Ur hair is the fine the way it is now spidey.. I wouldn’t go for a touchup if I were u unless u get to Norwood 3 level .. if ur crown haven’t shown diffusing thinning At ur age I’m very doubt u would ever get bald enough to need to shave ur head .. A buzz cut later in life might be an option for u if u don’t want to go for another surgery .. u don’t have to shave it completely bald to have to be worrying about the bumpy skin texture .. I’m assuming .. but u know ur head better than me .. im like bill however .. I never want to be bald . I like having hair , it makes me a lot more youthful than my age .. best wishes ..

Great advice guys .. Don’t think u a good candidate right now , don’t really notice any miniaturization in ur hairline . Which is a good thing .... u got any pics before u shaved it short? I think u just have a mature hairline.. it’s when u start noticing some diffusing thinning is when u should be worried it’s going to get bad. U should also thank ht for taking his time to finding these pics for u .. u got to work with what u have .. its usually not As bad as u think .. a ht would be difficult for u .. since it probably will take more than one surgery to match the density of ur native hair .

U came to the right forum .. there’s a few members here that’s later in age as urself.. that had a transplant .. there results came out really well n are regulars here .. u should make an effort to absorb as much information as u can n choose the right doctors n procedures that suits ur needs .. u never too old to feel comfortable in ur own skin .. better to enjoy nice hair now than dead is what I say ..

I’m getting hairline work n temple work done with 2000 grafts .. I’ve been growing my top hair longer so I can comb it forward after surgery .. which I’m already doing , so when I get surgery people won’t notice anything .. u should try that .. like a Justin’s Bieber kinda look .. swooped to the side a bit ..

Thanks for the support guys .. the haircut wasn’t that bad .. I was just overreacting .. I wanted to keep my hair long so when I get a ht in two months the doctor would see what he has to got to work with .. a nice donor!! it wasn’t my girls fault she wanted me to cut my hair .. I’m meeting her parents for the first time in two weeks so she wanted me to look clean cut instead of looking like a bad boy .. it was just my own insecurity n fear of losing more hair in the future .. made me upset about her .. kinda yelled at her too .. told her if the haircut is bad imma be mad .. she got kinda sad about that.. but I made it up to her, took her to a nice dinner n stuff . girls just don’t realize how sensitive guys are about their hair.. there’s a reason they made a movie about Samson n how he lost his mojo when he got his hair cut off .. its important to us .

Well my girlfriend has been complaining about my long hair for awhile now .. she liked how I looked a year ago when I was clean cut with a KoreAn Popstar kinda look .. yeah I liked that hairstyle too , but damn people just don’t understand I’m balding now n hair is thinning .. my hair can’t be cut that way anymore ,, I need density for that hairstyle .. so I’ve been Growing my back n sides longer to give an illusion of thick hair.. I’m just trying to cover up my receding hairline n diffusing top, not trying to look like great anymore , just want to be comfortable in my own skin .. But today , I gave in n went n got a haircut , the clean cut short sides n back .. n now I looked ugly n balding , hard to hide my receding hairline now .. I’m kinda upset at her .. she doesn’t even think it look good either .. it’s like Durr , I already told u that.. I hate it when people think they know what’s best for u .. I’m having some doubts about her now .. if she didn’t like it when my hair was longer n okay looking , she ain’t gonna want me when My balding gets bad .. she’s a lot younger than me .. n I’m just getting older n balder .. There’s no point going fut now since u just did ur fue .. unless u have a large case .. but in ur case u just need to add density in the existing areas.. i kinda felt u didn’t get enough grafts the first time around with Nader for the area u were covering .. a second pass should do u well.. but like jean said get a surgeon that’s good at going in between existing hairs .. Nader is a good doctor , but density doesn’t seem to be his specialty .. at least ur native hair seems good .. No worries .. best of luck to ya .. n keep us updated cruz

Oh yeah ., if u have pics of ur hair before u had ur first transplant ,: n after ur first n 2nd transplant before u has ur 3rd with diep .. it be very helpful for others n myself .. I be going to diep too , so ur case is important to me .

Looks great .. there’s definite improvement from month 9 n now at 12 .. no see thru effect at all .. n the hairline definitely shows the artistry of a good transplant ., looks very natural , unlike the straight across hairlines .. I think u should just enjoy ur hair now . It’s probably not worth the risk of another surgery n money to try n get more density ;: u got enough already .. u in a good place right now ;; until the native hair behind the hairline starts to thin, u should be good for a few more years .. thanks for update ..

U should be In good hands then . They are probably one of the few good clinics that can take on ur case in one session ..

From my own personal unbiased opinion .. if u a high Norwood , looking for a large session . His clinic gives u great density, great bang for ur buck . If u want hair , they can grow it using higher number of grafts , with a high percentage of growth . . ..not many clinics can do that .. hairline work , n smaller sessions , n a more personal experience with the surgeon himself , it’s not the clinics specialty , .. every clinic has their strengths n weaknesses.. it’s up to u to know what u want . N go to the clinic that’s right for u ..

U catching ur hairloss at a good time .. u still have density n hair caliber seems good .. crown is starting to show signs of hair loss .. go see ur doctor n see if they can recommend u meds .. either minoxidil n finasteride .. but it’s best if u start educating urself on how hairloss works n preventive measures .. u should always go to the doctor with alot Of knowledge.

I think I know who the doctor is also by the hairline drawing . hopefully I’m wrong .

Looks good .. ur grafts are already secure .. if u feel like u need some toppik It should be okay .. otherwise with ur buzz cut right now .. n not that much redness .. u look normal .. don’t really need anything but to wait it out .. good luck .

I can tell by ur tone u are happy with it .. glad u went n got them extra grafts to make u feel satisfied .. u would of regretted it so much n would of been unhappy on ur overall experience, not Getting them extra few grafts would of put u on the road of a feeling regrettable .. . n good job on doctor Bhatti to provide the extra care n customer service to satisfy ur needs .. it’s usually the little things that the clinic does , that makes them a top clinic ..

Well like jean said from the beginning payam was going to be a surgeons worse nightmare .. u really should of done more research ,, if u did u would of known he’s a tech driven clinic . but at least he got doctor erdogan to come on here to let us know how his techs are trained .. which is really helpful .. I feel more comfortable going to erdogans clinic after that .. payam u set ur self up for a lot of grief and anxiety by ur negative outlook from ur surgery from the very beginning .. u have to have faith n confidence on ur doctor .. They not going to want to help u if u get a bad outcome if u continue to be so negative towards them .. still wishing u the best though .. keep us updated ..

Don’t know why payam, ur case wasn’t difficult . U went to a good clinic . n u got enough grafts for ur frontal zone .. n the work pre-op looked clean .. all the hairs seem to inserted correctly n aligned .. even ur donor looked clean n efficient., things just didn’t grow .. this is tough .. wait a few more months n see how things play out .. then maybe erdogan will make things right with u .: they a top clinic .. with good customer service ...
