Thank you so much @OliverAtom for the very kind words. Yes a hair transplant appears very different outdoors under the sun compared to indoors where the lighting is darker. So far I haven’t been thinking that much about this hair transplant. I’m just keeping busy with work and we’ll all see how it unfolds over the coming months. Thanks again. 🙏

Will be eagerly waiting for the updates! 🤗

So this is one month post op. I have taken these pictures in 35 degree sun. It’s a bit washed out as a result, but at least it gives you an idea of what the results are at the beginning of the ugly duck phase, round two.

This length suits you mate, this looks amazing. I can’t believe how far you’ve come. I’m genuinely ecstatic for you, you deserve it.

Many thanks @Melvin- Moderator for the kind words and the support! Yes once all the grafts grow out I think I'll revert to this length.

@Gatsby  You look fabulous in that sunny light.

All the amount you have spent on this has been worthy 300%

Many thanks @BaldingEye. If I live long enough it will be a bargain but somehow I don't think I'm going to make 120!

@Gatsby 120 is the new 80´s. For sure that you will get there. This past year I have changed many things in my life, also, due to my new hair. I eat better, I meditate and lots of time around nature. We will get there!

Same here mate. I can’t see the point in spending ‘billions’ on your hair only to Let your body turn into lard. I’ve gone back to the gym and I’m eating super clean. 💪🙏

Well done..this is often a positive outcome from a successful surgery, the ripple effect that it gives, that new impetus for change...it touches the mind, will, emotions and brings about action. I have seen patients totally transformed after.

Thanks Ian. Yes I had planned this before this last surgery. I had a date marked in my head of when their will be no more excuses, ifs or buts. Sometimes it can work the other way where seeing physical progress in the gym can make you assess other areas like your hair, etc. Either way, I chose this surgery (1 and 2) for me. No one else. Now I’m hitting the gym for exactly the same reason. For my health. I want to continue to grow as a person and get every second out of the rest of my life! 🙏

Wow you look really good brother. This hairstyle suits you very well 👌 This is very inspiring for me even though im not likely to be suitable for a ht as a nw6/7 with retrograde alopecia. But made me happy to see your progress nontheless 😃

TWO MONTHS UPDATE

Its been eight weeks and the time just can’t go quick enough!!! 😏 I thought I would just share some pics while I’m in the ugly duck phase. My next update will be in a couple of months when I have some new growth to show. So far I’ve had a few pimples, a bit of an itch  but the beard donor redness has diminished and the redness around the hairline/temple points is much improved. Luckily no shock loss or shed from hair transplant number one. 😊

This whole journey has been nothing short of inspirational, start to finish. I remember first hearing your story on Baldcafe's channel, and to see you now is so damn satisfying. Thanks for sharing the highs and lows of hairloss in its raw and often heartbreaking form, glad this is the outcome and we're not even past 2 months of the 2nd procedure yet
