  1. Small update around 2.5 months: I just had an haircut, very short in the back to see the donor. Maybe 2-3mm. Extractions seem a bit noticeable in the lower part where is also my red birthmark. I can start to see some vellus, also if right temple looks ahead of left one. please share your thoughts!
  2. Month 2 update: hello folks! Just a quick update for the w months mark. I have still some noticeable redness, in the picture you cannot see very well but under some light the head is kinda red. I have still some day 1 hairs but the 98% were shed. Hoping the next update will start to rock. Share your thoughts.
  3. Yes, it was on the recipient side, in the hairline area. I had that burning and sudden itching feeling for some days, I started with aloe vera but in a couple of days it disappeared.
  4. About Day 50, week 8 update: Almost all hair shed, except some strong survivors. I'm starting to have pimples, that doctor told me to open with a needle. I have still some noticeable redness.
  5. Hi Steph, hoping all is going well, could you share some updates?
  6. 1 month update: Shedding is hitting hard. I'm noticing some black dots, I don't know if they can be new hairs (so early?) or hairs still to shed. Nothing else to declare. Share your thoughts.
  7. Day 20 update: Almost 3 weeks and shedding mode is on. I continue having that strange burning feeling, the dr. told me to use an aloe Vera gel to mitigate it.
  8. Day 14 update: I restarted rogaine foam 2 days ago. Yesterday I had a “strange sudden pain”, like a pinch in the recipient area, it lasted some seconds but was very painful. What could be the reason? I couldn’t see nothing strange on my head. here are the pics please share your thoughts.
  9. Yes I had like a mask on my face, but I was allowed to speak.
  10. I think so, he was always in the room and only left during breaks. In the room there were also 2 or 3 technicians but honestly I don't know what they did, because I had bandage, but I heard dr. K talking with them all the time and he was just behind me.
  11. Is possible the transplanted hair start to grow before shedding? I believe they are a little longer than the surgery...
  12. Day 11/12 I see previous pics weren’t really clear, I post again now. Updates: all crusts and dry skin shed. Waiting for ugly ducking phase, and hoping for the magic 🪄 share your thought.
  13. Day 9/10: Crusts did shed. I have had just a lot of dry skin in the recipient, and I have still some. The doctor told me to don’t concern about this. I add also a very bright pic of the donor. Please share thoughts.
  14. Day 8/9 update: This is the situation now. I started to shampoo also the recipient area with direct shower stream, do you think is normal I still have a lot of little crusts?
