I’m on my 4th month...most noticeable is actually on the head. Fortunately I’ve never been a real big shedder. My hairloss was so slow ( it started at 17yo!! And I thought my world was coming to an end ) but I thank GOD that it’s been very very slow. So to answer your question I’m noticing much better results on my actual head but I’ve never really noticed hair in the shower.

Honestly... the biggest improvement I’ve seen since since I’ve had my Ht. I can tell a MAJOR imrovement.

I remember in 1992 when I started losing my hair that “ a cure for baldness will be here by 2000 “ Baldness cures are like the flying cars. Always 10 years away!

A guy like you is no challenge for a guy like Dr Konior... you have great hair, done by a great surgeon...it looks really good!!! And clean.

My two cents. FWIW... Konior..I met him in person..very hands on his results speak for themselves. An absolute great surgeon!!! He was my second choice in 2012. Rahal...I can understand what you mean about not being very hands on...I think it’s more that he’s “ strictly business “ and the tech doing his extractions is unbelievable. His name is Mike. I would be leery about anyone other than Dr Rahal making my incision sites, and doing my strip harvesting ( if you went that route )...having said all that he was the surgeon I chose in 2012 and I would certainly choose him again...I do AGREE with you...their communication could certainly be better

I hate Rogaine. For me it’s a once a day treatment. I use the foam but I sill really don’t like it. Konior’s clinic is incredible. That’s the best thing you have going. I also take .5 Avodart.

Yes .....great result. The lighting is pretty bad though. Looks almost like he has colored his hair ( maybe he did )

I completely agree with you in that there are good doctors from other places than this site..Lorenzo for example,,,I guess I should’ve said this site is a great place to start.. however I completely disagree that there are some doctors on here that are average at best. Not saying some aren’t better than others but I just don’t think you get a recommendation from this community being “ average at best “ that would kinda defeat the purpose of this website.

Okay.. ill try and answer your question a different way... i would NOT go with a surgeon that was not recommended on this site...even if it meant saving a thousand dollars.

It’s only available in .5 mg so I’m gonna assume that’s what most people are taking.

Anyone made the leap? I finally broke down and went to .5 Dutasteride per day. I’m one month in...I’m in my mid 40s now so I figured why not. I’ll keep you guys posted.

You have really good hair, and a lot of native hair left. IF you stay on your meds you could be a “ one and done “ patient. However as bad as it sucks...you’re gonna have to get over the price. Don’t limit yourself. Don’t look for a bargain. I’d certainly go to one of the recommended surgeons on here. Yes, I’d start with hairline ( as many as I could get ) stay on meds and then address the crown later in life...if ever

I would do whatever the doctor recommended. However no it’s not necessary.

Yes. I completely agree with this. I’ve seen some Dr Rahal temple points and they look very good, very natural... in fact...I’m hoping to increase my density there as well...

It does look pretty high in one of the pics but in the other it looks perfect. I think it was just a bad angle on one. Regardless ..great work!
