    If you dont have strong hairloss genetics, I dont know that you will ever lose as much had you not taken it. Someone that is very hairloss sensitive may still go to a NW6, but say you have someone that would be a NW4 at 60, he may never progress past a NW3. Plus, if you get enough age on fin, it allows you to look good at a much lower density. There are a lot of advantages getting an extra 15 years or more with good hair.

    I think your genetics eventually beat propecia, but it us still effective. You should continue to take it.

    It's not looking good IMO. I have seen nice improvements after 7 months, but it is very rare to see something that goes from pretty bad to pretty good after 7.5 months. You'll need to wait a few months, and if you are interested, start looking at high end docs. This is salvageable definitely, it's just not good IMO.

    I mean after you take it out and clean any infection. Could be antibiotics. See what the doc says.

    I really don't know. Hopefully about 90 days if there isn't any real infection.

    I was thinking ingrown hair too. If you are located close to your surgeon, I'd make an appt to see him next week. If not, see a dermatologist. On the bright side, your donor besides that looks very strong.

    Wed need to see pics to see.if you could get away this it. You would need to shave your sides and back, but not your hairline.

    It looks like you have some miniaturization to me on top. I could be wrong tho. Are you taking finasteride or open to it?

    You should shave your head and see if you can go without an HT. I did. You willnprobablynhet shockloss and want to shave it after the HT until it grows out anyway, so I say, take the 30 day challenge and where a short cut first.
