it OP... How dare you get even better looking? Seriously, absolutely LOVE your choice of new hairline. I think it will be a massive improvement in attractiveness. While yes, before this you looked like you had a great head of hair, now you'll have a great head of hair + a very attractive hairline. I love the aggressive temple points. This thread should be a go to for people who have high level hair loss with a good donor. Almost 15k grafts, and donor looks amazing all things considered! Congrats, and happy growing!
