  1. And no he ain’t winning any lawsuits because someone was bad at their job. Unless he got brain damaged or something or severely injured, not being happy about a hair transplant is the same as not being happy with a construction worker promising not tiling your bathhub to your liking, with big gaps in the tiles or the and color was off, wasnt what he promised prior to treatment.. so what, thats a matter of opinion in the court of law. Work was provided and staff and equipment and time were used. Doctor wanted a good result, but beauty is subjective and could look good to him
  2. That doctor is an idiot, you have thick hair, in ur mid n forelock n stuff., he actually tried to match what you already had with 650+ grafts. I don’t need a doctor degree to know the math is off by a few thousand.
  3. Her pricing went up, was $6 back a few years ago.. at this rare everyone should get a hairtransplant now, before inflation n rising costs makes it $10 average in America within a few years , be a new norm.. only rich baldies can get surgery in U.S
  4. Of course I’ve been taking finasteride, but when ur hair is going it’s gonna be gone.. new vs old hair, only the strong survive .. it’s common sense really.. If u look at me , I’m a norwood 1 still right now, but is it full like back then, nah .. I’m very grateful I had a successful hairtransplant from h n w.. but I’m still heka scared all the time bout my hairloss, all my hairs are thinner n don’t grow that long, it’s just aging n natural. I haven’t had a haircut for months. Back then I had to get a haircut every 3 weeks.. without a hairtransplant and meds, I most definitely be having noticeable bald spots, thank goodness that hasn’t happened yet n I’m 44.. Please post some pics, let’s see what’s going on with ya, so we can have a better assessment of the situation.. no one likes to just give general advice .
  5. I think it’s cuz u don’t have a bald area, it’s just thinning, n will be bald later: if they do it now, it’s going to make ur current native hair fall out faster wherever they transplant the new hair. from my own personal experience, i had a thinning hairline, where the hairs were still there, but it just won’t grow that long anymore n wasn’t cosmetically pleasing.. and when they transplant into it, for the first year, those thinning native hairs helped the transplanted hair, so I had a nice strong frontal hairline for a good year after the transplant.. but all those native hairs died out pretty quickly after that n only the transplanted hair is left in the hairline, so it doesn’t look full anymore.. That’s just the nature of the beast, cost n gain is minimalized when u still have native hair there ..
  6. u just complicating things, ur hair looks good enough already. U already experience 2 hairtransplants and it wasn’t easy ., so why would u do more surgery until u really need it .. n u will as u age .. save ur time n money n luv what u got.. -
  7. Don’t be that Guinea pig testing out products from YouTubers or advertisers..
  8. You should take advantage of the situation and volunteer to be a monk .. learn some enlightenment during this time.. The hair gods will bless you with faster growth.
  9. I bought a professional grade micro needle machine for $150+. it’s torture when u use it on your scalp, it hurts too much for me I only tried it a couple times on my head.. as for the face, I think it works well to develop collagen n stuff makes u look more youthful.. but it still hurts so I don’t do that anymore either.
  10. No worries you be able to fix that, just caused you more money and time . But you don’t have to live like that forever.. When you get cobblestones it’s not because of you, it’s cuz the clinic is not good at what they do. So go to a good surgeon so they can soften up your hairline n hide the cobblestones and probably give you a better designed hairline.. don’t feel too bad,, I always had a big forehead too, and I hated it so much. So you just had to do you to make yourself more comfortable in your own skin, it’s understandable.
  11. Well I still Work out so I’m a fit guy.. been working out since I was 16.. so if u fat u gonna stay fat. Dunno how finasteride is affecting your fitness. I always had not that much body hair since I’m Asian.. got no chest hair but a big chest tattoo.. but yep definitely don’t have much arm or leg hair.. I don’t miss it..
  12. I used to have some body hair.. after finasteride my legs n arms gots no hair or really super miniaturized hairs.. even my armpits.. I’m like a buff man with no body hair but hair on my head.. if u notice u getting less body hair . Then the medication is working .. thank goodness ..
  13. It could be helpful, but it’s listed as quite low on what is most effective to prevent hairloss.. I tried the capillus for $850, did it for 6 months, I couldn’t tell if it worked or not. So I returned it.. I also bought some natural supplement pills along with it. Since they recommended it as a package.. what pissed me off was,, I could have been on medication during those 6 months, instead of trying this thingy. I continued to lose hair, wasn’t making any noticeable gains.. but in my head I thought, hey this is better than nothing, because I wasn’t doing nothing before.. so a laser cap and some natural supplements should be beneficial. Never again for me ..
  14. It’s thinning and receding in the hairline for now. That’s how mines was before I accepted that I was balding.. get on meds if u can.
  15. This is very amateur work. 2000 grafts spread all throughout your hair. Looks like all it did was replace the current hair you had, which wasn’t much. You need to do it by sections and have a game plan and do your research. Don’t expect the clinic to have your best interest. You need to know what you doing too. And what the realistic outcome is. Especially when you a difficult case with the amount of hairloss already.. best wishes. But yeah i feel ya.. all that money and time wasted just to do it again.
  16. I specifically asked my clinic to give me extra numbing shots and something to help me sleep during the operation., waiting is the hardest thing for me. I can’t even wait at the DMV line, without feeling anxious. make sure you get something to help you sleep. Put ur trust in the clinic and let them do their job. It’s what you paying them big bucks for.
  17. When you are asking him to do it for you personally you get stupid answers. it’s like telling Justin Bieber to take you to his room so he can sing for you personally. Well anyways, prices should be going down as more clinics are doing transplants and there is more people wanting hairtransplants. Supply and demand. when doctors quote crazy numbers and some people go along with it. It sets a new precedent /standard of pricing. I can barely afford a hamburger nowadays, forget about $20 a graft .
  18. I almost went to use the artas too. it was advertised on our local news station. They were claiming how all hair transplants will be perfect, because robots don’t make mistakes and tire out like humans. We had a cosmetic doctor that was doing boob implants and facials. His clinic was so successful he went and out and bought an artas robot when it first came out, so he can transition into hairtransplants too as a side gig.. Went I went to their clinic for a consultation, he had one picture. And I asked him who would be doing my hair. And he pointed to his staff . A couple pretty 20-year old girls was going to be using the Artas on me. N they were charging $8.50 a graft.. I was like nah I’m good. I’m naive but I ain’t stupid.
  19. There’s really no reason for him to take fin anymore. Should have done that years ago to slow the process. there’s barely anymore more hair to save,, the ones that are remaining. His sides and some in the back are more dht resistant., and he’s going to have to those for along time.. the risk/reward is not worth it anymore to me
  20. No u not thinning. If your hair continues to grow long. Then they got a long lifespan ahead of them ., stop worrying until u need to ..
  21. Yeah I used to have thick Asian hair .. where i had to get a haircut every 3 weeks. Since I had so much hair I never noticed it until the temples started receding. And every time I shake my head , I would get a few hairs coming out..I thought nothing of it. regular hairs fall is normal, but when I noticed I had to get less and less haircuts, like months in between instead of weeks.. then you thinning , n your rate of hairloss is more than your hair growth rate.. so eventually u have less volume of hair.. that’s where I’m at now.. about a norwood 2.. norwood one with hair transplant ,, but overall volume of hair on my head is a lot less, but still provides coverage.. but all the hairs only grow about 3-4 inches max.. So I’m assuming their lifespan is shorter now, just like life.. im pretty sure I would of had bald spots right now if I didn’t get on medication.,. Because when I shake my head now, less hair falls out or none at all so I’m just prolonging the hairs I currently have lifespan with meds..
  22. All kidding aside.. I had as much hair as you up until 37.. I didn’t notice the thinning until 35, n since everyone of my brothers are norwood 1. I never thought I would go bald.. but if you notice the hairs getting thinner n not as thick as before.. hop on finasteride at a low dose or whatever other medications you feel comfortable to you.. but once the thinning starts and you don’t stop it or slow it down .. you gonna be balding sooner than later.
