  1. Good luck with your procedures, looking forward to your progress post!
  2. I would say since you’re in the good age range where having a shaved head looks to be trendy, I’d say shave your head and see how you look and if you like it, a shaved head looks so much better than a comb over on a young dude , and see what kind of feedback you get from friends and family first and if you can carry a shaved look until you feel 100% comfortable enough to get an Ht then do so but don’t rush it....then...if it would make you happy and improve self confidence do all the research you can then go for the HT. Many have said it was life changing, good luck!
  3. WOW! Looks fantastic! Hairline design definitely suits you, love how there’s no gaps in the hairline either and looks full especially for 8months! Are you using any hair fibers in the latest photos or is that the natural density?
  4. Looks very good for only 4 months man, still very early, but your hair seems to grow fast so you’re lucky there. ?
  5. It’s very interesting that you, an new consistent anti-ASMED poster already know so much about them being “fake”....but....has no clue to any other hairline “specialists” work from this forum. Shill?
  6. Looks very good! Would be great to see any pre-op photos to compare to.
  7. I agree, lots of skill is involved, but, if they used larger punches for extractions people would be complaining of dotted up donor area scars and bigger gaps in the density, so it’s a no-win situation. i also have to wonder if those that are getting sub par results are not sticking to the clinics post care guidelines to the T, not smoking, not drinking alcohol, not using hair products too early, not exposing the scalp to the sun etc....and....I also have to wonder if traveling a day or two after the procedure for return flights and trips home might somehow be detrimental to the grafts healing and survival rate given all the activity and stress that might be in play rushing for returning home, I kinda think it’s necessary to just rest and relax more than a day or two after such a procedure to maintain less stress on the healing grafts and improving graft healing and survival...especially since it takes 4-6 days for the grafts to become fully imbedded into and with the scalp.
  8. @Mick50 Agree. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but if their actions and posts have an agenda and claims without evidence then doubt becomes evident and I ignore their posts or “opinions” because they are not helpful or constructive to the discussion.
  9. One has to wonder if any of these new posters posting negative things about Turkish clinics without having done any consultations or procedures with them or any evidence to the claims they are making and posting asking for forum members to message them in private are employees or associates of much much more expensive US & UK based clinics, and they’re purposefully trying to dissuade people going to ASMED or any other recommend cheaper overseas clinic, since likely the US & UK clinics are loosing lots of clients and money to the overseas clinics....hmmm ‘Although, genuine reviews like PlanetStephens’, either positive or negative are very important and necessary for a good, unbiased discussion on places like this.
  10. Dude, you’re sounding more and more neurotic and it’s beginning to be hard to take you seriously with all the repetitive claims and hyperbole you keep conveying about the clinic and your procedure and your obsession with a handful of double and triple grafts in your hairline and not-yet-mature density that is not an end-all be-all at this point in time. You seem to have already concluded that your procedure is a failure 7.5 months in and even much earlier and have concluded that the clinic is functioning as some sort of back-alley chop-shop, and you seem to be wanting to convince others that’s it is as well, just being honest here. It’s hard to take people seriously when they sabotage their own credibility by looking for faults and repeatedly blow them out of proportion before a final result or actual evidence, defame a reputable clinic, create assumptions about clinic operations and about lack of more negative reviews about the clinic because the hundreds of patients aren’t posting them but they’re probably real and failures as well. It’s like telling a 3-months pregnant woman that her child is ugly without having seen the born child...for lack of a better metaphor haha Do you have a sub-par result so far....yes, could it get better....yes I hope that within 10-months time and beyond you’ve gotten great improvement...not for the sake of ASMED or Dr Erdogan but for you and others that may put themselves thru similar stress and worry. And if after then it’s still a mediocre sub-par result then you deserve to have it fixed....but burning your bridged with the clinic at 4,5,6,7.5months doesn’t help you. p.s. It would help posting photos that aren’t so close-up, that show your full scalp again if you decide to post updated ones.
  11. 2-3 unhappy patient reviews, 1 not even at full maturity, does not make for Erdogan/ASMED all of a sudden avoid-at-all-costs paranoia, plus no one is ignoring them, quite the opposite, they are being discussed. Every doctor/clinic has produced mediocre results from time-to-time, stellar results are not guaranteed by anyone other than quack Docs that would also happily sell you the Brooklyn bridge. if ASMED does 3-4 surgeries a day then that is hundreds of patients or more a year, and if they are failing in their practices then there should be many more angry unhappy patient reviews/photos/videos on here and all over the web & YouTube, which has not been the case. And yes, google ‘International hairloss forum’ in the chrome browser and when you see a chrome translation pop up at the bottom of the page choose translate to English to see and read other cases by international visitors to Erdogan.
  12. Fantastic looking result, density looks good, hair quality and texture looks great, hairline looks very natural, congrats!
  13. Work looks clean and well done, seems like you stayed in Turkey for a while since you had day 12 photos at the clinic. Also, looking at your pre-op before photos I’m somewhat surprised the clinic/ Dr Erdogan say your donor capacity is 8,400, which seems high but is great if true, but to me it doesn’t look so compared to other cases and since your crown area seems to be receding further in the downward horseshoe pattern, anyway keep updating and happy growing!
  14. A fantastic “illusion”, hands down a big success, congrats!
  15. Improvement over the 2-months since the 5.5 pics looks very good man, congrats!
  16. Just because you’ve seen many results from other surgeons does not guarantee that they will also give you similar results, NO HT surgeon on earth would guarantee 100% similar stellar results to 100% of his patients, unless they are frauds. Every persons biology, healing, growth rate is different. Go ahead and ask any of those doctors that give you hope if the will guarantee 100% a stellar result on the day of your consultation or surgery, see what they say.
  17. I agree, the hairline looks to be lowered just a bit too low, whether he is at fault for requesting the hairline that low or whether It’s fully the Doctorsown design, he did have less than 3,000 grafts to accommodate both the lower hairline along with filling in the temples and temple points, the density is definitely not there he does look like he needed an additional 1,000 to 1,500 to achieve good density, but I would not classify at all a slight lack of density as “Botched”, irregular yes, botched no way.
  18. It’s not very difficult to post current photos to substantiate your claims dude.
  19. For 3,000 grafts, your results thus far looks very good especially from how your hair loss was, and, still have some more time to get better.
  20. Thanks! Did you encounter much more hair loss that was gained from using minoxidil from having stopped it for the few weeks?....or is it a moot point since the post ht shedding is a given and difficult to notice either/or?
  21. Hey Melvin, were you on minoxidil (liquid or foam?) pre and post your HT’s?....And, how soon before an HT procedure did you have to quite minoxidil and how soon after your HT procedure did you go back on minoxidil?
  22. From your photos it doesn’t look as if you’ve done anything wrong, but, like I mentioned keep your scalp out of the sun or covered, also take a daily biotin supplement, eat a good clean protein rich diet, don’t wash your scalp too much drying it out and creating skin flaking and dandruff, only use a baby shampoo, do not use any hair styling products or hair fibers or dyes, and do not hit your head on anything. ?
