Hey mate Havent been around in ages but just got a newsletter in my inbox and clicked on it and saw my old case had been referenced by @qui bono I'm the guy from those posts that old case. Bhatti was disgusting. He acts one way before surgery and another way entirely afterwards. He tells you one thing then straight up lies and gaslights you. At the time I was inexperienced and was told by many posters that 12 days or whatever was too early to tell and how I was to blame and even some went as far to say they felt bad for Bhatti for operating on me. The results ended up exactly like I knew they would but the mental anguish and depression I felt for years was worse. Going to him was the worst mistake I ever made and whilst the choice and blame was ultimately mine, he still lied and oversold me massively on what it would look like (at least until surgery was over then he changed). Also at the time there werent many really bad results or negative reviews and the actions of some of the people who worked for him probably covered all of that. I am so glad to see he is no longer here. Anyway, I know im lucky cause despite my hairline being ruined for years I was still a pretty low norwood and my hair besides the very front is extremely thick. I could have been/ could be a much worse position and so do feel lucky. I did end up getting a second procedure many years later which has basically fixed everything. It's definitely not perfect, but with a tiny bit of concealer its pretty amazing and not noticeable at all(again im lucky esp with the other existing hair) but even without anything it's definitely passable and not noticable to anyone who isnt really looking for it. The final result is probably pretty enviable to most tbh but that's beside the point, the most important thing ever is that I dont stress about it. I dont think about it anymore which is the main thing! My biggest piece of advice to you is to just do something about it and dont just let it go on for years like I did. I eventually got a 2nd HT and went about my life but even if a second procedure is not something you want or on the cards just do something, try not to focus on the past and Bhatti cause it wont help (tho id still try to get money back but yeah prob never gonna happen) but see someone for you mental health, or talk about it with family. I know you said you cant shave it but i honestly think people wouldnt look twice at it if you did? I dont know whats best for you but i know what doesnt work and that's doing nothing but focus on the past and trying to hide away from the world.

How's it going mate? I kinda experience something similar with mine, where everything was looking ok say at around 6 months then at 8 months it looked horrible, looking better now. I dont know maybe it's just a cycle and will get better! Any update?

I also had a bad result/exp with same clinic, but never experienced anything like that. That seems crazy, like actually insane if that's the case. I think it's best to just to put it all behind you and forget about Bhatti and the past though. No good will likely come of this just another year or more of regret and despair. FWIW I eventually got a 2nd HT repair. It took me way too long to get over everthing and go through it again. Not going to like its been a massive rollercoaster but it's been life changing already. This time, at the very least, I knew exactly what to expect and the results are so much better! That feeling of being able to leave the house without a hat or without being asked once about your stupid hair! There is light at the end of the tunnel for you too, and Im sure there is. I would just try to put it all past you if you can, as difficult as it can be! Focus on the future and positives!! Wish you all the best!

You can't compare anyone in Turkey to Dr Konior. Sorry, you just can't. Only Keser could come close. Not many Dr in the world can compare to be fair. If i had my time again I'd have waited/saved for him. There are good doctors in Turkey though, Dr Demirsoy is one for sure, very ethical and very consistent work. Kaan Pekiner seems very good as well. I dont think you could go too wrong with them. But whatever you do, don't expect Koinor like results on a $5000 budget because you'll be disappointed. Get your expectations in line before anything.

I have started only once per day too.

@Melvin-Moderator Sorry dont mean to go off topic here, but have you made a how to/tutorial on using fibres?? I literally can never seem to get them to look any good at all (just have hairline issues, rest of hair is good).

Keser is amazing. Truly up there. It's so bizarre to see how so few grafts in the hands of the elite skilled surgeons like him and Konior etc make so much difference. I have seen this amount grafts transplanted in much smaller areas (my own first HT included) and produce way worse results.

Still think you have a good amount of growth to come yet mate!!

Do not lower your hairline. HOnestly mate, i think it would be crazy to do so. This looks lower enough as it is and looks great!! Don't risk it. Way too much risk for no reward.

Seems pretty normal and start expecting things to happen. Your day 8 pics are insane. Mine never looked like that, as in just like native density which worries me a lot. But I'd say for you just a matter of a little bit more time.

Great attitude! How are you covering that redness with dermarch though given it's on the hairline with few hairs?

Sorry California, I get so confused with all these old bumped thread of Dr Bhattis, it's just hard to keep track of what's going on.

Agree with donor but meant more because of the density difference between native and recipient area when buzzed rather than donor.

So density generally improves after shed from how it looks directly after cleaning scabs off?

Is it pretty much impossible to have buzz cut with a HT without being obvious?

I wish the OP all the best, and hope he has a great result (and also see no reason why he wouldn't). I'm not going to further derail OPs thread and don't think he should be concerned but will say though, this statement should be addressed, as it's completely untrue. I understand you're a rep and it's your job to promote but that shouldn't extend to falsehoods and is a diservice. Im also not implying that a bad result means a bad doctor, I don't think theres been one clinic or doctor where a person hasn't post about being dissatisfied with results. And that goes for the absolute top/elite surgeons. But I'm aware of several dissatisfied former patients who have posted including myself.
