  1. Hey @DEB1982 Another great write-up! Your hair looks fantastic in the pre-op pics at the new clinic, congrats on going thru it once again and good luck! Will definitely be following your new progress. Question though....I have noticed that many clinics in Turkey are now utilizing a new needle-less anesthetic tool that is suppossidly faster and even more pain-free and administers the anesthetic trans-dermally...With all the money and tech spent on the new clinic, why hasn’t ASMED & Dr Erdogan followed suit and started utilizing that as well instead of just numbing cream pre-needle injections, given that many fear the needles and the pain? thanks.
  2. Hey man, great write-up, and great results thus far, happy for you!
  3. This is a tricky question, because, no one can predict how well an HT will turn out let alone how long it will last since it is dependent on my things, biology/self-care/preventative treatment/ht result etc. Not even the best of the best HT surgeons will give you a definitive guaranteed answer or result. With that said, from what I’ve read on forums and seen on YouTube, many whom have undergone an Ht that are happy with their results almost always say they wished that they had done it sooner or that they stressed too much over it, and, they almost always say if hairloss bothers you then go for the Ht you’ll be glad you did....obviously I’m paraphrasing...but that’s the gist I get. I look at it this way....most people will happily spend thousands of $$ a year on vacations, fine dining, brand-name clothing, tech gadgets....which is fine, but it’s just temporary happiness, so if spending thousands of $$ on an HT that gives you better self-confidence and mental health, for 5,10,15 or 20 years, then I think that’s its worth it....life is short, enjoy while you can. Good luck.
  4. You have no older photo, selfie etc, at a distance or up close of what your frontal hair looked before the procedure?...in 2018?... In my opinion, I would probably go with the Doctor D option....I would be too afraid of making things much worse by removing the transplanted grafts and then getting others implanted into the same now-scarred 2x tissue, I’d much rather have single hair grafts implanted in the area for filler, better density and softer look. Though, I sort of agree with @Phil36fromaus comment.
  5. Your donor area looks obviously very sparse from over harvesting, so not good at all. As for your frontal area, I don’t really see it as “botched”, lacking some density sure but given that you did not do enough research on a proper clinic/surgeon and this was from an “unknown” tech operation, I think you got away lucky that it was not way worse in your recipient area. Although, it’s hard to tell since you haven’t posted a before photo of your frontal area / hairline you had before the procedure....I’d suggest doing so.
  6. Thanks! You should be very happy, looks great man!
  7. Just curious, would you say you saw much more new hair growth the months after your 6th month?...or was more just maturing of the growth that already happened? Thanks!
  8. 1. Wow, fantastic looking results! Congrats! 2. Wow, thanks for the super fast reply! Cheers!
  9. Hey man, your 6-months results looks very good, any update?
  10. @JeanLDD Dude, it’s quite obvious you need to get your ASMED bias checked. You’re calling my response to you “Long winded nonsense “? LOL The bloviating JeanASMED pot calling my kettle reply black...err long winded nonsense. 😂 Your arrogance is hilarious. Stop trying to belittle other people’s opinions...that’s not your job, you are not ALL-Knowing, it shows your maturity level...err...immaturity. Just. State. Your. Opinion. and move on.
  11. WoW! Fantastic density for only 8.5months! Any updateD photos on any further improvement since September?
  12. Each transplanted hair graft has a mind, blood supply, timing of its own for healing and growing, but, from your photos all looks normal man, good luck!
  13. Hey man, any further improvement for you? An update would be great. Thanks.
  14. The coverage looks good, although, if I’m being honest, the density looks lackluster, but given the needed coverage area it’s understandable and a big improvement from your pre-Ht photos, and you might even see better improvement from months 13-18. Thanks for posting!
  15. Tens of thousands have done just that by going overseas just prior to a booked procedure via online...many with good results. But...you make a valid point, and if someone is in close proximity to a reputable surgeon then absolutely get an in-person consultation and examination.
  16. Hey man, I hate your hair....because ...It. Looks. Fantastic! and wish mine was the same, haha Just discovered your thread/journey posts from this update, very helpful, thanks for sharing!
  17. Hey man, I would suggest sending current clear photos of all sides of your head to all the Doctors and see what their opinion is, as well as graft and price estimates, then compare them, then check for their patient results on this site as well as YouTube. Good luck.
  18. This looks to be the best result I’ve seen so far from Dr Yaman, nice hairline, coverage and density.
  19. You’re welcome! Dr Cinik is a good choice. Good Luck!
  20. Hey man, 5,000 hairs (around 2,500 +/- some grafts) might give you some coverage but not good enough density in my opinion, from looking at your photos.
