    Do not restrict yourself to Australia. Just take a nice vacation and while visiting new places go ahead with the hair transplant in a place where results will be good. So many great clinics and doctors around the world nowadays!

    Thanks for this update. Your experience here is showing how important it is to have good communication with the doctor after a hair transplant. It is really nice to hear that Dr. Couto took the time to talk to you directly. It makes a big difference when the doctor himself takes time to answer the questions, because many times after the surgery patients do not get to speak with the doctor, only with the nurses or other staff. You are right, the support after the transplant is also what we are paying for, not just the surgery. Waiting for more photos of the evolution.

    A pity the result did not come out better. With Almost 3000 grafts the density is poor in my humble opinion. What options are you thinking for the repair job?

    Hello @salsazio, sorry to hear about your disappointment. However, it´s difficult to comment on your 7 months result just with this photos. Coult you share better ones from different angles? How is the crown, and the donor?

    Hello @jeeb1801 , sorry to hear the result is not coming to where you were expecting it. However, you still have around six more months ahead. Also, important to consider that 1600 was not enough to get your crown looking like your native hair. I would say 2200-2500 at least. Let´s see what Dr Mwamba tells you about all this. Best regards.

    This is amazing. And it´s just 5 months 🤩 Where did the BHT and chest grafts got implanted? Can you feel the difference when you touch it? Did you pay same amount for scalp grafts and BHT grafts or when you say 5$ you are talking the average? Thanks a lot for sharing these photos and your evolution, looking incredible already.

    Hello Max. In relation to the number of holes, I think you should reach out to the clinic with your concerns instead of dropping such a concerning opinion here. If you talked to them I am sure they will clarify it for you. Now, with your type of alopecia and those 5500 you should get a superb result. Thanks for sharing!

    @Melvin- Admin reached out and clarified many of the points with Dr Couto. You should read everything on Page 2. Also, as Zizu stated, Dr Couto did most of the implantation including the "most sensitive part". I would say an assistant doctor trained by Dr Couto, Dr Konior or Dr Zarev will be one day among the best of the best doing Hair Transplants for sure. And if these trainings did not happen we would be in great trouble. Who would do the work when all these doctors retire?

    If any damage, it all comes from the previous HT you had in Turkey, that is for sure. Also, you have a great hair, great hairline and you could even get better. Thanks for sharing!

    As Evans says in his post, do not worry about the assistant doctor doing some of the work, if he has been trained by Dr Couto, one of the most renowned doctors of the moment, you have 300% guarantee you result will be fantastic. The important thing though, how is all going? How did these first weeks feel? Could you share some photos?
