    Lenney and Lasercap thats 2 great posts. Great tips and advice. Its good to know that airport security will allow you through with the saline spray with appropriate documentation from the clinic. It would be good to have an outside aisle seat to get in and out to the bathroom easily to use the saline spray. What kind of cap is provided? Can it be worn outside in windy and wet conditions or is it just to cover the bad look of the HT ? ..........Paddy.......

    Hairman22 thanks for your contribution which is very very important. Lots of posters on this forum are advising people to " get on finasteride " without knowing who they are posting to or what ones personal circumstances are. If the drugs do work well for people thats great, if they have no side effects thats great as well, however one must keep in mind side effects might now show up and manifest itself untill many years down the line. If one needs drugs to be taken for a specific illness at any time in your life how would that mix with finasteride work ? If at some stage you stop taking finasteride what happens to your health, or to your hair then ? Most people deep down are aware about side effects. The pharmaceutical company tell us its only 2% this side effect and 2% that side effect. They know how to play the game to get the drug on the market. They are experts in documenting everything in a certain way to work to their own advantage. Regardless of all that what if you were in that 2% ? At the end of the day you could have side effects or maybe you dont ? . ( that you are not even aware of now, or maybe have them later after prolonged use ) So thats a 50% risk in my estimation. All of the above is my thinking on it and I am not an expert in any shape way or form. Everybody to their own .     Dr. Bhatti is a truly great Doc in India. With a great team and a great representative in Shera. You will be very well looked after....great people. There is another highly recommended clinic on this forum in India.... EUGENIX....Dr.Pradeep and Dr Arika. Either way you cant go wrong in my opinion. ..............Paddy......... .

    Your not going to find a proper answer from any balanced views . Balanced views can only be considered if they come from HT patients with both clinics. Both Clinics will come highly recommended from patients.Both Clinics are highly recommended on this forum. So then what do you do.? If you found any negetive reviews about either clinic you probably wouldnt be asking the question to begin with. Therefore you have to contact both clinics yourself for consultation and spea k with the doctor . Which ever doctor fits nearest with your personel situation and requirements then go with your instinct without letting cost override your judgement ( in my opinion) Then try and speak with some patients directly who had HTs with that clinic. Im not an expert in any way shape or form , I hope the above helps. .......All the best....... .......Paddy.......

    Hello Azzy. Best of luck . Your pictures look great so far. I think with 4500 grafts you will definitely have a super result on hair growth over time and of course plenty of patience. Did you recieve any grafts into your native hair in the middle on the front ? What did the docs say about the future of that native hair on the front??     Thanks Abhinay for your reply and taking the time to find out the information I appreciate it . Im sure this information will give a lot of guys the confidence as this particular patient had average doner from the scalp and still has 1500 more grafts to give , not to mention more beard grafts as an added bonus and as we know has used 900 grafts already and absolutely no scarring to be seen. IT JUST GOES TO SHOW WHAT IS POSSIBLE WHEN ONE CHOOSES A WORLD CLASS CLINIC WITH WORLD CLASS DOCTORS IN THEIR RESPECTED FIELD. .........all the best...and thanks for sharing.... ...........Paddy.......

    Abhinay thanks for your reply. Its an outstanding result for Eugenix and of course the patient. You must be very proud and rightly so of your very excellent results in the HT world. These results are an excellent indication for anybody considering a HT what can be achieved at a world class clinic. As you say in your summary Abhinay that the patient had average doner from the scalp, how many grafts approx would average be in his case to give ? Would he have more than 4000 grafts in total to give for another HT if required? What was the average number of hairs in each graft transplanted that this particular patient had?
