    Man. I’ve been there. The best advice I can give you is ( as bad as it sucks ) hold off on a transplant. You have a lot of diffuse thinning and you are very very young. I would certainly try and get your hair loss under control with Dut/Fin and Minox or some combination of the three. Once stabilized I’d reaccess the situation.

    I disagree with HairlossPa..I’d definitely get on Finasteride and minox to save those precious hairs on top. You’ve still got some no doubt. Those will just be future grafts if you don’t try and save them. As far as graft total...5-8k would get you going pretty good( if your donor supply can yield that much )

    I’ve always been a fan of Dr K. That’s gonna be GREAT result. The man has truly gotten better with age. You are gonna be a home run result.

    Well I hate that I’ve not been around to much and I’ve missed the whole debate but I’ve always like Dr Fellers results. He’s always been a little chirpy on the board but his results speak for themselves. Good surgeon.

    FUT?? I wouldn’t do much strenuous weight lifting for 6 months. Can affect the scar. FUE?? A month should be fine

    How in the world did you talk Dr K in to a “ no shave “ procedure. I thought he was big on shaving?? Was the picture of the scar 4 days after the stitches were taken out?

    Man that’s gonna be a great result!! I’m in the process of trying to schedule my 2nd procedure with Dr Rahal as well. For what it’s worth..I’m planning on FUT and then last procudeure and some point being FUE. Great decision Ernie.

    Hmmmm...so what’s the $$$$ difference in FUT vs FUE?? I know that I’ve ALWAYS heard Dr Rahal has way better FUT results. I have zero doubt about the mans skills ( ill be getting my second one from him sometime very soon)!!! Just wondering about price. Dr Rahal is great. You made a great decision. !!!

    I’ve been to Dr Arocha...Dr Rahal did my surgery...( 2012 ) gearing up for another one. Dr Arocha took out my sutures.. Then later that night he took me out to eat and bought me a few beers. His clinic is incredible. Super nice guy and very skilled surgeon!
