I agree both produce consistently good results. As for Dr. Konior's long waiting list, is there the possibility you could take a cancellation spot if it came up? If you're able to be available at short notice this could perhaps be an option.
This patient received 2227 FUE grafts and the post-operative pictures are at a touch under 12 months. His loss was further stabilised via medications and he is very happy at where he is at.
Just watching him now in the Aussie Open he looks like quite a challenging case. He's got diffuse thinning front to back and his donor doesn't look great. Always liked watching him and hope it works out for him.
Four months is the very start of things. Some lucky people may see significant early growth at this stage but it's the exception rather than the norm. The fun should all happen over the next few months. Hang in there!
Fair enough. There are more than enough satisfied patients of Dr. Konior on the forum to assume that your experience was positive and you can expect a good result.
It's easy to post up totally anonymous pics though if you feel like it.
Happy growing!
Yeah I'm looking forward to this one too. You're through the worst of it and in a few more weeks things should really start to happen. Your scar looks exceptional.
Looks like a perfectly healthy crown to me. If you're in any doubt though, just take pictures every six months or so to compare. Doesn't look like it's going to change much in the near future though.
Really sad. I wasn't ever really a fan of his but his talent was unquestionable. We're also only now hearing about his incredible generosity which suggests he didn't go around bragging about it. Just heard today that he has donated millions of pounds to the UK charity 'Childline' among others over the years.
RIP George.
I agree with KO. I've said it many times but there's really no substitute for an in person consult. Pics can be a guideline but they don't tell the full story. I recommend if you can that you visit a reputable clinic to get an accurate opinion on your options.
Here we have an example of crown restoration on a male with fairly stable hair loss in his early 40’s.
This patient received 2184 follicular units to his crown approximately five and a half months ago. Even at this stage he is happy and there is still a lot more development to come.
Always found your posts helpful and informative. I'm sure you've helped a lot of people on here over the years. You've got to prioritise things though and nothing is more important than your health.
Very best wishes to you.
