    Its still fixable as the doctor kept high forehead. I guess your body is not accepting transplanted grafts. My advise would be just do 1000 grafts more and see if it is accepting why spent another 10k. Let your previous doctor H&W only do it. I know how they design their hairs.

    Hey, looks phenomenal.could you plz advise If a patient want his hair in a slick back position all over his head even on the crown instead of the swirl. Have you done any case like that? Something like in this pic attached

    I hate the swirl….why why why….i I MEAN WHYYYY??? JUst straight slick back is easy for the surgeon and easy to cover up the entire crown even with smal ammount if hair…PLZZZZ for all the people who are looking for crown hair transplant hear me out…hust straight slick back is good…plz correct me if i am wrong…i can show you pictures with phenomenal result with slick back option rather than the stupid swirl to look natural.

    Hair transplant is generally an illusion of full head of hairs for which u need to grow your hairs long. If you are planning to keep buzz cut then smp will be good. You need to grow your hair long and see how it looks.

    I really hope you get the best result. As a consumer people should be aware what can be achived with FUE surgery when things are done correctly by an ethical doctor. Your post will be an example for many hairloss sufferers and give them hope and confidence.

    Instead of having the natural swirl in the crown why not just have a slick back hair from front to back which would help in merging well with the donor hairs. The hair in the donor hair is coarse and hard.

    JT has had 3 fut procedures and still has like 2000 grafts available that itself shows that FUT is superior. He has documented his complete journey on youtube. Those people complaining about joker smile can be fixed with SMP and beard grafts. FUT IS A WIN WIN SITUATION!!!!! PERIOD

    Isn't it a good thing to evaluate a person and serve him the best result unlike other clinics who are just money hungry and deal with patients who are not even eligible for hair transplant.

    That's top notch result.. Congrats. .. Well my doctor advised me to implant hairs in slick back position so you can cover your crown also, it worked. If you had done like mine you didn't need to bother about crown. Just increase your hair 2 inches and it covers.
